Very impressed. Lovely location away from any high rise with wonderful views out over the bay. Attentive and friendly staff. We were all inclusive, the drinks were fantastic top brand spirits and good beer. Food was good and plentiful but not exceptional apart from BBQ night (queue for the BBQ Steak you'll be rewarded) and the seafood was again good and plentiful. A real bonus is the adult only areas (infinity pool wasn't monitored well though). Suite rooms are spacious, clean and have lovely balcony/outside areas.In all excellent value and lived up to rating and expectation.

Excellent resort. Very clean and looked after. Staff were very helpful. Nice pools. We stayed during cycling season where the hotel was overrun by people training for cycling races, triathlons, and iron man. Buffet was a bit chaotic. Eating late, after the athletes was the solution, with most food items restocked. Easy walk into the lovely town Alcúdia and good bus service. Overall really nice place just missing a beach.

Gorgeous little resort with beautiful greenery and amazing views of sea and mountains. We came as a family of four with kids 6 and 4. The staff make it really special - every person we came across was so friendly and professional. The animators who run the kids club, disco and exercise classes were outstanding and our children are desperate to return as soon as we can!

We stayed one night to celebrate our anniversary, and they welcomed us with a bottle of cava and some sweets in the room. The Suite with bathtub is very beautiful and comfortable. We booked the Spa, and it is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel, as it has sea views, is Well taken care of, and is quite big and relaxing. Something that has really disappointed us are the bars and buffets; we had half board and drinks were not included. The ambience and the dinner were crowded and noisy, and the food was very average. Breakfast was a bit better, but still not good enough. There was a rotten tomato in the meat section during the whole time, and no one seemed to care enough. We would like to point out that the staff was very helpful and professional. We would come back, but with out taking the buffet options.

Really enjoyed our two nights stay here! We went for the half board and were amazed by the selection of food available at breakfast and dinner. There’s plenty of choices for everyone! Facilities were great and Maris room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Situated in the nature reserve - so it’s nice and remote. Close to Formentor and Alcúdia. Really enjoyed the seafront view when walking to the restaurant.
