Fantastic resort, we stayed in the renovated rooms and they were beautifully appointed, AC, ceiling fans, stocked and replenished fridge, comfy bed, can’t fault.
We went All Inclusive and the food is pretty decent and plentiful, drinks are also great. Few miserable members of staff mostly in the restaurants we found. We actually preferred the main buffet restaurant despite kids being allowed, the adults only area had a strange lack of atmosphere. Can imagine I’d feel differently in the summer months though 😆
Never really saw any of the entertainment as it’s not our thing but given you’d need to sit outside (see my comments below on mosquitoes)
Pools and Spa are lovely. They do need to label the naturist sauna more effectively from both sides as often young couples wandered in and left giggling which isn’t nice for the occupants. Be careful with the floors, they are insanely slippy especially on entering the pool.
Location is nice although I’d recommend a car, if you don’t have one you’ll need to use the local bus to get anywhere, there’s nothing in walkable distance. Parking is a challenge mostly due to the tight spaces, bad parking and everyone seems to have large SUVs. It’s nice that you aren’t surrounded by other hotels, feels more exclusive.
Only real moan so far is the mosquitoes, I think being close to a nature reserve they are rampant, I’ve never ever been bitten so much as I’ve been here, we can’t even sit outside on an evening and despite our best efforts even got bitten during the night in the room, crazy.

A really great resort for your money.
1. Rooms are really nice, TV, Fridge, balcony and A/C included (In my room at least).
2. The animators are some of the nicest and best people I've met, the restaurant and bar staff is amazing and give you in depth detail about their food and drinks. The food and drinks were amazing. (Churros and Dark Night are my personal favourites and an easy 10/10).
3. The location is amazing, being meters away from the sea with lots of different activities at the resort such as football, basketball, golf, darts, pool, tennis and more.
Overall a solid 9.5/10 and if your a person that likes to drink and go out for some shows later in the evening it's an easy 10/10

This is overall a very nice place to stay.
The location is perfect if you're looking for peace and quiet. It's next to a relatively quiet surfing beach and a bit outside of the city. (You may need a car!)
The resort is spread out nicely over a large green area next to a nature reserve.
Breakfast was also very good with a large variety of food and even a couple of variations on offer. The spa area is small but still super relaxing and nice.
The only 2 downsides are that the rooms are a bit dated and used up/damaged, and the parking situation is very challenging in peak season. They even offer all-inclusive, but if you plan on discovering the island, you may not need that.
But overall it is a highly recommendable place to stay.

Had many all inclusive holidays. This place probably the best I've had. Good location for cycling, good selection of food and drinks. Car parking is poor and cramped and on 2 occasions have had rental car scratched. Otherwise excellent.

During our stay, we encountered both positive and negative aspects of our experience at the hotel. To start with the negatives, the room category we booked through TUI did not match the room categories listed on the hotel's website. This led to false expectations regarding our accommodations, and the hotel staff admitted they were aware of this issue. In our room, a constantly squeaking bed disrupted our sleep with every movement. The toilet seat was wobbly and despite the staff trying to fix it, the problem persisted.
Furthermore, the rooms were excessively sound-sensitive, allowing us to hear noises from neighboring rooms and conversations outside our room's entrance. Housekeeping staff's loud morning conversations frequently resulted in unplanned early awakenings. The bathroom trash can was corroded, and overall room cleanliness fell short of expectations. Sand on closet shelves, persistently dirty floors, and an inadequately cleaned hairdryer were all disappointing. Additionally, the cushions on the terrace furniture were initially unclean and required replacement after two requests. The cleanliness of the gym floor was also inconsistent.
On a more positive note, the hotel did have some merits. The staff consistently displayed friendliness and a willingness to assist. Breakfast offered an extensive selection, and guests could order fresh egg dishes prepared by a dedicated chef. The breakfast staff efficiently cleared tables, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The hotel featured a spacious and well-equipped fitness room. And there was a convenient power outlet in the in-room safe. The staff promptly addressed storm-related debris during our stay. Furthermore, the treatments at the Ocean Spa were enjoyable, and the spa staff was friendly. Finally, guests had the convenient option to rent bicycles from a facility located directly on the hotel grounds.
