The staff are the hardest working, most friendly bunch of people where nothing is too much effort: The kids and baby club had our kids wanting to spend time there over the pool! The room was great, everything clean and well maintained. Food excellent and service amazing. Nothing skimped or shortcut. Cannot fault . Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Beautiful hotel with great facilities! Great staff that are always polite and helpful! We only stayed here for 7 days but would gladly come again or recommend to anyone! Location is peaceful and out the way which was what we wanted, but also provides a bus directly from hotel to nearby places which solves any issues if you want more activitys or bars.

I loved this place. I spent 9 days here and ugh I can make it my home! The staff are amazing, Natalia at the baby club is the sweetest person ever who kept my baby busy during the day while I got a chance to tan and read and go to the spa. Everyone from service to cutting grass to whatever everyone was so nice to us. I will say however, if you have kids you need to be the buffet type of crowd it’ll be difficult to get food from inside the resort in my opinion unless it’s at the buffet at set times throughout the day. Meaning you’ll have limited options of timings unless you leave the resort. However, when you’re at the buffet they have many options to choose from. We even got a chance to experience barbecue night!

First impressions are positive and front desk staff are helpful. It's very much set up for cyclists which was not an issue however if walking you're only option is to take the bus. My main issues surround the main pool area. The pool temperature is freezing and whilst ducks in pool seems cute, having their faeces at pool side is just not good. The spa area which I'm sure originally was designed for adults turns into the child's pool. (Probably because main pool is too cold and deep) so any relaxation forget it. The adult only section has one main swimming pool which has some submerged loungers but it's just not set out for general chill. Again far too cold. Breakfast was OK. I've certainly had better choices in similar * hotels. Room was good. I wouldn't stay here again due to proximity and pool usage.

The hotel on the whole is very nice with big territory, plenty of animation. Food in restaurant is fantastic. Natural beach just across the street. I just do not recommend to order Maris rooms, they smell of mold and do not correspond to 4 star hotel.
