Very impressed. Lovely location away from any high rise with wonderful views out over the bay. Attentive and friendly staff. We were all inclusive, the drinks were fantastic top brand spirits and good beer. Food was good and plentiful but not exceptional apart from BBQ night (queue for the BBQ Steak you'll be rewarded) and the seafood was again good and plentiful. A real bonus is the adult only areas (infinity pool wasn't monitored well though). Suite rooms are spacious, clean and have lovely balcony/outside areas.In all excellent value and lived up to rating and expectation.

It was our second stay at this hotel (we normally go for an all inclusive Village suite with Spa access) and we loved it both times. The hotel is located near a beautiful nature reserve and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and the presence of ducks and other animals. The suite itself was spacious and comfortable and was cleaned daily. The food and drinks were of good quality and we especially enjoyed the poolside restaurant. There were no queues at mealtime or for the spa. We also easily found available loungers in our favourite spot by the pool. Customer service at the hotel was outstanding, with friendly staff who often went out of their way to assist when needed. We were celebrating a special occasion and the events coordinator helped us make it special. We will definitely come back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay! We had an incredible time at PortBlue Club Pollentia! The hotel is absolutely stunning — surrounded by lush, beautifully landscaped gardens that are clearly maintained with great care. It felt like walking through a peaceful, tropical retreat every day. The natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere made our stay truly special. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable — a perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. The facilities were fantastic as well. We really enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool, and all the outdoor pools were great — clean, well-kept, and with plenty of space to enjoy. There were lots of sun beds available, and we always managed to find one… even though some guests (as always!) like to “reserve” them very, very early — you know who you are! 😄 The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Their kindness and attention to detail made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. PortBlue Club Pollentia exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this beautiful slice of paradise in Mallorca!

Just after arriving at the hotel I was very positive, but with each passing day my enthusiasm diminished. I was persuaded by the spa and the variety of activities on site. At the introduction you get a spreadsheet with the opening hours of bars and restaurants. There is also a qr code for the menu. Lunch is served only in one restaurant and sometimes you have to wait about 20 minutes in line to get into the restaurant. In addition, the lunch hours are only 13:00 - 14:30, so you have to hurry and as a result, we often just missed lunch. We also wanted to use the Aquarius Bar, which was supposed to have several all-inclusive options on offer. On the spot we found out that “today they changed the menu and there is nothing in the all-inclusive price”. But ok, we paid for dinner, it's hard, although misleading customers is weak. A few days later, we went again to this bar, the menu on the website was still the outdated ones, but we expected to have to pay, but on the spot at 16:15 we got the information that the snacks menu, which according to the website and the schedule is open until 17:30, is already over and we can not order anything, because again they changed opening hours and someone forgot to inform customers. We can't order any snacks at the Triton bar either, because although there was a snack menu in effect when we arrived, such was the information we got at check-in, it is now unavailable and they don't serve snacks at this bar. So you go hungry for unhealthy snacks to the convenience store, which not only has very high prices, but also a small selection of food. After all, who in an all-inclusive hotel would buy chips. And well, unfortunately, as you can see it is sometimes necessary. There is also an interesting tactic at the trition bar. From 23:30 catching a waiter and ordering a drink is impossible. The bar is open until 00:00, but as you can see the preparation for closing is already earlier. For lunch and dinner drinks are served by waiters, they immediately come to the table and quickly bring drinks, but if you want to order something more, it is unfortunately impossible. Catching a waiter is also very difficult, but if you manage to do it, there is no guarantee that the drink will be brought. Twice we asked for a drink to be brought, but unfortunately it did not happen. My stay in this hotel fortunately ends, but in general I recommend to visit the island, but choose another hotel. This one, unfortunately, I rate very poorly.

Lovely 4 days with the girls. Enjoyed it so much booked to go back as soon as I landed home! 29 days later! Cannot wait Food was lovely, never a bad choice. Drinks were brill, easy wrist scanner for rooms rather than having a key card. Plenty of sun beds at the big pool. No beds at adult only pool if you get there after 8.30am Alsooooo note on the last day when you check out at 12mid day you cannot get simple things like water which was a disappointment when our flight wasn't until 8pm...keep in mind if you travel with children
