We have recently returned home from a week stay. We had an Open Suite with with a view of the sea and the pool. The hotel is spotless , the rooms are spotless, and the staff are very friendly . We were on a half board basis, and both the breakfast and evening meal were very good. The young lady who greeted us in the restaurant was very friendly and looked after our daughter who is a coeliac very well. For breakfast she was given a separate menu and the food was prepared in a different area. In the evening a chef went through the options she could have. Location of the hotel is excellent, right on the beach and the strip is only a short walk to bars and restaurants. We will be back again next year.

Amazing place to stay, from stepping out of the taxi the hotel was amazing - we booked a suit with a sea view and it exceeded all expectations, it was like waking up to Paradise every morning! The beds are really comfy with air conditioning in both the suit and bedroom. The hotel is extremely clean, reception is manned 24 hrs a day and the best bit - the food! Everything from breakfast to dinner was fresh, looked amazing and tasted even better ( lots of food photos sorry ). This hotel is not adults only but there are very few kids. The location is great as it's right on the beach with a shopping center with supermarket just round the corner, several smaller shops and emergency clinic service just in case, so you have everything you need within a five minute walk. We would consider coming back for the food alone! The standard of the food and the chef's cooking is exceptional they really take pride in what they do, very welcoming and the serving staff are on top of there game, very attentive. They also have a small gym with everything you need, again very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everybody

I think this has to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The location with direct access to the beach & beside the main strip for shops and restaurants is ideal. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic. It is a little pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for. Over all 5 out of 5

I visited this hotel for a beach holiday week in May 2025. It is a genuinely beautiful hotel that is well designed with some of the best rooms as standard that I have seen in many years of staying in resorts. It is spotlessly clean, has a comfortable pool area and is right next on a sandy beach with inviting waters for swimming. What lets it down slightly is that the restaurant and bar service is poorly organised, and the food selection for breakfasts and dinner is only okay and all rather ‘meh’. If these issues around service and food were sorted this hotel could be five star.

Great location ,Great rooms.The staff work hard on the garden and pool areas. Food hygiene awful raw meat mixed in cabinet, cooked on the same hot plate just eat the toast and the yogurt. Restaurant staff and reception staff rude and judge mental, you are judged on what you wear how you speak !.
