A wonderful and memorable stay at the residences. We stayed a total of 5 days at this beautiful large resort. Everything was so clean and well maintained. Gorgeous views all over the resort, especially during the evenings sipping a cuppa tea and overlooking the golf course. We thoroughly enjoyed the adventure park and serenity spa. Would love to come back again.

Booked 3 nights here and it was incredible! Staff was so friendly and inviting. Especially a man named Hugo who welcomed us and helped us to our room. The room was beautiful and housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly. On site restaurants were excellent, food was fresh and delicious. We were there during the blackout on 4/28 and the staff was very informative and made sure we were all taken care of with food and water and security. I will be back again.

Everything was spectacular. The rooms were luxurious and gorgeous. Every single member of the staff was kind, welcoming and patient. A great place to bring your kids. View of the ocean and the beach was amazing. Every pool was pristine and well maintained. Would come here again and again.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend this resort, if you’re after being ripped off for a mediocre stay with negative, unhelpful staff and crap food then great but otherwise don’t bother. We are sadly leaving this trip feeling like we have been conned for a 5* price and way below 5* standard of holiday. This is not a 5 star resort. The staff are miserable and unhelpful. The rooms are full of ants, they won’t clean them properly when asked (we asked several times per day), in person the receptionist explained this is normal to have ants in the rooms (wild) ?!?! The restaurants throughout the entire resort are overpriced, serve tiny portions and the food is taste is average/not good. There are no heated/warm pools! All the sun loungers are standard average cheap ones, besides one pool which has quality cushioned loungers. No one at the resort seems to want to help you, no one is there to book activities through or even explain all the options of activities. Once you find the correct place to book each activity individually they’re very busy and booked up for most of your stay. All activities are at additional cost for example padel for an hour for 2 people came to €60. The resort is huge and it’s a 30 minute walk (without kids walking) from the residences to the hotel/beach lift as you have to go around the golf course in the middle. The gym is stuffy and a dated the way it’s all cramped into one room, I’d expect something more elevated from a 5* resort with things like bands supplied also. The spa, we had heard such amazing things about and really were keen to book in, again greeted by unhelpful, unfriendly people on the spa desk who when asked ‘do you have a treatment menu please?’ Just gave us an underwhelming and rude ‘NO’ then ‘go online here and look’. Things that didn’t need to be miserable and unhelpful at this hotel really do just come across awfully from staff. We had this through the check in experience also, they managed to get us an early check in and were actually quite efficient in that sense, but the way the gent on the front desk spun this was so negative and unfriendly, as if every ask was too much and every task was a nightmare that I was asking to check in and for some help with my bags.

Overall it was a good stay but there are certain things that are not aligning with a 5 star experience. When we made our reservation for a junior suite, we told them we would be arriving earlier around 11 am and that we have a small baby. The official check in time is 3 pm. We were told that this was most likely not a problem but we of course would have to wait and see. What happened was that we didn’t get our room before 4 pm, so it was even later than the official time. That is unacceptable and not our problem that the hotel is busy and fully booked. The junior suite doesn’t really offer much other than perhaps being bigger than a normal room. We had a nice terrace with morning sun. We also got amenities for a baby, which was nice. The pools and gym were nice. Shuttle to take you around the resort was nice. Breakfast was good but I still think it lacks variation. There was many different things but I would expect more. Staff in general speaks very limited English, which tends to cause confusion. I would expect this to be different when all the clients are almost English speaking. Outside the resort, even in small cafes or supermarkets, they speak better English. Food quality is decent at best but is premium priced. Do yourself a favor and walk or take a taxi/uber to nearby restaurants, as the small fee is worth it for a better meal and experience.
