I was drawn in by glowing reviews and high expectations, but this resort is far from 5-star. From the moment we arrived, the service was cold and unwelcoming. No one helped with our bags, and the receptionist was rude, setting a negative tone for our stay. Staff across the board seemed disinterested and unhelpful—every request felt like an inconvenience. Our room, while spacious, hadn’t been properly cleaned. Trash was left behind, and soon ants were everywhere. We later found food left in cupboards from the previous guests, which clearly attracted them. Despite daily complaints, no one addressed the issue, and our calls were eventually ignored. We’d chosen this resort for its activities, but booking anything was a hassle. No one was available to help, the app doesn’t do much of use, and most things were fully booked. Worse, no one informed us about other available options like the driving range—we had to find them ourselves. The only somewhat friendly staff were in the restaurants and shuttle service, though even there, assistance was minimal. I had to repeatedly ask for help with luggage, and directions were unclear. Restaurant portions were tiny and overpriced, with average food quality. While gluten-free options were available, the meals were disappointing overall. Amenities were also lacking. Most sun loungers were cheap, uncomfortable plastic ones, with only one pool offering cushioned chairs. The beach was the same—no cabanas or luxury beds, or even padded comfortable beds you'd expect at a 5-star property. In short, this resort is overpriced, underdelivers across the board, and fails to meet even basic expectations of luxury. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great hotel for families and kids. I’ll be returning soon with some golf buddies as well. The only downside is the pricing strategy of the restaurants and bars inside the hotel—you can expect prices to be at least double those outside. For example, we had dinner at the steak restaurant, and for two adults and two kids, the bill was more than €350. There were no kids’ steaks available, and a good steak easily cost €60. Anyhow, we really enjoyed our stay.

A truly beautiful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The resort offers an array of excellent amenities and is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The stunning architecture perfectly complements the natural beauty of the area. To top it off, the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable getaway!

The property is massive and we came here during the off season. As such many facilities were closed and that was a bit disappointing. At the same time the rooms are great at ocean suites. Service is flawless. One big suggestion I would have is having proper signage throughout so you know where to go. I can't tell you how confusing the existing signs are which constantly contradict each other or are absent at critical juncture. My favorite part was the beach. Despite the off-season February the views at sunset were top notch
