Overall my experience here was lovely and ideal for families. The apartment was well presented however I felt the level of cleanliness needed a little more attention as there was a load of cigarette butts left on the path from the previous guests. Food was good and cooked to a good standard. Unfortunately you will need to queue to get a sunbed by the main pool with the slides as there is not enough beds for the amount of guests typically there. Entertainment was great fun and staff were super friendly. Would go again.

We stayed here as a family of 5. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The accommodation was 2 bedrooms, which were large. 2bathrooms which came with soap, shampoos and body wash and a hairdryer. An open plan kitchen living room with TV with had Netflix and Disney downloaded. Everything was clean and well presented. When we arrived there were complimentary bottles of water which was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, from pots and pans to salad spinners. The kitchen also had a large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A little box of dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid with scourers was provided, which was really helpful. The entertainment was absolutely amazing, something for everyone. The staff were amazing, pools were fantastic. Would defo come again.

Experience was appropriate to price paid. The staff was great and immediately solved a few issues we had when we got there, including asking for an additional bedside lamp. Jill, professionally and efficiently, helped us book a few fun tours. She was great! The resort appears to be uncompleted (?) which is the reason I [initially] docked it a star. Updated: On further consideration, the fact that the resort was not completely constructed did NOT affect our experience nor should it affect my rated review.

Absolutely loved it!! Was a bit nervous reading reviews after booked it but me and the family had a great time we left yesterday 18/3/25. The villas are brilliant, the shop on site is well stocked a bit pricey but we just went to Lidl or mercadona, as it is the middle of nowhere you do need a car to be able to venture out. Yes it’s a bit windy but that didn’t bother us. We loved it that much we are going back next year.

Crater Park(Slides, Wave Poll etc) are absolutely fantastic, the life guards, entertainment staff and bar staff are great. Meal times are a whole different story, we couldn't get a seat, when she did we stood for ages waiting for half cooked and cold food. The waiters and waitress were lazy and rude, they didn't want to do anything. An absolute shame because the place could be fantastic
