To start off this has been by far one of our holidays with everything amazing We got to the hotel and were greeted with traditional mint tea which was lovely, and very pleasing staff. Kabir at the reception was so accommodating and personally showed us to our room. All the reception staff extremely helpful, polite and always smiling. The other staff to name a few at reception were Ikram & Yacine who were extremely helpful. The cleanliness of this hotel is par excellence. There is someone always cleaning the place especially the lobby, bakery and bar area, which are all situated on one level. The staff at the bakery extremely polite & helpful especially darling Hayat who is always there to help with any questions we had A lovely open plan clean hotel. The food is amazing too. We could eat at 4 different places everyday except for the blue where u needed to book in advance. The entertainment is also great. And a special mention to the guy that serenades at the bar area on his violin. Lastly a special thanks to the lobby manager Murad who is always around and looking into everything All in all a very memorable holiday. Will definitely come back.

Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses in Agadir – absolutely recommendable! We spent a week at the Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses in Agadir at the end of November and enjoyed our stay in every respect. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was impressive: everything was regularly wiped and cleaned, so you could feel comfortable at all times. The service was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. Check-in at the reception was very pleasant, and the concierge helped us twice in a great way. The food was consistently well-seasoned, and the hot dishes were indeed warm to hot — we especially want to highlight the Moroccan restaurant Tagine, where the dishes were authentic and very delicious. Our room was wonderfully spacious, and the shower had a great size. Most importantly, you could take a shower without — as unfortunately happens so often — flooding the rest of the bathroom. A very special thanks goes to Sana from housekeeping, who cleaned our room thoroughly every day and repeatedly surprised us with lovely details — from artfully draped curtains to creatively folded blankets. The pool is huge and offers plenty of space to relax, even though the water was a bit cool. The hotel’s location right on the beach and the promenade is excellent and ideal for taking walks.

My wife and I stayed at the Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses Hotel in Agadir for the first time for an eight-day, seven-night holiday. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel features four distinct restaurants, each with its own unique characteristics, offering a wide array of delicacies—there is surely something to suit every palate. In addition to the breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided by the restaurants, snacks and beverages are available by the pool and at the Food Court, ensuring round-the-clock complimentary food and drinks (until midnight). All the staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly; whether in the restaurants or among the cleaning crew, they always wear warm smiles. Particularly during meals at the four restaurants, you will often see Brahim Smakel, the F&B Director, leading the restaurant team as they work diligently to provide high-quality service to guests. It is also worth mentioning that every member of the O Club team is incredibly friendly and full of energy, offering top-notch service to guests. Whether organizing outdoor activities or evening entertainment, the staff members are multi-talented. I would like to specially acknowledge Nani from the O Club, who always proactively assists guests in need. His face is always lit up with a joyful smile, and it's hard not to be infected by his cheerful demeanor. I will definitely return here and highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It is an excellent five-star hotel. I wish the hotel continued success and growth, and may it keep providing five-star service to its guests. Sincerely, Your guest Eddie cheng

We visited in November 2025. Temperature was 15⁰C to 30⁰C with sporadic clouds. Beautiful hotel with direct access to promenade and private hotel beach area. All facilities are excellent. The food is lovely and 4 restaurants cater for all tastes, in addition there is a pool bar and a 24 hour bakery. The staff are attentive, helpful and always there when needed. Being on the seafront there was always a breeze which was a welcome relief at times. Rooms are the usual en suite style, ours had a balcony overlooking the pool area. Other rooms had a private pool area with swim up rooms. Being on the beach it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but this is easily accessed by a quick taxi ride. The main lounge area is massive and good for just relaxing after evening meal. Plenty to keep kids entertained and music/show each evening for all tastes. Roughly 30 minutes from Agadir airport by taxi which was complimentary with our booking. A fantastic holiday and exceptional value.

Just back from a brilliant week at the Palais des Roses. Top marks to all the staff who were all genuinely friendly, courteous and helpful. Rooms are large, fresh and in good order. Several restaurants including a separate fish restaurant plus numerous snack bars, coffee bar and alcoholic beverages bars etc. The restaurants could be a little busy at times ie lots of people buzzing around but never more than a moment whilst staff cleaned and prepared a table and brought drinks etc. Food choices were good with mix of traditional Moroccan fare and standard hotel buffet food. I don’t recognise the negative comments I have seen on the reviews, but nor am I comparing it to a European 4* hotel, it’s a bit different in some ways which is part of the experience rather than a failing. It’s like saying ‘they don’t do a good cup of English tea’ whereas in fact I got hooked on the sweet minty Moroccan tea which is authentically served by someone wearing traditional clothing, a fab experience; it adds to the charm. Location on the sandy beachfront is first class, with lovely walk to Agadir centre. Swimming is safe on gentle shelving beach, with access to watersports if that’s what you fancy. The hotel organised a camel ride for us which included some Moroccan culture, bbq, music etc. very reasonably priced. Better mention the hotel pool which is 75m long plus a smaller pool and kids water park. Towels are provided and there are plenty of sun loungers. A great holiday overall.
