Great hotel, great rooms and the food was absolutely fantastic! The indoor pool was also fantastic and much needed for a December stay. The gym is also great and well equipped. Yasin (I think he was a supervisor in the main lobby) was very welcoming and very friendly. The entertainment was OK when compared to other all inclusive resorts I've been to, but it did the job. Rooms were absolutely gorgeous, huge, clean and spacious! The 24/7 bakery/ patisserie was a great addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't hesitate to return!

We are still in the hotel room 2146. Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean and very friendly staff in every department, always willing to help. Food is great plenty of choices for even the fussiest of eaters. One criticism is the music being played around the pols. Need to look at the crowds and cater for a wider audience. Apart from this everything is superb, could do with a wider selection of drinks in the lobby bar. But not a big problem. One of the best hotels in Agadir.

Currently staying here and all I can say is im impressed!This is our first time in Morocco and we are really enjoying it. I dont usually leave reviews but felt like the negative reviews are a bit out-dated now. The rooms are spacious, extreamly cleaned and we had fresh towels in the bathroom everyday and so far our beds have also been made everyday which isnt something we really see often. Air con is great, and cant get over the size of the shower its huge!!When we did arrive there was only a big sized bed which I presume they expected 2 adult an a child to share but rhey happily bought us a bed for my nephew. Food is good theres 4 different restraunts to choose from with different styles so plenty to choose from and even with a fussy child (or adult) we are all satisfied with meals and snacks. Only downside id say really to the food area is they dont have small spoons an bowls/plates arent near all food stations which again isnt really a major issue. 24hour bakery also!! Drinks are great, however few bars for how big the place is but not really a major issue again! Pools are great theres 2 outdoor pools and a splash/waterpark area for kids and an indoor heated pool. The outdoor pool is cold (freezing cold) but so are all the others ive been too- this one does however have the indoor heated pool which is a plus. Entertainment has been good so far, kids disco and then a show- does not always start on time an can sometimes be inside or outside but both areas are good! Staff seem friendly and always greet us, nothing is ever too much for them and all seem super friendly, cheerful and energetic which is great!- Heads up to the chefs for the food!!Entertainment staff for keeping us entertained day in day out at the pool an on an evening, and all the service team! Also never been as impressed as this when it comes to cleanliness of a hotel, ive never seen so many people cleaning!! Hotel isnt too far of a walk from the marina which can also be walked too going via the beachfront (which is right infront of the hotel)- trips can be booked through jet2 but if wanting a cheaper option go too the meeting on your first/2nd day and everything is spoken through with you. Cant fault much at all!!:)

We have just returned (Feb 13th 2026) from a fabulous weeks holiday at this resort hotel. The service from all the staff was amazing. We had a pool/beach view executive room which was 5 stars. We had a stunning view of the pool/sea from our 2nd floor balcony. We went all inclusive and found the food and drinks first class. The Blue (seafood) restaurant was our favourite and gave a more restaurant style dining experience rather than the buffet style in the Culina. Overall this was an excellent relaxing holiday, which we would highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional - the most friendly customer service i’ve ever had. Karim went above and beyond every day and was so incredibly kind. Amine and Mohammad also made our stay so special. Very clean hotel. The food is lovely - freshly made pasta at the buffet according to your preference and multiple different restaurants. Overall, the staff are what makes this hotel unforgettable and the best experience. Thank you!!!
