We stayed here for seven days in January and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was exceptional — every member of staff was warm, attentive, and professional. The food was excellent, with an impressive variety across four restaurants, each offering its own distinct cuisine. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. Any request we had was handled promptly and effortlessly, which made the stay feel seamless and well cared for. The resort is set in a quieter area of the beach, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel was fairly busy, it never felt crowded. Overall, it was a refined, restful stay, and we left feeling genuinely relaxed and very happy with our choice.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, everything was well organized and very comfortable. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the staff are professional, friendly, and always helpful. The entertainment was amazing fun activities, great energy, and a lovely vibe that really made our stay special and unforgettable. A special thank you to Mery, Asma, and Jamila for their hard work, positive attitude, and warm smiles. They truly made a difference and helped create such a joyful experience. A great weeks holiday. Hannsan in the food court, really nice guy made us welcome. Our maid Serbia kept our room spotless. The blue fish restaurant manager Hassan, amazing place, top quality food & staff. Thank you to all for making our first visit to Morocco, so wonderful. We are hoping to return, to amazing beautiful country, with such welcoming people. The management of this hotel should be very proud the staff are a real credit to you.

We spent 4 nights here in October & must say it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean & spacious with room service everyday, bed was comfy too. The bathroom was a good size. Staff were friendly & polite. Food variety was excellent with 4 restaurants, 24 hour bakery & a food court for snacks during the day we were well looked after. Enjoyed direct access to the beach & the location is good. Would highly recommend a stay here & will definitely go back again.

A recently renovated hotel on the outskirts of Agadir, polite staff, very clean, four restaurants, two snacks bars and a bakery. We went all inclusive 11 nights in the beginning of December and the daytime weather was around 22c, with eight hours of sunshine and evening temperatures of around 10c. If you're looking for winter sun at a reasonable price, this hotel fits the bill. The food is varied and well cooked and caters for most nationalities but can be a little on the cool side. The outdoor pool is large and freezing (December) and the indoor pool is adequate and hot. The rooms are big and clean, there's no bath but a big shower with a grab rail for people with disabilities, the beds are big and hard and bedding was changed three times during our stay. Entertainment, oh dear!...a violinist for 9 nights out of 11, there's only so much a person can take😩, and for the other two nights we were treated to a singer?, both of these acts were very loud making conversation difficult, I hate to say that bingo would have gone down really well. I'm assuming the entertainment would be more suitable during the main season. The hotel is 3 to 4 Kms out of town but local taxis are plentiful, (la petite rouge) as they're called and cost about 2 quid into town. These taxis can be a bit of a shock 😲 because some of them look like they're about 30 years old, if you get a good one and be prepared to haggle. We opted for a walk along the promenade down to the marina for a coffee and a bit of shopping and a taxi back. This was a good winter holiday for us and we will be back.
