We stayed for 8 days with our family, and we were absolutely thrilled with the hotel. The entire property feels modern, elegant, and luxurious. The service is excellent, you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. One of the biggest highlights for us was the impeccable cleanliness. The rooms, common areas, restaurants, everything is spotless, perfectly maintained, and always fresh and fragrant. It really adds to the comfort of the stay. Compliments to all the resort staff, especially to MOHAMED KARAM and Mohamed Ahmed. 🏆🥇👌 The animation team is fantastic as well—friendly, energetic, and always creating a fun atmosphere without being intrusive. Our family enjoyed their activities every day. The food selection is also good, there are plenty of pools, and the whole resort is beautifully designed and very family-friendly. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend Pickalbatros Palace Sharm to anyone looking for a perfect holiday. We will definitely be returning!

We recently stayed at Pickalbatros and had an absolutely outstanding experience. Everything from the food to the facilities was simply exceptional. The location is stunning, offering beautiful views, on top of multiple swimming pools and slides, there is an easy access to the beach, and the resort’s atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing. The 5 restaurants offered an impressive variety of delicious dishes, and every meal exceeded our expectations. The staff deserve special appreciation as well they were warm , attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable (Special thanks to Peter, Reception manager and Mohammad Ayman @ Mediterranean restaurant). Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning and will gladly recommend your resort to others.

The hotel is large, clean, and offers plenty of space for relaxation. The staff are very friendly; however, some of them require tips for doing their job. The room was large enough and had a comfortable bed; however, the lack of light in the evening (sunset was at 16:30) was a significant disappointment. The variety of meals and dishes was excellent. I especially loved the desserts, as they were moderately sweet, as well as the selection of fruits. The hotel offers Wi-Fi, however, if you need a good internet speed, buy e-sim. The beach is very safe for families with small children. Lifeguards are present on the beach and near the pools. Nevertheless, teenagers or young couples have nothing to do in the evening. There is no dance club either in the hotel or nearby. The work of the animation team was disappointing. They had no plan; therefore, the performances were boring.

Honestly, my stay at the hotel was outstanding. The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff are professional, polite, and incredibly quick-witted in dealing with guests. A special thank you to Chef Mohamed for the delicious baklava. I’ve stayed in many hotels before (without mentioning names), and I usually leave small comments that unfortunately no one responds to. But at Albatros, their response was impressively fast and efficient — something that truly makes a difference. A wonderful experience, and I would definitely come back again.

We spent here holidays as a family in November 2025. What I appreciated in Pickalbatros Palace: - The staff is EXTRAORDINARILY friendly and always ready to help. They work hard, fix everything fast and always smile. We always felt their care and enjoyed hospitality at its best! - Communication with guest relations is organized per WhatsApp. All questions are solved very fast. - The territory is really beautiful. There is enough place to walk around and many barrier-free paths. Very clean everywhere! - Family rooms are spacious and pretty. - The food is diverse, meat and fish every day. Fresh vegetables, lemon water, melon juice were my favorite things. - All necessary utilities like shampoo &co are provided, you don’t need to take them in your cabin bag. - The airport Sharm el-Sheikh is just 10 drive minutes away, but you don’t hear the planes landing or taking-off. - The riff is a miracle! Just 50m away from the coast, right at the end of the hotel’s pear. You don’t even need to dive, just take a mask and put your head under the water: an amazing world of fishes in all its bright diversity is there. - The aquapark is fun, my children appreciated it. I like how well-organized is the work of the staff in this area, the kids are watched and dangerous situations are excluded. - We checked out in the night, and the reception sent us a golfcar to pick up our luggage. Nice lunchpacks were served for us to take away. Where I see room for improvement: - Unfortunately, there are NO non-smoking areas outdoor. It’s allowed to smoke everywhere: on the beach, on the terraces of the restaurants, in the amphitheater, near the pools. Nice for smokers, but discriminating for non-smokers. Remember, it’s a family hotel, and children become passive smokers too. - Not enough sunbeds on the beach. At 10 o’clock there are almost no free sunbeds, people “reserve” them with towels and leave. It is formally prohibited, but practically there is no way to control it. A possible decision could be to give every room particular sunbeds with a number, at least on the beach, or to increase their amount. - Evening shows are EXTREMELY loud. Unhealthily loud! I cannot imagine how to watch them without ear plugs and not to get a migraine. I cannot say more about the shows cause I was hiding away from that enormous sound. - Three times a week the evening program moves to the beach. VERY LOUD!! Many rooms are located in that part of the hotel, including family rooms. Closed windows don’t help. TORTURE every second evening!! - Breakfast consists only of fat and gluten food. There are no fruits on the morning buffet. Later during the day yes, but I needed them in the morning, so I took bananas on the dinner buffet and brought them with me to breakfast. Useful to know: 85% of the guests speak Russian. During our stay (November 2025) some construction works started in one of the central buildings.
