Despite our flight delay and very late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Hady at the reception desk. His kindness immediately set a positive tone for our stay. We also appreciated that the restaurant operates until 3 a.m., which makes the resort convenient and enjoyable regardless of arrival time. The aquapark is perfectly designed for children—large enough to be exciting, yet compact enough for parents to comfortably supervise from one spot. Safety guards are present in every area and provide excellent support. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, and the staff overall appear highly trained and professional compared to other resorts we have visited. The restaurants offer a wide variety of fresh vegetables and diverse menu options, which is ideal even for children who are picky eaters or have allergies. The resort’s proximity to the airport makes it easily accessible and convenient for exploring other parts of the region. The private beach is definitely a highlight, offering additional activities and a more exclusive atmosphere. We would gladly return and highly recommend this resort to families.

Our stay at Pickalbatros Palace Sharm was pure paradise. The hotel grounds felt like a magical garden – full of beautiful flowers and perfectly maintained. We had a quiet room in a peaceful corner, and our housekeeper surprised us every day with creative towel decorations. The food was delicious and varied, with several restaurants and local specialties to try. The pools were large and warm, and the sandy beach was just steps away. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and the animation team made everything even more fun – especially the unforgettable foam party and the nightclub trip with transfer and drinks included. Considering the price, the whole experience felt incredibly affordable and absolutely worth it. We would happily return to Sharm El Sheikh!

Excellent hotel with very good service. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and everything was organized properly throughout our stay. The staff was polite and helpful. Special thanks to Mahmud, who took care of our room 6521 for all 7 days. He did his job very responsibly, was always kind, attentive, and professional. It was clear that he genuinely cares about guests’ comfort. We were very satisfied with our stay and would confidently recommend this hotel to others.

We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the overall service. The staff serving beverages and lunch were absolutely fantastic—friendly, polite, and very quick. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional. The price–quality ratio was excellent, and the food was good. Room cleaning was satisfactory; however, the hotel should purchase new towels and bathrobes, as the current ones are worn and need replacement. Unfortunately, the shower experience in the spa area was not as pleasant as the rest of our stay. There were no towels or shampoo available, the doors did not close properly, and there was a lack of privacy. On a very positive note, the view and the service in the dining area were outstanding—the staff there truly deserve special recognition.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was very comfortable, especially for families with young children. There is a great kids’ area that kept our little one entertained, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A special thank you to our waiter, Azouz Gamal.
