It was a very good stay for us. The room was cozy, modern and very clean. The staff was great. Peter at the reception took great care of all matters, especially after our flight was cancelled. The entire team was very hardworking and friendly but never intrusive. The beach is very good, the house reefs are beautiful. You could also walk to the beaches of the other hotels. The hotel was very busy with people from all over the world, but you never had the impression that it was overcrowded. The food was very good. Overall, I am very satisfied and would come again.

The whole experience at the resort was excellent from the staff to the food and also everything in-between. The whole week I stayed the staff were always welcoming and were always happy to help wherever they could. The whole resort was always clean and the culina restaurant was where i went daily to eat as the staff were always excellent. The taxi service was excellent especially when visiting the old market the driver gave us advice on places to visit, the only issue came up when going home, this was a different driver who spoke to someone at the airport when he dropped us off who then took our bags an then charged us quite a bit of money, an wouldn't leave us alone until we paid. All things aside I will definitely stay at the resort again.

My stay at Pickalbatros Palace was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautifully maintained with lush gardens and plenty of pools. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The food was delicious with a wide variety of dishes in all the restaurants. The animation team kept us entertained with fun activities and exciting shows every day. It’s a perfect destination for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon!
