We had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was cleaned every day, and the housekeeper was very friendly, polite, and hardworking — it was a real pleasure. The food was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. Entertainment programs were diverse and fun for both adults and children. The hotel is especially perfect for families with kids — there are many activities, and children can truly enjoy their time there. Everything was great, and we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

This was our first time in Egypt, and we chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends. We stayed as a family with two children. We liked everything: the food was delicious, the pool was warm, and it was great that the beach was very close. You can get there by shuttle bus, but walking felt even faster. We would especially like to mention the hotel staff. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Special thanks to Mohamed from the bar. The rooms were clean, and every day the children were delighted with towel animals — very cute and a lovely touch. The rooms could use some minor cosmetic renovation, but this did not affect our stay at all. Everything was clean and tidy. We especially loved the pillows :))) Safety at the pools and water slides is well supervised. Children aged 5 and 7 were never allowed to swim alone, which we really appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the hotel surpassed all my expectations. My room (6219) was spotless and cleaned daily, and the housekeeper Ahmed Mohamed was incredibly kind, courteous, and dedicated — truly a pleasure to interact with. This hotel is particularly ideal for families, as there are plenty of activities to keep kids happy and entertained throughout their stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable vacation.

A really great hotel with an amazing water park! I was genuinely impressed by how many facilities are available completely free of charge. You can enjoy all the attractions, including the kids’ play areas and a huge gaming zone filled with brand‑new machines — honestly, wow! For Egypt, this place is a fantastic surprise. The beach is a bit of a walk, but the view is beautiful, and there’s a shuttle bus every 30 minutes, so it’s not a problem at all. Considering the price, this hotel is an excellent choice. Well done, Pickalbatros — keep it up! 😊

This was our 2nd stay in this hotel and the kids really enjoyed it! Staff is super friendly and will go the extra mile to make you happy. Our flight was cancelled due to weather condition and we rebooked for the next day. When I called the hotel & informed them, they told me that I will not be charged and that really made very happy as I wasn’t expecting it❤️ I will definitely be coming back again! I loved the way they treat their customers. Such nice gestures goes a long way and keeps customer loyalty to the max.
