Our holiday was amazing from start to finish! The cleanliness of the entire resort was incredible – the staff were constantly on top of everything, keeping the grounds spotless. Our room was cleaned daily, and the beds were changed regularly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were absolutely fantastic – we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling; nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was great with plenty of variety, including lots of options for the children. Nobody could possibly go hungry! The slides and water parks were brilliant – fun for all age groups, from kids to adults. The only small downside was that the evening entertainment finished at 10pm due to noise complaints, which was a bit of a shame. But honestly, there was so much to do during the day that we were never bored. We had the most amazing time and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable holiday!

Had an amazing time with my husband and two boys. The resort was great with plenty to do. My boys 9 and 5 had an absolute blast in the pools and water activities. They also had a VR games room free to use, my boys loved it. Great entertainment in the evenings. The resort was nice and clean on a daily. The food was all inclusive but wouldn’t say it was delicious but ok. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall i would love to stay there again and would recommend to everyone. Fantastic stay.

Amazing holiday and would visit again. Bar staff were so nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Food delicious. Pools and slides amazing. My son hurt himself and the life guards were quick to help and caring. Brilliant hotel and the best holiday ever

Our family was in the resort for 5 nights. The rooms was spacious and recently updated giving it a fresh look. Activities on sight were great. Almost anything you could imagine from mini-golf, VR headset, water slides, bicycle-carts, etc. Where we found the hotel a bit disappointing was the food. All buffets had ok-ish food, but for a hotel this size, variety and quality of ingredients could be improved. The salads for example, were the same essentially everywhere, and very limited in ingredients.

I usually can't stay in any hotel, especially when it's Inclusive ,for more than 4 days, but in this wonderful hotel we stayed for 9 beautiful days, the restaurant food was delicious and varied. The workers and chefs are wonderful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and tidy and cleaned every day. The water games are wonderful. We spent the most beautiful days in it. Finally, thanks to the reception staff, especially Ahmed, who was very cooperative and cared about the comfort of the hotel guests.
