The BEST family holiday! We stayed just before Christmas to celebrate our 10-year anniversary and my birthday, and it was truly unforgettable. The service throughout the hotel is exceptional—nothing is ever too much trouble. The standards of cleanliness and presentation are outstanding, and the hotel amenities genuinely offer something for everyone. Our kids absolutely loved the pool foam parties and competitions, not to mention the ice-cream and candy floss stall, which kept them very happy! We thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the DOCG and Merchant restaurants. A special thank you to Bam, Nai, Gam, Nadear, and Giftzy, who were always so friendly and helpful during breakfast—especially with my favourite iced lattes! Lastly, a huge thank you to Ice and Polly at the concierge desk for arranging taxi services and giving me excellent advice on buying pearl earrings. Thank you all for such a memorable and special stay. We can’t wait to return

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for several days and overall had a pleasant experience. We had both breakfast and dinner included in our stay, and the service was consistently high-quality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely designed. The hotel grounds are also beautiful and very well maintained. The food served at the restaurant offers something for every taste, and the prices are quite reasonable. The beach is lovely, but the entrance into the water is difficult due to many rocks and corals, making it unsuitable for children. In my opinion, the hotel could at least clear a section in the middle of the beach by removing the larger stones to create a more comfortable swimming area. Unfortunately, all these positive aspects were overshadowed by one major issue: the lack of sound insulation in our room. During the night, a lot of noise entered the room — mainly through the entrance door, but also through the thin walls that are not soundproofed. If you plan to stay here, I recommend avoiding rooms located close to the reception area, as you may not be able to sleep due to constant noise from staff or other guests. I would gladly return to this hotel in the future, but only after improvements are made regarding sound insulation. I am writing this review with the hope that the hotel will take this feedback into consideration and continue to improve, as it has the potential to become even better.

This was a first-class experience in every respect. The location is beautiful, with a private beach and coral reef to be explored. It is an all-inclusive resort with lots of activities. The rooms are modern and spacious, the restaurants are excellent. Chang Tai restaurant was particularly excellent. Most importantly, the hotel staff were universally kind, helpful, friendly and always willing to help. Nina, the guest relations manager, was lovely and very accommodating. This is a terrific place to stay.

This is one of the best memorable vacations my family had. We got room upgraded to one of the best suite in the compound. Kids got welcome gift and we received numerous small gestures throughout our stay, the staff made their best efforts as a team to make the guests feel welcome and proactively approached us to provide help. There are 7 restaurants and we tried 4, all Marriott’s quality. The buffet breakfast is good quality and choice is great. Beach is private and good spot for snorkeling and other sea activities. Hotel vibe is positive and festive. No dull moment during our stay. We will come back again definitely.

The accommodation, food, and service were all exceptional from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. The wellness and health facilities are outstanding – immaculate, well organised, and a real highlight of our stay. A special thank you to Nina, Ammy, Fay, Tuk, Patrick, Mr A, and Patty who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference and truly reflect the high standards of this resort. We couldn’t fault anything and would highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to returning.
