Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach is a peaceful getaway located away from the main street, which makes it quiet and relaxing. It’s a perfect place to unwind, and the hotel has a large, beautiful pool—our kids spent the whole day playing in it and absolutely loved it! The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are warm and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here! One thing to note: the beach has strong waves, so if you’re traveling with young children, it’s safer to enjoy the hotel pool instead. The breakfast was great, and the spa was also a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket!

I was on vacation at Marriott Merlin Beach in late April. There were many guests, but all the staff responded kindly. I snorkeled freely as there was a beach dedicated to the resort. On the last day of my vacation, I visited the Thai Pantry restaurant for dinner. Although I didn't make a reservation, the staff kindly looked for an empty table. When I told them it was my last day, they gave me small gifts; mango jelly, and a little cute elephant doll for me looking forward to my next visit. I was exhausted from packing before the airport, but the delicious food and excellent hospitality made me so happy. Thank you Nina, Mook, Lisa, and Tang Mo for giving me a happy last day!

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Marriott Merlin Beach for the past seven days, and today marks my official last day. The staff has been phenomenal—accommodating, friendly, and a true joy to interact with throughout our stay. The concierge team did a fantastic job booking all of our excursions and made the planning process seamless. The accommodations are outstanding—from the multiple pools and well-equipped gym to the relaxing jacuzzi and delicious breakfast buffet (my personal favorite). The complimentary shuttle service into town is a wonderful perk—definitely take advantage of it and explore the beautiful sights of Phuket. Thank you, Marriott, for helping my family celebrate two major milestones: my mother’s retirement after 48 years of hard work and my sister’s 50th birthday. And a special thanks to Delta Vacations for helping me plan such a memorable trip!

A fantastic resort with everything you need for an amazing holiday. The resort staff couldn’t do enough to help guests, the food was amazing and the beach was pretty and relaxing. The pools were warm and wonderful. Plenty of activities on offer too. The Rum Shack was our favourite spot for an evening drink by the beach. Romantic atmosphere but also suitable for families. We had a fantastic time!

We had an amazing four-day stay at the Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa! The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful ocean and relax at the fantastic pool bar. Everything was super clean, and the food was absolutely delicious! The warmth and friendliness of the Thai people really made our experience special; they treat everyone with kindness and respect. Thank you to Ammy for her wonderful service, and special shoutouts to Kwang, Gift, and Pinto for making our trip even better! It was truly an incredible getaway!
