I had a truly wonderful stay at the Marriott Merlin Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. The entire team went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. A special thanks to the front desk team for their professionalism and kindness — they made check-in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. I would also like to express my gratitude to Rose from housekeeping, who ensured my room was always spotless and comfortable, adding thoughtful touches that made me feel at home. And a heartfelt thanks to Patt from the Merchant House, whose genuine care and hospitality were simply outstanding. This combination of excellent service, attention to detail, and true warmth made my experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease at this hotel. The whole team was welcoming and helpful, but Nina truly stood out. Every day, She was so caring, genuinely interested, and incredibly kind. Her warmth made such a difference, she always took the time to check in, asked how my Son and I were doing, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to meet someone so thoughtful in hospitality. The food was another highlight – varied, high-quality, and absolutely delicious. Definitely a big recommendation! Enjoyed our stay here at this resort, especially our room with the ocean view. Opted for the all inclusive package and the food and drinks offering was excellent. Very good service with staff greeting you at every corner of the resort and ensuring we were enjoying our meals. Special mention to Nina who went out of her way, offering to help us with our baby so we could eat properly. The staff also offered to push the pram around restaurant while we had our meal Very nice and spacious pool, rooms are clean and spacious. Enjoyed the free Pilates class in the morning. Overall a 5 stars experience and we look forward to come back here!
