Our experience at the bar was absolutely exceptional thanks to Bright and Pla. From the moment we arrived, their warmth, attentiveness and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcomed. My friend and I have never felt so well taken care of — they truly went above and beyond in every possible way. Bright was exceptionally friendly, always checking in on us with the perfect balance of professionalism and kindness. His energy made the atmosphere feel fun, relaxed, and special. Pla was just as amazing — thoughtful, attentive, and incredibly sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Her service felt personal and heartfelt, and it made the night unforgettable. Both of them created one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. Their teamwork, their smiles, and the way they treated us with such respect and warmth made the entire night perfect. We are genuinely grateful for them. Bright and Pla turned a simple night out into a memorable experience, and we would come back again just because of their outstanding service. They truly deserve all the recognition.

Title: Full Facilities, Unbeatable Location, and Amazing Service! This hotel boasts full facilities and an unbeatable location in Karon Beach. The convenience here is unmatched: we were just in front of the beach, right next to Karon Plaza, and had a 7-Eleven directly opposite the hotel, with a delicious Thai pancake stall operating right in front of it only during the night! The in-compound parking was also a huge plus. The facilities are amazing—the pools are incredible, especially for kids, with great slides and water features. The pool access rooms are definitely worth booking for that extra convenience! A special thank you to Manager Dave Ramadhan, whose great help and welcoming attitude made our stay even more memorable. Important Notes for Travelers: * Breakfast was decent ("ok, nothing fancy") but served its purpose. * The hotel does serve halal food options at breakfast, but some items are not halal, so please exercise caution. * While there are many restaurants nearby, finding a variety of dedicated halal food is tough (mostly kebabs and standard fare). 🚗 General Travel Tip: > Whoever is driving in Phuket should take extra caution with traveling time and planning from each point, as traffic in Phuket is a nightmare. Be sure to factor in significant extra time for all road journeys. > Overall, the superb location, stunning pools, and the comprehensive range of facilities, combined with excellent service, make this an easy five-star recommendation, especially for travelers with children.

On our most recent family trip staying at the Phuket Emerald was a delight, friendly staff fantastic facilities amazing pools and slides. The on-site beauty spa was wonderful for kids to feel pampered. The fantastic kids club Emerald club was amazing and hard to keep the kids away from my daughter wanted to spend all her time at the kids club, one of the best kids clubs we've experienced great play areas lots of activities for the kids to keep them entertained. A special thank you to the staff Nee, Gam, Cream, Sunny and our favourite the green turtle were amazing with my daughter. The hotel restaurant Wai wai was great the staff made it extra special the food and beverage manager Simon was superb always with a smile greeting us and ensuring everything was top notch. Anny one of most friendliest staff members of the restaurant was super fantastic with our family and can't thank her enough for going the extra mile for us. The room were fantastic being a newly built hotel everything was clean and well presented the housekeeping lady was so great in ensuring everything was up to date. Highly recommend the Phuket Emerald definitely the hotel we choose when visiting Phuket next.

Amazing place for a family holiday. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous & the pools are amazing — clean, spacious, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. Our kids absolutely loved them and spent hours having fun! I was thoroughly impressed by the staff friendliness and care. Especially Yusoh, one of the pool staff, who was extremely helpful and made our kids pool sessions enjoyable and safe in every way. Highly recommend this for families who want a fun and comfortable vacation.

Writing this with the context of being Muslim/needing halal food. Pros The kids club and club staff are really nice, you can drop the kids off there and leave them if you need. It's not massive but they try to keep them occupied. The pools are really nice, the kids enjoyed the slides, swim up pools etc and spent most of the days there. The beach across the road is really good to have, Karon beach is well renowned. The A/C, bathroom and general facilities are kept clean and tidy There are a decent amount of really good halal food and general eateries, located within walking distance, we'd go local for breakfast, everything in walking distance The hotel remembered it was my birthday and sent a cake which was really nice of them. Cons The hotel Breakfast is really poor in my opinion, the options are limited and you'll be eating eggs, pastries and fruit most days (we chose to skip breakfast after the first day), this is mainly due to the halal dietary requirement. The check-in took over an hour (we'd been travelling for nearly 24 hours) because they couldn't locate our booking. The checkout took equally as long as they send someone to check the room to see if they can find anything to bill you for before you leave. The towels and robes are ample, but then they seem to be taken without being replenished every day, one day the robes disappeared and never came back. The in room tea/coffee/water provisions were also not replenished or replenished with one milk and one coffee (we were in a family room). When you ask for more of them you get funny looks. If you've had half a bottle of water they won't replace it (giving it the feel of them skimping or saving cost). Summary This hotel is well worth it if you can get It at a good price, we got a good deal as the season had just started so felt it was well worth it, if we'd spent a lot of money we may have been disappointed. With a few tweaks, this could really be an exceptional hotel.
