Do not recommend at all. Me and my family stayed there for 10 nights and were debating daily whether we should change our flight to an earlier day as we wanted to get out of there. The rooms would not get cleaned everyday and when they would, the only thing they would clean was the floor and just make the beds (they would leave the same bedsheets and towels for days). Every time I get reminded of the food I want to throw up. The hotel claims to be all inclusive but we often had to go eat out and spend additional money as the food was disgusting (I myself was throwing up 6-7 times a day on the last two days of my stay at the hotel). I’m convinced that if there was remaining food, they would re-heat it and use it again the next day.
Most of the people that work there were overall helpful in most occasions including the entertainment team. However, they take advantage of tourists and charge them unbelievable prices. They charged us €25 to go to a “beach party” and when we got there, there was no party and we had to pay to eat and drink which is understandable but we were confused as to why we had to pay €25 cause everyone else was just walking in for free and was only paying for food and drinks. Not to mention that there was actually never a beach party or any sort of party. This was the first and last time that we visit this hotel and I would never recommend it for anyone. Every restaurant that we went outside of the hotel they told us the same thing which is that everyone that stays in that hotel goes and eats in those restaurants as they are starving cause the food at the hotel is absolutely disgusting

My experience at the Phoenix Sun Hotel in Bodrum was downright disappointing. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that everything looked dirty and unclean. The check-in process was frustrating, with a 50-minute wait and a staff member who only spoke Turkish and used sign language. His warning that we had made a mistake in choosing the hotel was unsettling.
While looking for our room, which turned out to be dirty, we encountered issues in the bathroom, such as moldy ceilings and a broken showerhead. The room itself was absurd, with a leaking air conditioner, bedbugs, dirty floors, and a moldy fridge that I associated with the new corona variant. Electrical problems and a foul-smelling room made it even worse.
The low point was the food, which was tasteless and disgusting. It seemed like the food had been rejected at a food bank, and stray cats roamed the restaurant. The fact that I had to pay for a glass of water in an all-you-can-eat setting was absurd. The so-called fitness center consisted of just one mat and a few pieces of fitness equipment.
All in all, my stay was a nightmare, and I would strongly advise others against booking here.
I developed gastritis after eating at the Phoenix Sun Hotel. I also experienced diarrhea and had to be urgently admitted to the hospital. If the food inspection authorities were to visit, it could become international news.

Never stopped in a hotel as bad its in need of total refurbishing
Shower all grout moldy
Damp in the walls
Curtains that wouldn't fit the window and as it was a ground floor everyone that passed could see in .
After our first and only visit to the dinning room where a cat decided to casually walk through and use a grate for a toilet .as for the seating area near the pool bar to say disgusting is an understatement in four days we were there tables never cleaned that much spillage on the floor your feet stuck to it .our friends also had problems
One had no air-conditioning after requests to be fixed which didn't happen a broken toilet seat which cleaner bypassed when cleaning andseveral other things I could mention .
There seems to be a lack of proper management as staff just walk past things that need rectifying

It was a relatively good hotel
It was close to the beach
The pool was clean
The staff were polite and orderly
The hotel area and the view of the hotel are very beautiful
Defects that, if corrected, will improve the condition of the hotel:
The decor of the rooms should be updated
The dishes were very repetitive and the quality should be improved

Dont recommend it at all. The food was terrible in every possible way. The AC was barely working with a loud noise. They deceive you with the snack bar; it simply has no snacks. The drinks are undrinkable, coke was never fuzzy. Entertainment team just try to steal greatest amount of money from you, never agreed to any of there deals. Not far from beaches, but the hotel doesn't have its own beach while they insist they do. Just an experience thats disappointing in every aspect.
