​⛔ ABSOLUTE DISGRACE: Rude, dirty, and run-down. An insult to travelers! ​We traveled halfway across the world from Italy, paying for what was supposed to be a "4-star resort," but we ended up in a nightmare managed worse than a cheap hostel. ​SHAMEFUL MANAGEMENT AND RUDE STAFF: Thailand is famous for its hospitality, but here they achieved the impossible feat of being rude. Instead of making the customer feel welcome, they act like they are doing you a huge favor. The dinner service is total chaos (food served cold, staff in a panic). The absolute low point was reached with the manager, a certain Mr. Kong: due to his total incompetence, he treated us with arrogance, literally making us get up from our table while we were eating. An unacceptable humiliation that forced us to leave the resort in the dark to find food elsewhere. ​DILAPIDATED AND DANGEROUS ROOM: Maintenance is non-existent, and the decor is ancient, with worn-out furniture screaming neglect. ​Nightmare Shower: Zero pressure (just a trickle of water), but worse, the hose is full of BLACK MOLD and encrusted with limescale inside. Hygiene is non-existent. The shower is closed off by a cheap plastic curtain worthy of a youth hostel, absolutely unacceptable in a supposed 4-star hotel. ​Air Conditioning: It sounds like a tractor. It only works at maximum power, forcing us to choose between suffocating or not sleeping due to the deafening noise and freezing cold. ​TV: Unusable, broken remote. ​Service: On the second day, they didn’t even replace our dirty bathrobes. ​UNUSABLE OUTDOORS: The pools are full of mosquitoes (untreated water?), and on the beach, instead of the promised comfort, there are cheap plastic sunbeds, and not nearly enough for all the guests. ​THE FINAL INSULT AT DEPARTURE: As a final "great" memory, reception denied us the shuttle service back to the pier. The most indecent scene? They loaded our large suitcases onto their tractor, but forbade us from getting on. They forced us to walk all the way to the pier in flip-flops, carrying our hand luggage, while we watched our suitcases travel comfortably on the vehicle. Humiliating treatment until the very last second. ​ONLY POSITIVE NOTE: For the sake of fairness, I must admit that breakfast is well-managed and well-stocked. However, this is the only saving grace and it does not even come close to compensating for the disaster of the rest of the stay. ​CONCLUSION: Do not be fooled by the photos. They lack the basics of manners and cleanliness here. Coming all this way to be treated like this is a scam. STAY AWAY.

Everything about this hotel was terrible. From the moment I arrived, the experience was a complete disaster. I paid for a beachfront room but was deliberately placed in the most isolated and worst room on the property. The management was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Problems were not solved — they were ignored or made worse. The room they gave me had no security, no protection, and no safety. It was fully exposed and located far from everything. At night, it felt unsafe and neglected. This level of carelessness toward guest safety is unacceptable. The hotel is in a remote corner of Phi Phi Island, with almost no alternatives nearby. The management clearly takes advantage of this situation, knowing guests cannot easily leave. My entire vacation was ruined. Instead of rest and enjoyment, I experienced stress, fear, and constant discomfort. Do NOT come to this hotel. I absolutely do NOT recommend it. Choosing this hotel would be one of the biggest mistakes you can make.

I have been before in hotel on the same place, what was much better, however it was full this time, PP Erawan Palm resort The management clearly takes advantage of this situation, knowing guests cannot easily leave. Instead of rest and enjoyment, I experienced stress, fear, and constant discomfort. I absolutely do NOT recommend it. If you want to to this location much better decision will be PP Erawan Palm resort, NOT Phi Phi Holiday Resort Choosing this hotel, think good.

I would say it’s a - (minus) 4 stars hotel. My wife and I spent 800€ for 3 nights thinking it will make our honeymoon trip better but unfortunately it was ruined after an amazing 5 days in Phuket. 1. We got almost the last room in the resort in term of distance to the restaurant and facilities. 2. Room balcony and outside shower full of lizard that made them useless 3. Room smells disgusting We don’t know how we gonna spend this night but the good thing is that we are leaving this hotel tomorrow and going to another one even though they will charge us 2 nights instead of 1 . If you wanna enjoy your holidays I recommend that you don’t book this hotel.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The room smelled bad and was full of mosquitoes, and there were lizards all over the balcony. I booked a first-floor room, but they gave me a second-floor room, claiming the hotel was fully booked—which is not my problem. The room was also far from the facilities, even though I booked an expensive room. When we complained and asked to change rooms, they said the only option was a downgrade to an even worse room. This stay was meant to be our honeymoon, which made the experience even more disappointing. We arrived at 16:00, and the staff did not inform us that cancellation was still possible. I only found this out after contacting the booking agency. Unfortunately, the agency responded too late, and we were unable to leave by speedboat at that time. As a result, we were forced to stay one night, then book another hotel—yet we were still charged for two nights. This was a very disappointing experience, and I strongly recommend not booking this hotel.
