Very disappointed. It's definitely not a 5 star all inclusive hotel. The rooms are dated, the toilet does not have door. No hair conditioner ,no body lotion, no bathrobe. In the main restaurant the food is repetitive and the options are for a 3+ star hotel. Be careful if you have allergies, nobody knows what's are the exact ingredients in food. The views are beautiful. The water in swimming pool is freezing, no lifeguard. Jacuzzi is lovely with warm water and stunning views. 70% of the Cocktails are not included in all inclusive. Italian Ala carte restaurant is a disappointment. Definitely does not worth the money we paid for.

The hotel has amazing staff, the room was clean and nice, the only thing I didn't fully enjoyed was the bed. Food was always amazing, large section of all kinds of food, fruits, vegetables, side dishes, meat everything was delicious. Pool with bar was amazing, great cocktails and amazing bartenders. The view on the ocean was also very nice. I highly enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

As this was my first time in Madeira, we had an incredible and wonderful time! For accommodation this hotel was amazing! Our room was lovely, with a nice balcony. The food and drinks were delicious, a great selection too. The Service was great, helpful and friendly staff. And the sea views are so beautiful! We would definitely stay here again. 😄🌴

The hotel is on the bus 1 and 2 bus route, so that means an easy 15 or 20 minutes to downtown. Our room is clean and well maintained. The bed is firm, but comfortable. We do like our suite because of our different sleeping schedules. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool areas are very nice with a good cocktail bar. If you want easy access to the beach. this is not the place for you. We also recommend getting a sea view room with a balcony. And just like so many all inclusive hotels, the food here is average at best

Amazing hotel. Had the all-inclusive package. The food was amazing and had such a large variety. Staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful but some rooms do need a little modernising but still lovely to stay in either way! Will definitely be staying here again.
