Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed it with a fantastic view towards the sea. Our room’s location faced the sea and looked decently modern but was exceptionally noisy from the children’s playground/facility next to the hotel. Make sure to ask for a room farthest away from it!Our room also felt a little dirty; the walls were stained, the floor was damaged at some places, our bed wall had red stains, and our bath tub’s floor was worn out/unstable. However, our bedsheets and linens were all clean and changed everyday. The outdoor pools looked great and the indoor spa area was cozy as well. The parking was alright, we were always able to find free-parking 30-40 meters from the hotel. Overall, I would recommend staying here just choose a room further away from the indoor pools - it’s next to the children’s playground/facility.

Hotel near the ocean, supermarket and various restaurants. The staff was outstanding and the installations are modern, and comfortable. This hotel has a small gym, restaurant, interior pool, exterior pool, a large jacuzzi, turquish bath and sauna. The beds are incredibly comfortable and you have some security measures that I liked: there's an alarm near the bathtub in case you feel unwell and the room was a phone that allows you to contact the reception. You may want to check these hotel promotions for excursions because they are cheaper and the hotel is a pick point, which makes your life easier. I liked the breakfast buffet because it was so diverse and had good quality food. Overall, the ambience is clean and pleasant and I would love to go back to this hotel

Fabulous hotel, beautiful location. Rooms are so well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast tables have an uninterrupted stunning ocean view and is plentiful and varied. Laura on reception is so amazing, she couldn't do enough for us and was so polite and happy, she is very beautiful and has the most amazing natural eyebrows! Thank you Pestana Promenade! We've had a wonderful stay. Xxx

A 2* hotel purporting to be something better. Room temperature was 23 degs+ Reported faulty aircon at 6am. Reported again at 8am By 4pm no action taken at all. Reported again at 7pm. Returned to room at 11pm and all they had done was increase the fan speed to maximum, ensuring that room was still very hot. The main purpose of a hotel room is to ‘sleep’. This hotel fails at its basic purpose, and in their follow-up lack of service response. Atrocious.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, and large and clean rooms. We got a very nice welcome, the breakfast was outstanding and staff clearly had our wellbeing in mind.
