I was there with my husband and we had a great time. We particularly appreciated the location (we had an impressive ocean view, there are many restaurants nearby and alleys to walk by the ocean), tha staff (they were very attentive with everything we needed during our stay) and the very beautiful garden and pool. The food was also really good and the spa experience was something to look forward to. We would like to come back there in the near future.

We had an excellent stay in the hotel. One of the highlight has been the staff that has greeted us upon arrival. It was the best experience we had so far with a welcome drink, very friendly and warm welcome, quick handling of check-in, free upgrade of a room and making it easy for us to immediately go and enjoy the hotel facilities as we arrived 3 hours before official check-in time which was not a problem at all, we just had to wait for the room to be ready which went by quick as we enjoyed the pool and sun with a cold drink in a hand! Rooms are having everything that one could need in a hotel, additional surprising fruit bowl has also been a wonderful surprise. Staff is excellent in all aspects we experienced. Food overall is very tasty and there are many options to choose from. Facilities and pools are just enhancing the great experience no matter what weather you get. Location is close to majority of places you would like to visit. If we decide to visit Madeira again, this will be the hotel we will stay in again !

Very nice hotel, the staff at the reception were really helpful, they have ironboards and iron, you just have to ask and it s free, the pools were awesome, there s a lot of place you can swim in, the saunas were nice too, pleasant smell. Breakfast was nice, you had choices and just when i thought the menu is the same every day they brought more various food on Monday, which was great. The rooms were clean, however the curtains had 2 holes in them, the mirror is a bit outdated and the walls could use some repainting in the bathroom and on the hallways, the paint is chipped. The reception could also use some fragrance sticks, because it smells a bit like sweat, which could easily be fixed and it would improve future customers' experience. Really good hotel, the views were exceptional and I recommend it.

Such a beautiful hotel! Everything was perfect. Had a wonderful room with a breathtaking view. All the facilities are so beautiful. The swimming pools and indoor spa area are gorgeous. Filipe and Lina at reception are amazing and all staff members are very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be back!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. It was a very memorable experience. A special shout out to Phillip the wonderful concierge . Always so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.
