We had an amazing stay at Hotel Pestana, you could easily reach the beach and the Hotel provided Umbrellas and windbreaker. The beach was always clean, as was the pool area, the rooms and the whole hotel area and the cleaning staff was determined to keep it that way. Hotel Pestana has four themed Restaurants, we were only in one of them, but the food and the staff was very nice, the other days we ate in Restaurant Marés where we also enjoyed our breakfast. The food there was quite varying but was always delicious, the staff members were incredibly focused and our plates where gone the moment we finished, sometimes we didn’t even notice that we got a new water bottle, at the same time all of them were always nice and helpful and despite the many guests who probably eat there daily, they even remembered the drinks we ordered. Additionally the staff at the Dune bar was amazing and considerate I even had a handshake with one of the bartenders. As was the staff at the reception, we had to do a late checkout and they made that possible while still providing us with all the opportunities to enjoy our last day. As we checked out even our room number was remembered by heart of one of the receptionist’s. For In conclusion we had an amazing stay in Porto Santo and it was very noticeable that everyone was determined to provide the guest’s with the best stay possible and make them comfortable. Thank you for this wonderful vacation, we look forward to stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic! Clean, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff/hotel team. Location great, own beach front, short walk to town (though there are free shuttle buses if you’d prefer!). Lots to do for all ages and food is wonderful…so much choice (easy to eat way too much!). All spirits real brands and wine very nice. Have been all inclusive before and haven’t had the greatest time…was slightly worried at what I’d find here but couldn’t be happier. You’ll love it here, we have!

Best hotel I ever been to for families. We were there with our 2 year old. There are plenty of ways to keep them busy there. Great toddler playground and pool. The main pool is great with the snack bar right next to it. Great burgers and a great variety of known alcohol brands.

Hotel staff very helpful and well organised when large groups arrive. Rooms were spotless and the beds were massive. Pools very clean and water checked daily Plenty of sunbeds and clean in all areas. Beach was a stone throw away along a wooden pathway through sandy little private areas. Only Downside was no outside toilets around pool area. Had to go back to room or in the bars Food was OK but not really kid friendly on choices Overall great hotel and relaxing

Good hotel close enough to walk into the town and other beaches. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Main restaurant is small so can be busy but they provide information on quieter times to help prevent queues.
