The Pestana Porto Santo is hands down our favorite hotel on the island, and we've stayed here multiple times—already planning our next visit! The all-inclusive package is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food and well-prepared drinks at the bar. During one of our stays, I celebrated my birthday here, and the hotel surprised me with a lovely gesture—a cake and champagne in our room, which made the day even more special. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and always feel fresh with crisp cotton sheets and spotless towels replaced regularly. The hotel’s location is idyllic, nestled in a quiet area with direct access to the stunning beach. For beach lovers, it’s a dream—you can step out and be on the sand within minutes. The staff here are exceptional; their warm smiles, humor, and dedication truly elevate the experience. Whether at the reception, restaurants, or poolside, everyone is attentive and eager to help. The facilities are top-notch as well. We particularly enjoyed the sauna and the large, well-maintained swimming pools. The beach itself is incredible—pristine, peaceful, and perfect for long walks or simply relaxing in the sun. If you’re looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway with everything you need on hand, Pestana Porto Santo is a fantastic choice.

Just returned from holidays, from this hotel. and we were absolutely happy to be here. very beautiful views, very well-kept and clean territory of the hotel and the beach. the food is delicious, the hotel staff are super nice, ready to help. special thanks to the animators, they are professional people who ensured a good mood throughout the day and evening. I was happy that my daughter was busy and rejoiced at each of their appearances. it was an unforgettable 7 days, we will definitely come back.

We stayed for a week at the start of August 2024 as a family with 2 young children and had a great time. Close proximity to the airport is a huge bonus with c. 15 minute transfer time. The hotel is well equipped with 2 large outdoor pools, as well as being situated on the beach with direct access so it is ideal for young families. The hotel layout of mini villas spaced around the pools was great. Our entertainment highlight was the mini disco every evening by the pool side which the children loved. Food options included the main restaurant which offered buffet style, alternative a la carte restaurants on 2 nights and the pool bar which served snack meals from late morning to early evening.

Absolutely fantastic! Clean, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff/hotel team. Location great, own beach front, short walk to town (though there are free shuttle buses if you’d prefer!). Lots to do for all ages and food is wonderful…so much choice (easy to eat way too much!). All spirits real brands and wine very nice. Have been all inclusive before and haven’t had the greatest time…was slightly worried at what I’d find here but couldn’t be happier. You’ll love it here, we have!

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Pestana, you could easily reach the beach and the Hotel provided Umbrellas and windbreaker. The beach was always clean, as was the pool area, the rooms and the whole hotel area and the cleaning staff was determined to keep it that way. Hotel Pestana has four themed Restaurants, we were only in one of them, but the food and the staff was very nice, the other days we ate in Restaurant Marés where we also enjoyed our breakfast. The food there was quite varying but was always delicious, the staff members were incredibly focused and our plates where gone the moment we finished, sometimes we didn’t even notice that we got a new water bottle, at the same time all of them were always nice and helpful and despite the many guests who probably eat there daily, they even remembered the drinks we ordered. Additionally the staff at the Dune bar was amazing and considerate I even had a handshake with one of the bartenders. As was the staff at the reception, we had to do a late checkout and they made that possible while still providing us with all the opportunities to enjoy our last day. As we checked out even our room number was remembered by heart of one of the receptionist’s. For In conclusion we had an amazing stay in Porto Santo and it was very noticeable that everyone was determined to provide the guest’s with the best stay possible and make them comfortable. Thank you for this wonderful vacation, we look forward to stay there again.
