My husband and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. We LOVED this hotel! Our bed was very comfortable and our room had a balcony with a sea view. The pool is very nice and you can access the ocean from the pool area. There are lots of fish around the rocks at the hotel - we spent lots of time swimming! Breakfast was great every day and the view from the restaurant was even better. Most importantly, the staff were very kind and helpful. We would stay again!

It was the best hotel I have stayed! The staff is super nice, starting with the ones from to reception, the bar and ending with the pool bar lady. The room was very spacious, clean, the beds very comfortable. They also have a pillow menu, so if you don’t like the default one go for it and ask for another one at the reception! The location and view from the rooms were also magnificent. The bar also is in a very interesting looking building, separated but near to the hotel. All and all, if you have any doubt about the hotel, go for it!
Tip. There is a large supermarket across the street from the hotel where you can park your car for only 4€/day, so you don’t have to use their car park which is more expensive.

Lovely hotel, but they need to be more organised. I will leave here the bad side of it, and I hope some management staff can see it:
1. We went for dinner at 8.20pm, knowing that the dinner is until 9.30pm. When we arrived at the buffet, it seemed like the staff was trying to convince us that it was already too late, and she was very surprised that we wanted to eat at that hour. We felt uncomfortable that we had to insist a bit to let us in. If they stop serving at 9.30pm, the time was more than enough for us.
2. They add a suggestion tip on everything you buy: from dinner to a drink by the pool. The lemonade was 6 euros, but on the bill, the total was 6.60. At dinner, we asked them to reduce it, but the lemonade slipped. I know it's supposed to be a fancy resort, but tipping should be optional, not added directly on the bill.
3. When we left, they asked us if we wanted them to call a taxi. We agreed since they are locals, and, presumably, they know better. On Bolt, the ride to the airport was 21 euros, but since we let them order for us, they chose a local company. At the reception, they told us it would be 37 euros. We said ok. On the way to the airport, the driver engaged on a road rage with another driver and showed the middle finger. We arrived at the airport and we said that we would pay by card. At the reception, they told us that it wouldn't be a problem, but the driver started slamming the door and swearing. He wanted cash, not a card, obviously. So, he taxed us 45 euros. The story is that we paid more than double because we trusted the hotel. I suggest you book your own taxi, by Bolt, since that appeared to be the cheapest.

One of the best hotel experiences. Beautiful and well equipped and decorated rooms. All facilities well functioning. Nice restaurants and the cherry on the cake; staff is extremely friendly and professional.
