We were put in this hotel by Tui after our flight home was cancelled due to the weather. We were in a separate part of the hotel. First impressions were good,we had a suite with lounge and dining area and kitchenette. Sadly the food was awful, the buffet was lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot and onions with a bread roll. No meats or cheese. The main course was either spaghetti or rice with meat balls or fish stew, the meat balls were raw and the stew looked like something the cat had brought up!! We decided to go over to the main part of the hotel to get something else to eat, to be told that it was now closed! The receptionist asked what was the problem, and when I described what we'd been given to eat, he was appalled, then the manager arrived, he apologised and said that they hadn't had long to prepare anything, and said that breakfast would be better! Which it was, but not enough staff or room for everyone to sit. Sadly it spoiled the end of our lovely holiday. I'm not sure that I would go back here and definitely not recommend it.

Great location, well away from the main road. Lovely staff, who create a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Brilliant facilities. We loved our stay and will be back.

The food was always cold or completely ran out. The service was shocking. We never got offered drinks during meal times. We got told there was no entertainment so we went out and when we come back there was entertainment. We were given no map or any indication of where anything was so just felt a bit lost around it.

Large newly refurbished air conditioned rooms, very nice bathroom but wardrobe with no doors spoils the appearance. Rooms used to have small kitchen area but now only kettle and small fridge. Thankfully good buffet breakfast included in price. Pool area not in good condition because of building work which is still ongoing as toilets are not functioning yet. Gym is now on level 3 of the tower. There is not a functioning spa now. No indoor pool, nothing for children. No evening meals in buffet restaurant so dinner has to be taken in the Quinta (or go out).
Staff are pleasant and eager to please.
This hotel does not, at the moment, reach the standard of other 4 star hotels in the area.

Nice room service and great view. The breakfast is alright and the pool not heated. The personal is really friendly and takes every wish or question very serious.
