Bridger Machus

This property really let us down. The rooms were dated and in far worse condition than the pictures online, we had many issues with the room. The lobby felt cold and empty, the pool was nice but the jacuzzi was not hot. The breakfast was good and featured a good view of the ocean. Overall I cannot recommend this place, it needs an update to be competitive in the area.

Not a 5 star, no robes, rooms old(need maintenance) no kettle for coffee or tea, water bottle just one which never was changed. Even not a mini bar for money. Location good and breakfast was enjoyable but nothing else. Not worse that money.

Really nice hotel in a great location. The hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful, however if you plan to stay here I would advise you stay on a bed and breakfast basis only, and don't be tempted to book half board or a 3 evening meal package as we did. Breakfast is fine, but the evening meal buffet is the worst food we have ever had in any hotel we've ever stayed in. We had two awful evening meals in the restaurant and after having cold inedible food, we decided that was enough. We had one evening meal still to have which was paid for in advance. After my husband having to put his complaint in writing we were reimbursed for the final meal in our 3 meal package which we had no intention of having, there was no mention of any recompense for the two inedible meals we had paid for. Had we been in a restaurant and served similar cold poor quality food we would have sent it back. Avoid this evening buffet!
