We had an amazing stay at The Pavilions Bali in a private pool villa, perfect for our little family. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and the private pool was a big hit! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more special. We loved the in-villa breakfast each morning—delicious and so convenient. The entire property is stunning and peaceful, offering a perfect escape. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway!

Exceptional attention to detail to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. The villa with private pool was our home for a week and it was lovely. The Jahe restaurant was a pleasant experience with live Balinese music on Tuesday evening and dancers showing the traditional style. Staff are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble providing it’s a reasonable request. Little gifts left for us each day included incense, a traditional fan, a macrame knotted key ring and a small notebook made of banana leaf (we may not be able to take the last one home as our strict quarantine rules forbid banana leaf) but we were touched with each gift. Highly recommended as a getaway for couples and families.
Chandra was our breakfast angel! He was kind, attentive, and efficient! Our villa was attended daily and was one of the loveliest stays we have ever had! All of the staff from the groundsmen to the manager were wonderful.

Before we’d even got to Bali the hotel were extremely helpful over email so we could already tell we were going to have a great experience! When we arrived we were quickly checked in and shown to our villa - we were staying in a villa with a private pool which was lovely!
The hotel runs like clockwork, everything is on time and very well organised. You choose your breakfast online each evening and they bring to your villa each morning in a 15 minute time slot of your choice. We used the hotel taxi multiple times to take us and pick us up from places and they were always there on time. Room service was always quick, as was food and drinks around the pool. All the food we ate at the hotel was very nice.
My girlfriend had arranged some surprises for my birthday on our 3rd day there. In the morning we had a floating breakfast in the pool, then later on when we got back from our day out, the pool was decorated, the villa was decorated with balloons and a message on the bed with a birthday card and present. They’d also set the patio up for a private 4 course meal for us.
The location in Sanur is perfect as well, the hotel is hidden away down a long driveway on a busy-ish main road but you’d never tell once you’re inside. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from and the new ‘Icon Bali’ shopping centre is a 5 minute walk away which has a cinema, designer shops and restaurants as well. You can also get to the beach through the shopping centre.
Overall a really enjoyable stay and the hotel staff really do go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay there and that would be mostly because of how efficient and friendly their staff is. Every time we rang them for some work, they would do it within two minutes. Super impressed. Absolutely loved the customisation on the entrance door with our name on the plate.
Having said that, the reason why I’d give them four stars is because:
1. The wooden floor in our room was very slippery. My kids fell on it multiple times. I fell on it and even the nanny who came to look after the kids almost had a slip too.
2. We were served burned burrito for breakfast once. Considering it’s one of the high ends places, I wouldn’t expect this.
3. The shower area had a bit of a mould which we found a bit off.

We stayed for 6 nights and loved every moment. This villa is perfect for couples seeking a private, tranquil escape with a fantastic private pool. The food and drink selection was excellent, and it’s just a short stroll to Sanur beach. The staff truly made our stay special with their warmth and professionalism. We’ve just checked out, and we’re already thinking about when to return.
