This place lived up to everything it stated to be. Beautiful villa comfortable, private and peaceful. The staff are so polite and professional and nothing is too much for them to make your stay a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We had the honeymoon suite and we couldn't of been happier. The morning breakfast was always on point and served with a smile and at a time that suites you. House keeping morning and night ensures you return with lights on beds made and a nightly gift on your bed which is a lovely touch. I am going to miss this place and the whole of the staff so warm ,friendly and welcoming and not forgetting the guys on security always welcoming and so friendly .

I can't recommend this place enough! The staff are absolutely incredible, they where all so accommodating, so friendly, and they couldn't do enough for us! It was genuinely a pleasure to stay there! Our villa was lovely, and the bed was so comfortable. The location was perfect, very close to the beach, the giant shopping centre, and there's loads of lovely bars and restaurants all less than a 10 minute walk away. This was the best holiday my girlfriend and I have ever been on, and a large part of that was down to the hotel and their staff! Some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. That's not just the hotel staff either. The balinese people are so friendly in general and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. We had such a great time at the Pavilions. Thank you so much 'Pavilions Bali' we are eternally grateful to you all! Scott and Donna

1 star – because zero isn’t an option At first glance, everything looked picture-perfect: refreshing welcome drink, clean floors, beautiful bed, pool without a single leaf. But then… welcome to Villa No. 12 – also known as Rat Paradise. That rustic smell? Not tropical charm – it was the barnyard stench of a rat-infested roof. By morning, bananas were hollowed out, chip bags chewed through, sugar scattered, rodent footprints and droppings everywhere. The real highlight? A glue trap above the kitchen cabinets holding a dead rat. Yes, really. Another trap under the fridge, complete with a decomposing gecko. They knew. They knew the rats were there – and still gave us this villa. Outrageous. After complaining, we got moved to a newer, clean villa. No refund for the hellish first night – only a 20 CHF discount. For our daughter. Not for us. Breakfast? Bland and forgettable. Staff? Lovely but extremely forgetful. Bottom line: Unless you’re here to film Ratatouille 2 – Tropical Nightmare, avoid this place. Overpriced, overrated, and unsanitary. And if you must stay here: do not accept Villa No. 12. You’ve been warned. 🐀

Fab hotel. Lovely staff. Amazing rooms. Great setting. Beach access a bit tricky but ok. A gift left every night at turn down made it extra special. Great beds. Peaceful

Love this place! Definitely 10/10. I booked this hotel for their location. It's close to ICON BALI and the harbor. It turned out to be one of the best experiences. The room is big and clean, and the water is clear. I brought my own shower filter and it remains clean after two days of usage here. The service is awesome. They even have 15mins welcome foot massage!
