My stay at the Pathumwan Princess Bangkok Hotel was truly wonderful. The entire team made our visit special and I want to highlight a few exceptional staff members who made a real difference. Mr. Jep from reception was outstanding. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and amazing with my children. His kindness set the tone for our stay. Ms. Bow from housekeeping always took great care of our room. She was attentive, thoughtful, and consistently welcoming. Mr. Ken from concierge was truly exceptional. He was extremely accommodating, helpful, and supportive throughout our trip. We deeply appreciated his assistance and genuine care. Mr. Big from the Club Lounge was also very kind to my children. He was gentle with them and always helpful, which made them feel happy and comfortable. Thank you to the entire Pathumwan Princess team for making our stay so comfortable, memorable, and family friendly. We look forward to returning again.

Perfect location. Connecting to the MBK center, which also connects to the other huge shopping centres. 7/11 is just downstairs as well with an entire food court within walking distance. The room felt very modern. Abit smaller than i would like. No balcony, just a window view. So you can’t dry out any washed clothes. You have a couch with a deluxe twin bed. The bathroom is nice and modern. Full standing shower. Toilet has a bum spray. Service was excellent. If it’s your birthday, they will deliver a nice chocolate cake to your room for you. I thought that was a nice touch. The pool was a proper lap pool. Massive area. With 2 jacuzzis as well. The bed I had was too old. The mid section dipped in and was quite uncomfortable to sleep in. Luckily I wasn’t staying too long, (3 days), otherwise I would switch rooms. Also the filtered tap in the room was a nice touch but the water tasted gross and smells plus it was room temp. So had to get bottled water in the end.

Having stayed at the Pathumwan Princess last year, I was already a fan, but my most recent visit completely blew me away. The difference since the renovations is spectacular! My room felt incredibly modern, bright, and genuinely luxurious—a huge step up with stylish new décor and fixtures. A standout upgrade is the in-room filtered water dispenser; it's a fantastic, eco-friendly addition that made staying refreshed so easy. The entire property feels revitalized and more impressive than ever. Beyond the physical upgrades, the level of personalized service remains the hotel’s biggest asset. I want to give a massive shout-out to Mook at the front of house. From the moment I approached the check-in counter, Mook ensured a smooth, efficient, and genuinely welcoming experience. Her attention to detail didn’t stop there; she personally oversaw the final steps right until my room was ready, making me feel like a truly valued guest. That sort of seamless, end-to-end care is rare and greatly appreciated. Equally impressive was the tireless service provided by the entire team of bellmen and doormen. They are the first and last people you interact with, and they execute their duties with professional warmth. Whether it was managing luggage, assisting with transport, or simply offering a friendly wai and a smile, their service made every entrance and exit effortless. With this visit, I’ve now completed five stays in just four years at Pathumwan Princess—and this experience reaffirmed exactly why I keep coming back. The combination of world-class hospitality, modern comforts, and genuine care from the team makes this hotel truly stand out as one of Bangkok’s best. Exceptional stay at Pathumwan Princess — luxury, location, and world-class service My recent stay at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel in Bangkok was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail. Check-in was smooth, the welcome drink refreshing, and every team member I encountered went out of their way to make me feel valued. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed, with modern décor and a breathtaking city view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches — premium linens, quality toiletries, and housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout my stay. The location couldn’t be better — directly connected to MBK Center and just steps from the BTS Skytrain, making it effortless to explore Bangkok’s shops, restaurants, and landmarks. The hotel’s facilities are top-tier: the pool and fitness center are among the best I’ve seen in Bangkok, and the breakfast buffet was simply phenomenal with a huge selection of Thai and international options. Service here sets the Pathumwan Princess apart. Every request was handled with genuine care and professionalism. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury, convenience, and warm Thai hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Have stayed here twice. Once in 2023 and once in 2025. Both times have been amazing. They’ve also renovated the pool area since, and it looks great. Staff are so friendly, in-house food and drinks and reasonable. Buffet breakfast is phenomenal. The worst thing about our stay is that it is ending.
