From our early arrival to our departure, the Team were extremely helpful and polite. Our room was not quite ready on arrival so it was suggested that we walk out of one of the hotel doors straight into the MBK Market until it would be ready. What a great suggestion and fantastic experience that proved to be. On our return we were immediately given the keycard to our room and all of our luggage had been taken up to the room. The room itself was perfect, on the 18th floor with great views, good adjustable aircon, monster beds and all the amenities that we needed. After settling into the room we went out to explore Bangkok. The hotel is perfectly placed to get anywhere either on foot or on the excellent transport system. Breakfasts in the CiTi restaurant were high quality and plentiful and ran until 1030 which was ideal for us. Checkout was quick and efficient bringing our stay to a perfect end. All in all, just what we wanted for a nice relaxing stopover before our onward flight.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and it was a very positive experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and cleaned daily. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the large bathroom adds to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, offering plenty of options. The swimming pool is large and not overcrowded, making it perfect for relaxation. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. A major advantage is the excellent location in the heart of Bangkok, with direct access to the MBK Center shopping mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will book a room here again without hesitation on my next visit to Bangkok.

Always stayed at Chit Lom area, and wanted a change - glad this will be my choice in future too. 5 of us, we got connecting rooms and the rooms were really spacious! One of the reason i have selected this hotel initially was because they can confirm a connecting room! Have asked few popular ones which were unable to do that. Lots of leg room for luggages, very clean, water pressure was great, beds were so comfortable, filtered water for drinking. Service - top notched! My son lost something and was found within 10 minutes by hotel staff. Great teamwork says it all! Special thanks to Mr Damrongsak B (Heng) =) Breakfast - simple asian cuisine, egg counter, but really good enough. Facilities - Lap pool, Beautiful gym, badminton courts, squash court, etc! Location - direct link to MBK with supermarket/Don Donki/7-11 and BTS. Siam area is just opposite! Keep up the good work! 🫰🏻👍🏻

We stayed at Pathumwan Princess Hotel during the New Year holiday last year and had a wonderful experience. The hotel feels newly developed, with a modern interior that is both stylish and cozy. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was very spacious and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing holiday stay. One detail we really enjoyed was the in-room drinking station, which added an extra touch of convenience and comfort. Everything about our stay was excellent, from the room to the overall atmosphere. Because of how good the experience was, we are happily returning to stay here again this year. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, space, and a well-designed hotel in Bangkok.

My son and I stayed for 9 nights. The bed and the room were beautiful and very clean. The swimming pool was the best. The breakfast staff took good care of us, although the breakfast selection was a little limited. The Wi-Fi signal was not very good. Thank you for taking care of us during the 9 days of our stay.
