We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Unfortunately, our experience at the Studio Bar was disappointing and did not reflect the high standards of the rest of the hotel. The service team especially the male staff on duty on 18/2/26 night was not friendly and was arrogant. Despite paying the high corkage fee for 2 bottles of wine, he wanted to charge for few pieces of slice lemon as well as peanuts. All those were given to us free of charge as part of the corkage we have paid on previous nights served by a friendly lady staff. This incident marred an otherwise wonderful stay. We hope the management will look into this, as the hotel itself truly offers a great experience.

Our family stayed at Pathumwan Princess Hotel during this trip (DATE 2026/2/3-2026/2/7 Booking Number: 5762795891), and it truly gave us one of the most wonderful travel experiences we have ever had. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. I would especially like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the housekeeping staff who worked on February 5, 2026 (Thursday). After a long and tiring day of traveling, returning to our room was such a beautiful moment. The room was perfectly prepared, warm, and welcoming. It made us feel completely relaxed and genuinely at home. That feeling of comfort meant so much to our family. I also want to sincerely praise the staff who served during the Evening Hors d’Oeuvres. They were absolutely amazing — so warm, attentive, and full of genuine hospitality. Their kindness and friendliness made the experience even more special. Please extend our deepest thanks to both the housekeeping team on February 5 and the Evening Hors d’Oeuvres service staff. They truly made our stay unforgettable.

We’ve stayed at several hotels in Bangkok by now, and when it comes to location, Pathumwan Princess Hotel is definitely one of the best. It’s very central and everything is easy to reach. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bathroom was also large and spotless. For the location and the room alone, we would definitely come back again. The breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Bangkok, where the selection was more varied and extensive. The club lounge was okay, but not particularly special either. What really stood out to us was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at Pathumwan Princess Hotel and it was truly an outstanding 5-star experience. The hotel is luxurious, elegant, and very comfortable, with a spacious layout that immediately gives a feeling of quality and professionalism. The dining area is large and well organized, and the breakfast buffet was excellent – rich variety, high quality, and something for everyone. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, modern, and perfectly taken care of. The bathroom was also great, fully equipped with all the amenities you need – soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The shower had strong water pressure and hot water, which made a big difference after a long day of exploring Bangkok. 🙏 A special thank you to Ken, the Guest Services Manager, for his warm and welcoming attitude. We truly appreciated that he personally came to our room to make sure everything was fine and to check if we needed any assistance. His service was polite, professional, and made a real difference. In addition, the entire hotel staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring toward the guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok and looking for a premium hotel with excellent service and a perfect stay. Thank you for everything!

The hotel exceeded my expectations and it was truly one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. This was my first time staying in a hotel that is also connected to a shopping mall, which made the experience even more special. All the staff and employees were kind, welcoming, and always smiling. The location of the hotel was excellent — everything I needed was very close by. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking and felt almost unreal. However, there was one small issue that bothered me. At the beginning, they encouraged us to upgrade to a bigger room at a higher price, and after we paid, they informed us that we also had to pay a deposit. This should have been clearly communicated from the start. Despite that, it was still one of the best experiences. Once I saw the incredible view and the level of luxury the hotel offered, I no longer felt upset. The buffet had a very wide variety of food, which I really appreciated. Although the food personally wasn’t to my taste, this is just my opinion — my family really enjoyed it and were very satisfied. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.
