Great hotel, with nice rooms right in the heart of things. Hotel had an excellent pool and gym and the breakfast was fantastic with a good selection. The hotel is right next to MBK so no lack of shopping or eating choices. The only issue with staying here is the traffic which can mean it takes a while to get to the hotel but the location more than makes up for it.

I’ve stayed at Pathumwan Princess Hotel multiple times over the years, mainly because of its unbeatable location—right next to MBK, BTS, and other major shopping complexes. It’s incredibly convenient, especially for a quick shopping trip before heading home. The front desk staff were polite but not particularly helpful beyond the basics. Housekeeping, on the other hand, were consistently warm and welcoming, and their attentiveness made a positive impression. We stayed in a one-bedroom executive suite, which was spacious and clean. However, the built-in night light couldn’t be turned off and kept waking me up—I had to cover it with a cushion. We also had a maintenance issue with a ceiling leak in the bathroom around midnight. While technicians were sent quickly and resolved it within 30 minutes, there was no follow-up afterwards. The lifts were frustratingly slow—on one occasion, I waited five minutes just to get downstairs. The breakfast buffet had a good range of options but was very crowded and noisy. I’d recommend booking a room with executive lounge access if you prefer a quieter experience. Unfortunately, the service there was below expectations—I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to bring a menu and follow up on a simple drink order. I used to be a loyal guest here, but after trying other similarly priced hotels with better overall service, I won’t be returning. For the premium price, the experience just doesn’t match anymore.

What a wonderful hotel with amazing staffs, room, service and amenities! The location (in the center of Bangkok near everything) is a huge factor in our stay here. Besides being connected to MBK, you're also not far from Siam Paragon, Siam Square or Central World all within walking distances. Looking for 7-11? It's literally on the ground floor attached to the hotel. We initially booked for 5 nights but once we saw the hotel and our suite, we decided on the same day to add 4 additional nights. Our room is modern, clean and beds were very comfortable. Staffs were amazing, from K. Aot who made sure everyday was a great day for our family. The electricity in our room kept going off after a cleaning but K. Aot and team always made sure it was taken care of accordingly. Lastly, K. Sroy (housekeeper) who took care of our needs and always made sure our room was ready and cleaned everyday. In conclusion, Pathumwan Princess hotel exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be back here again for our next Bangkok trip.

We've stayed at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel a couple of times now my wife, daughter, and I and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect, right next to MBK and very convenient for shopping and getting around Bangkok. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and gym facilities, which are top-notch. Breakfast had a great variety and was always fresh and delicious. It's a great hotel for families, and we always feel well taken care of. Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip!

My stay at Pathumwan Princess Hotel was truly one of the most spectacular and memorable experiences I’ve ever had in any hotel. The location is excellent, and the staff’s understanding of family needs was beyond impressive. When my nephew became unwell during our stay, the level of care and attention we received from the team exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, everything was handled with outstanding professionalism and genuine warmth. Our room was upgraded to better accommodate our family needs. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, child-friendly, and equipped with luxurious amenities that made our stay even more comfortable and special. One of the most exceptional touches was the warm welcome experience—particularly by Nadia, who personally came to our room to explain the facilities, offer support, and check in with us daily to make sure we were enjoying our stay and didn’t need anything. Her kindness and dedication stood out as a true highlight. What completely blew us away was the next morning, when the team sent a bouquet of flowers with a “Get Well Soon” tag for my nephew. That thoughtful gesture reflected how this hotel truly goes above and beyond in paying attention to the smallest details and making guests feel genuinely cared for. It was touching and unforgettable. If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the breakfast—it was okay, but not up to the level of excellence seen in other aspects of the hotel. Overall, this was a truly amazing stay.
