If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff here are truly wonderful — very attentive and caring people. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from something I ate outside the hotel, and during that difficult time, the hotel staff showed real professionalism and compassion. They kept calling to check on me, asked how I was feeling, and offered help, bringing anything I needed directly to my room. Thanks to their support, I felt much better and more comfortable. A big thank you to the whole team for their kindness and attentiveness!

Came here with the wife for a week, if your food lover like us you would enjoy that as they do have many different varieties for each other day ,however the rooms are not same as online images abit of a let down. Please be careful if you are buying anything and not packing it away as we just had our souvenirs disappeared from our room. Hotel manager was really good with us and purchased souvenirs for us. Overall a good decent week.

We went to his resort in January and loved it so much we returned again in April. As always the room was great, service amazing, staff friendly and helpful, absolutely amazing entertainment team couldn’t praise them enough. Filo, snoopy, and Mario stood out everyday, engaging you in activities, having fun with you, making it a personal experience! and creating a lovely atmosphere by the pool as well as the beach. Entertainment every single night, lots of variety. Mohummed the lifeguard couldn’t do more for you and was so lovely. All reception staff were super helpful. Didn’t have a single bad experience with a staff member whilst here everyone is so friendly. Room was cleaned so lovely everyday, fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, bottled waters, which made us feel at home! Will definitely be returning for the 3rd time!

We came here before and it was great. Good service and everything was perfect. I don’t remember anything wrong however this year it was really different in a bad way. Very unhygienic iteams in the rooms such as the bed sheets having stains, missing beds and the bathroom simply being pure dirty. There was missing items in the room and we constantly had to ring and ask for things that should already be provided to us. The food is also not the best. Very limited options for the price we pay and it’s not fresh. Very hard and cold foods. The animation is really good entertainment for the kids and enjoyable.
