My wife and I first stayed here 9 years ago and really enjoyed our stay. So we decided to come back with a couple of friends and we all had a great time. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a lot on offer, all the hot food is kept warm and refilled regularly along with all of the other food on offer (the coffee is also very good). All the staff from reception, to the restaurant and cleaners are all very friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are feeling a little dated, they are kept clean and have everything that you would need. The pool on the fifth floor is a nice spot to relax and get a drink from the bar and the gardens around the hotel are beautiful and well kept. My only criticism is that the rooms don't have air con, but as there is usually a breeze it isn't a huge issue. The hotel is up a rather steep hill, but this does mean fantastic views and the hotel does provide a bus service to a from Puerto De La Cruz and taxi's are very cheap between the town and hotel if you don't fancy the walk.

Would I come back again? Definitely not. I am grateful for the help I received from the staff — both reception and waiters were lovely 🥰. The gardens are also well maintained and beautiful, which I appreciated. However, the rooms are just not my cup of tea — very outdated. You literally get what you pay for. I found spiders and cobwebs, and honestly, the least said about that, the better. I didn’t even bother to use the wardrobe. What disappointed me most was having to pay a £35 deposit for a fan and iron. In a hotel with no AC, I expected at least a fan to be a basic amenity upon check-in. Overall, I’m thankful for the kindness of the staff and the peaceful garden setting, but the accommodation itself really let it down.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. There wasn't air conditioning in our room, but with the window vents open, it kept the room cool enough at night. However with the window vents open, you got a bit of noise from the animal/insects especially at night and in the morning. The complimentary bus into town was very useful and appreciated. The hotel is a 20min walk from the town and all uphill so be aware of this and be prepared to give your calf muscles a workout. However, for the food and drink available fduring your time there, a daily workout is maybe welcomed 😆 There is multiple pools, snack bars to choose from during the day and the breakfast / dinner options were great. Recommended and hope to come again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful place and surroundings. The views are absolutely amazing. The hotel was lovely, only thing was rooms don't have AC but you can hire a fan. The food was lovely every time. Staff were friendly and worked extremely hard to accommodate everyone. One of the staff, Issac made an appearance every now and then throughout the day to play some good music, he entertained us with his dance moves whilst we lounged around the pool, he kept some of the children occupied by playing ping-pong and different games. The adults were laughing and smiling at his trick shots and dance moves. Was a lovely experience.

If you're looking for luxury and glamour, this is not the best choice. If you're looking for a good place to stay with decent prices - this is a good selection. First off - the service. Cheerful, kind, professional. Always there to help you, regardless if it's the reception, cleaning service or the restaurant. They clearly have the will to make your stay as good as possible and they execute it very well. Next up is the room we stayed in - we had everything what was needed. We had a great view from our balcony. I guess the opinion depends on what part of the building you will have your room. You can feel the passing time in the room but the hotel owners do what they can to keep you happy. About the rest of the hotel - the garden is amazing, there's a lot of efforts put to keep it tidy and so well-looking. There are some pools with bars - nothing out of the ordinary, just sume regular pools to splash around in. Too bad there weren't any slides for the little ones. There are some pool tables and fussball available but both cost a euro to play. The playground could be bigger but the mini golf part of the garden is a lot of fun. The hotel also offers padel court rentals and I still don't understand the pricing mechanic - one time I paid around 16 Euros, while the other is was 22 Euros. It doesn't make sense. The food - we had breakfasts and dinners during our stay and we always found something good to eat. We kinda got bored with some foods closer to our visit but the chefs try to switch some positions each day. You will have a chance to try some local cuisine. A big no, however, was when yoghurts with 14 days past the expiration date have been served and later, during the super, mixed with some honey in bowls. Make sure to look at the expiry date, folks. The location is ok - it's a relatively short walk to the sea shore (of course it's uphill on the way back - it's Tenerife). There's a bus riding around a couple of times a day to drive you to the supermarket. There's a parking (5 Euro per day) if you are renting a car - there's always some space to park. Overall - we leave very satisifed. Given the price for the stay - it was a really good exchange and I would recommend this place to stay.
