From the outside, the hotel looks outdated. However, once you reach the lobby, you realize that the hotel has been refurbished. The interior is stunning, and although you may hear some knocking and sawing, it is easily ignored amidst the hotel's serene ambiance, poolside, and breathtaking beach views. I give 5 stars to the staff for their courteous and attentive service. Guests are well taken care of. The room is spacious, spotless, and offers a magnificent ocean view. The king-size bed is exceptionally large, and I love the toiletries in the bathroom. As for the buffet breakfast, come early, preferably before 9:00 AM, to avoid a long queue. The food was okay.

Room itself was clean and cozy, swimming pools are small but well maintained and easy access to the beach is a plus.
Italian Restaurant, all day kitchen, by the pool and lobby cafe are great for the meals and drinks. BBQ also available during weekend.

Nice and well maintained hotel! Great service from the ground staff, friendly staff! Beautiful beach, and sunset!! Perfect hotel for a short family getaway and they have many activities and multiple pool - adult, kids and amazonian water park to keep the kids occupied throughout the day… on top of that, from a stone throw away there is a perfect beach for water activities or just spend some leisure walk along the beach..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite hotel and would highly recommend it. The pool area is extremely impressive and exudes an aura of relaxation. The dining experience was simply excellent and was the highlight of the day.
The state-of-the-art gym is absolutely first class and offers a comprehensive range of equipment to suit every need, whether it is for the sports enthusiast or the casual athlete.
Overall, this hotel is a place that meets the highest standards. Every detail has been implemented with the utmost care and precision.
The staff are particularly outstanding, with their presence, helpfulness and efficiency. Special praise goes to John, the hotel manager, for his outstanding support. I am already looking forward to returning and experiencing the excellent service again.
It was undoubtedly an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend it. A stay at this hotel is a must!

Concierge and Reception staff are great. The sunset bar and in room dinning is a joke.
Sitting for 45 minutes at Sunset Bar, unable to get a drink, ended up leaving because we got tired of waiting. In-room dinning, ordered only once and it took them over 1.5 hours to deliver it to us. Nothing elaborate just 2 burgers and 2 drinks. No words but ridiculous!!!!!!!! Pathetic. Then when our food came it was cold, didnt eat any of the fries or wedges because there was no salt, ketchup or anything provided. Such a waste of money and food.Was quicker to use grab and get something delivered from outside the hotel. Very POOR service.
