Highly recommended. Frankly speaking, I don't understand the bad review. We came during school holiday and the hotel was fully occupied. But the check in was swift. We had to queue for breakfast (understandable due to high peak season) but it did not take long to be seated. The food was great and replenished even at the very last hour. All the staff were warm and courteous. I will definitely come again!

Short trip for my husband birthday. Arrival : Greeted warmly and felt very welcomed. Our room was being cleaned when we arrive as a nice gesture for my husband birthday we were brought to restaurant for welcome drink while waiting. Less than 15min the room is ready. Room : To our surprise the room was spacious and the bed big enough to accommodate 4 of us (baby, toddler and 2 of us). Requested a simple birthday decoration, they brought us cake and balloons enough to make my husband happy. In-Room Dining : Delivered on time as per requested by they got one order wrong and they delivered the correct order around 30min later. But I was happy with the food, taste and texture wise excellent. Pool : coming on weekdays to avoid crowded but turns out they are more tourists and to my surprise the place felt lively rather than crowded. There are 2 pools and are spacious enough. Not just the staff were smiling to us but the guests were also kind to us especially to my kids. 1night not enough to soak up everything this resort has to offer so we will definitely be coming here again. Recommended !

The room still looks new, and the design is great, but the toilet has some old stains, which is typical for older hotel rooms. Overall, it's still great. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The location is a bit busy outside, and parking is tough if you're driving.

Been here several times but this time is the worst experience we get. I dont know because of the long weekend + school holiday made the hotel takes their customer for granted. We booked sea view room, but due the bad traffic, we only managed to check in around 7-8ish pm. First, we havent been entertained with any welcome drinks like we used to get. Second, we got a lousy-half-seaview room worth RM900++/night. The pillow smells very bad. Like the hotel didnt change the sheet from the previous customer 🤢. To add to that, a very strong mould smell in the toilet with mouldy grout that makes me developed cough. Third, car park is forever full! Pls avoid coming here during scool breaks. Breakfast is okay. Will we come again? Maybe not.
