We’ve had a lovely time here. Our sea facing room on the 6th floor was beautifully serviced by Afzal and nothing was too much trouble for him or any other member of staff for that matter. Everyone seemed hard working and they made us so welcome at all times. The seaview was worth paying for and the lounge in the lobby was lovely. Breakfasts which were usually very busy (there is a board out showing when to expect queues,) had a wonderful choice, although muesli may be something you could add. We enjoyed the pools as we couldn’t go in the sea due to jellyfish. Maybe you could net off an area to protect guests from the jelly fish which is what some hotels do? We would definitely return if our travels permit us!

I rated this hotel: 5 stars for room. No fault detected. Water pressure is good for sink, showers & bidet. 5 stars for service. The services rendered were excellent & the hotel staff were friendly & helpful. More training to be given to newer staff at the reception counter on giving accurate direction & info. I believed the receptionist came from India & we have difficulty understanding her. No issues from the other receptionist. The international breakfast buffet (6.30 - 10.30am) has a vast range of variety. It's worthy of the $$ & time spent. 3 stars for location. We are not beach & water activity lovers. No shopping malls within 3 km radius of this resort. We managed to catch a clear sunset.

Fabulous hotel and facilities, and wonderful friendly staff throughout the complex. Room with balcony was good size and bed was super comfortable with a good choice of pillows to suit. Location ideal for us, with easy access to clean beach, and easy half hour away to Georgetown. Buffet breakfast was an amazing international experience, not to be missed.

I had an amazing stay at hotel.. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.. Not forget chromecast too!! The hotel’s amenities, including gym, swimming pool, were top-notch, and the dining experience was exceptional. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality!
