We’ve just returned from an incredible two-week stay at the Parklane Resort & Spa in Limassol, and we genuinely had the most amazing time. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning surroundings and the exceptional service. The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic—modern, beautifully maintained, and luxurious in every detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing. We did have a small issue with our bedroom door early on, but it was quickly and efficiently resolved by the lovely Christina, who went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. She arranged for us to move rooms without any hassle, and everything was perfect from then on. The food across all the restaurants was exceptional—plenty of variety, high quality, and beautifully presented every time. A special mention has to go to the amazing girls in the breakfast room who couldn’t do enough for us. Nikol deserves a big shout-out for her constant smile and fantastic service every morning. Mario in the Gallery was also a standout—so many wonderful staff, too many names to list, but each one contributed to making our stay truly special. We’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and first-class hospitality.

We stayed at Parklane Limassol and had an absolutely amazing vacation! The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The view is breathtaking and the atmosphere is so peaceful — a true delight. The service was exceptional — every request was answered quickly and with a smile. The staff is kind, professional, and very welcoming. Breakfast was rich and varied, with a huge selection to suit every taste. The pools (both indoor and outdoor) are clean and inviting, and the spa is a true experience. The location is great — peaceful yet close to everything. One of the highlights for us was the incredible kids club — it’s huge, full of activities, and the staff there were amazing with the children. Our kids had the time of their lives and asked to go back every day! In short — this is a top-class hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real relaxation and luxury in Cyprus! Gorgeous resort right on the beach. Some nice bars/restaurants a short walk away. Nightlife is a short taxi ride away, cost around €30. Staff were excellent throughout our stay and nothing was a problem for them. They often went above and beyond, happily so. The on site spa offers a wide variety of treatments. I can personally recommend the lymphatic drainage massage - Attila was great! He is also very knowledgeable and was happy to share that knowledge. I would recommend this resort.

Excellent wine collection, easy access to the sandy beach. Very spacious , a lot of relaxing zones in and outside. Amazing quality of breakfast. The Asian Cousine however very average and far behind excellence. Also friendliness towards kids and overall children options very limiting. Indoor playground closed, to the pool after 6:00 pm with a kid - not possible! To the gym with a kid - not possible. So no chance to enjoy the hotel with the kids in the free way some people might appreciate. Absolutely a potential for improvement in this regards. Lastly - the level of arrogance and “vibe” is highly subjective but I just can’t help myself on this item. And I visited many countries, but this place acts as if they would be equivalent to Dubai’s most prestigious facilities. Which they of course are not!

Nice hotel with beautiful surroundings. Nice gym. After the promise for seemless check in, we were unpleasantly surprised that the system is not working,I was given sheet of paper to write my details even though I have done the online check in. We were not provided cards for the room as the system was not working and were asked to find someone to open us when we want to enter the room. Later card was provided.Staff was telling that these are normal things when there is change in the system. Really? On customer's expense while paying for a 5 star hotel? The corridor was full of garbage bags, food for the room placed on the ground, nasty stains in the bathroom (the room otherwise is spacious and nice). The seaview is beautiful from the balcony but you can't keep the door open as there is noise from the airconditions. All this is coming with a 200 euro deposit they charge in case you damage something and it is still not returned. And it happened on my birthday. Outside pool was not operating as there was no lifeguard on duty and kids are not allowed in the inside pool between 12-18h. To finish positively, the beach is nice and the guy giving the towels very polite.
