A truly wonderful stay. I’m very satisfied with the service – the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk, where everyone was warm, professional, and welcoming. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is calm, relaxed, and incredibly comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a well-equipped gym, a great spa, several comfortable lounge areas, and lovely lobby restaurants. The pools are impressive in both size and variety — including a saltwater pool. The hotel is located right on the beach, so it’s possible to relax directly by the sea, which adds a special touch to the experience. For those who enjoy it, there are even luxury shops on-site. The only downside for me was the breakfast dining area. While the food itself is outstanding – fresh, abundant, beautifully cooked, and even includes champagne and high-quality coffee served at the table – the buffet room feels very much like a traditional dining hall. The ceiling is a bit low, and the overall atmosphere lacks the pleasant, relaxed feeling you want to start your morning with. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and the kindness of the staff truly makes this hotel stand out. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly hardworking, sweet, and always helpful. The hotel itself was gorgeous and perfectly located. The pools were big, clean, and so refreshing—I especially enjoyed the saltwater pool. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality. Overall, a truly amazing experience that I’d love to come back to!

Was there to some events related to Eurobasket 25 so I can’t say nothing on the hotel side, but the staff that welcomed us was super kind and helpful and talkative. We had a lunch by the pool, prices are on standard considering the location and everything was delicious and abundant. The hotel has a lovely garden and many different places to relax around the main building and two different sides of pool. Usually to spend time in the resort as a non guest you need to pay a daily entrance fee and then you’re free to roam around. There’s a beach on the front with sun beds for hotel guests and daily use but also a lot of free space.

Hard to give this place 3 stars. It's clean and expansive with nice pools and beach. The service at the front desk, bars, were pretty bad. Dismissive of issues and reluctant to help. Massive exception to the people doing catering they were fantastic. Your money is probably spent better at another hotel in the area.

had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was terrible, and the prices for food and drinks were unreasonably high — even a simple Coke cost €6.50. The hotel’s policies are extremely rigid. It is not allowed to order food from outside and eat it on the balcony or in the lobby, which makes things even worse since there are no restaurants around the hotel. The cleanliness was mediocre at best, certainly not up to the standard you would expect for the price. Overall, this is an expensive hotel that fails to deliver value for money. There are far better alternatives that are more pleasant and guest-friendly.
