What makes this property an amazing luxury resort is the people working here. All the way from making my reservation to the checkout, the experience was pleasurable, friendly and efficient! Eapanola at the front desk when we checked is was amazing. She was super helpful with all our questions and concerns. I cannot speak highly enough about David, the head concierge. He is a star in the hotels armamentarium. His knowledge base about the island and the Cypriot culture is massive and he truly enhanced our experience at the hotel and in the country. He introduced and explained the archeological sites of the Amathous, close to the hotel which was an eyeopener to another one the ancient cultures on this beautiful island. We are seasoned travelers and generally tru to find sights and restaurants independently, but in this case we had complete faith in David’s recommendations which came through handsomely! The hotel itself is beautifully appointed and is a fine property. The rooms are large, modern and airy. We got upgraded too which helped. This can serve as a perfect base to explore this superb island.

This hotel is amazing. We booked this through British Airways Holidays and it did not disappoint. Whilst we didn’t realise that private transfer were included, from arrival to the hotel we were looked after. We went for a family suite, the kids got their own bedrooms and a play area all within the suite. We had a minibar which was included and refreshed everyday. The room was spacious and we had an absolutely massive balcony and sea views. Whilst the main pools were empty due to the time of the year, we had access to the indoor pool which was excellent. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were very attentive, especially taking their time looking after the boys. On site were designer shops and free gifts were sent to the room, which my wife loved. We even had room service which was so tasty, when it came to check out this was credited in our bill so we didn’t have to pay it, over £100 worth of food. If you stay in Cyprus, this has got to be at the top of your list.

I have of course been many times to hotel as we are weekly visitors to all their restaurants, Namos being on my top five restaurants in Limasol.But first time staying here, as soon as we arrived top service all round, they even upgraded us too! Both the room and attension to detail from all the staff was perfection even when we had a small problem opening our room door which decided to stay locked the lobby staff after issuing a new key that still did'nt work, immediately dispatched security and maintenance to fix the problem. I can honestly say the staff definately made my stay that much better, if i could i would of given more stars!! Added bonus the shopping was superb.
