We love our stay. The room is spacious and cleaned daily, the food is delicious and there are so many choices, staff friendly and helpful, right on the beach , three pool areas and one of them with a slide for kids. Big shout-out to the dining hall staff members! Their team leader Mr. Vahap goes out of his way to make sure the guests feel welcomed. We will return in the near future! Highly recommended.

The food is bland and bad. The queues are far too long. There are not enough options. The drinks arnt prepared properly. The food is always contaminated in other sections. It smells like smoke 24/7. The pools are cold and too deep for kids. Theres only one slide. Entertainment is limited and is far too late. People are screaming at night. Most things are broken in the gym. They also have no problem with letting kids abuse and bother the Tortiouses which is also because of bad parenting but still.

Great location next to beach, shops, bars etc. Food although lots of choice was terrible. Experienced racism from some hotel staff and guests which was an awful feeling. Some staff were lovely though! Rooms are small. It has 3 good pools. Overall I wouldn't go back but if I had to it would be for the location only.

I would expect more from a 4 star hotel?.rooms are dated, service of room was changing towels only. Never cleaned or mopped in the ten. Days we were there?. For us smoking was a problem, you could smoke every where, rooms ,bar beach, pools. . Only exception was the main restaurant. Part of the hotel near the cozzy bar extremely noisy, people wanting to move rooms? Standard rooms very small.. location of hotel to the beach fantastic, bar and restaurant staff exceptionally good and hard working. Food is good and desserts are amazing. Management always helpful.
