Some comments about this hotel: 1. This hotel is infested by cats and dogs. Dogs repeatedly attack tourists on the beach. Cats beg for food in the restaurant, and they scratch and bite. Fun if you are a fan of animals, less fun if you are not a fan. 2. Fruit juice in the restaurant is chargeable. 3. Again, you have to lay a towel at 7am, both at the pool and the beach. 4. Friendliness of some staff is often variable

Great hotel. Rooms very high quality. Mainly used the slide pool and the bubble pool. Challenge to get sun beds some mornings but always found something. Restaurant has a bit of a strange layout and can be difficult to get table (for group of 6). The let down was the staff in the restaurant, some were good, but others stood around pretending to be busy. Could use a manager to organise staff/help customers get seated. Beach front location is beautiful. Drink selection is great, beer, soft drinks, cocktails. All grounds very well kept and very clean.

The hotel is uncomfortable from the moment of check-in. Most of the staff unprofessional they are students from schools and universities, and there is no one from the core staff to provide guidance. The only good service is in the restaurant. You have to be professional, smart, and quick, and wake up at 6 a.m. to reserve a spot by the sea because the sunshades are terrible and the spots are unavailable, and no one will help you. You have to pay 2 euros per day for the safe box even though you have already rented the room, and the air conditioning was bad from day one. I stayed in the hotel for more than ten days and felt that I completely wasted my money

Absolutely amazing! The location is on the beach. With great service and delicious abundant food. We especially loved Ibrahim's service - he was very attentive and knew our drinks order! They made our stay so comfortable! For sure recommended place!

It's the friendly staff that makes this hotel special! Nothing is too much trouble, and they all seem genuinely happy to help. Rooms facing the beach are brilliantly located, perfect to sit and watch the world go by. They are very basic, however, without kettle or iron and NO full hanging space for dresses or trousers. We also only had 5 hangers between us. I found the bed perfectly comfortable, but many other guests were complaining about the firmness of the mattress. Food was OK. That's all to be said about it really. Very repetitive, but there are plenty of salads and breads to fill up on. An enjoyable week of doing very little, with lovely warm weather, ample sun beds, and super staff.
