Rooms: The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bedding is luxurious, the interiors are modern yet cozy, and everything is impeccably clean. It truly feels like a perfect balance between business-class efficiency and resort-style relaxation. Views: The views from the room are stunning — peaceful, expansive, and refreshing. Whether it’s the greenery, city skyline, or tranquil surroundings, waking up to such views adds a special charm to the stay. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet deserves special recognition. The variety is impressive, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and options catering to every taste. Everything is beautifully presented and consistently delicious. A huge shout-out to Chef Anthony, Jhon, and Sanax for their exceptional service and dedication — they truly elevate the dining experience with their friendliness, attention to detail, and passion for what they do. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Parkafe. The coffee is excellent — especially for Starbucks lovers, as the quality and taste are exactly what you would hope for. The food was also outstanding, with a great selection and consistently high quality. What truly made our visits special, however, was the exceptional service provided by Hsu and Ei. They were always friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their warm attitude and dedication to customer service created a fantastic atmosphere and made us feel valued every time we visited. A big thank you to Hsu and Ei for making our experience so enjoyable. We highly recommend Parkafe and look forward to coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay here. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed to get some medication and Zakeer from the concierge team organised it for me, he was absolutely brilliant, thank you for all your help. Hotel spotless clean, they do a fabulous job. The pool attendant are so friendly and will move the beds for you, Isa was alway on hand, and so happy and friendly. Ginger restaurant serves a great selection of foods, and beautifully presented, the chefs work very hard to please all the guests. We had Brendan look after us most of the time, he was very helpful when my husband was unwell and made a fruit salad and coffee for me to take away. Aquarius bar, Vikash and Ananad looked after us, supplying cold drinks with nuts and fresh fruit. The hotel is a little out of town, but taxis are cheap. We hope to return again one day, thank you to all the team 😊😊

Hotel service is superb, restaurant and breakfast was excellent, they prepared indian item for My group and taste was also awesome. Our group spend lot of good moments in your hotel and your front office staff and restaurant staff was very supportive. I must recommend this property to my company to using again. He was attentive, friendly, and very professional, making sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His recommendations were excellent, and he made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of. Service like this really makes a stay memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for both its hospitality and service.
