We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind-hearted, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. I stayed in this hotel after the air space was locked in march 2026. I didn't plan to stay in Abu Dhabi, but the situation forced me and I must say that I am glad I had the honour to see what an incredible city it is and what an incredible faith everyone has in their government. The service was perfect and the staff did everything to make us feel at home, starting with the incredible organization and the calm they managed to grant in every situation.
