I had a wonderful experience at Park Rotana. The hotel is extremely well maintained, with spacious and clean rooms that offer great comfort. The staff is very professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which truly makes the stay pleasant from check-in to check-out. The food quality was excellent with a good variety, and the amenities such as the gym, pool, and business facilities are top-notch. The location is also very convenient, especially for business travelers. Special thanks to Madhu, Sonax, Jhon and khine for the outstanding support and warm hospitality at ginger—it really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely choose Park Rotana again on my next visit.

We had a wonderful stay here. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed to get some medication and Zakeer from the concierge team organised it for me, he was absolutely brilliant, thank you for all your help. Hotel spotless clean, they do a fabulous job. The pool attendant are so friendly and will move the beds for you, Isa was alway on hand, and so happy and friendly. Ginger restaurant serves a great selection of foods, and beautifully presented, the chefs work very hard to please all the guests. We had Brendan look after us most of the time, he was very helpful when my husband was unwell and made a fruit salad and coffee for me to take away. Aquarius bar, Vikash and Ananad looked after us, supplying cold drinks with nuts and fresh fruit. The hotel is a little out of town, but taxis are cheap. We hope to return again one day, thank you to all the team 😊😊

I stayed here for a work trip while attending an exhibition at ADNEC, (10 minute drive away). It was perfect. The rooms, the service and the atmosphere of the hotel is 10/10. They have 3 restaurants, a coffee shop, a pool, a gym, a spa, a tennis court and various places to sit both inside and outside so really does cater to every need. The rooms were very clean and the air conditioning worked really well. It felt like nothing you could ask for here was too much either. I was also able to check in early which after a long flight was exactly what I needed (though note this is subject to availability). Jess and Mohammed on the reception desk were particularly helpful and welcoming as well.

He made sure we understood everything, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. The front desk receptionists were kind and helped me with no issues everytime I had questions and treated me amazingly. The housekeeping staff also fulfilled my requests for pillows and took very good care when cleaning the room and bathroom. The service by mr Zaki, tinashe Ms Ei mon and madhu And the Ine help us for good table Sanax and Tonie. Thanks chef anthoney for the variety selection of food. Amazing service and always able to order what I need from my morning Cappuccino to waffles, eggs, and more. Very delighted to have stayed here and I look forward to coming back in the future!
