This hotel has some of the best coral reefs I have seen in all of my travels. The underwater life is incredibly rich and colorful, with an abundance of amazing fish. I highly recommend taking the reef class, it helped me understand fish behavior better and taught me more about the resort’s “living island” concept. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and thoughtful. The service is excellent and very personalized. They remember your preferences, even something as simple as refilling extra water, without you asking. Our room attendant, Shawreez, made us feel truly special every day. I also love that the resort offers complimentary activities that can fill your entire day. We had a dedicated host, Akram, who was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. I just wish he had told me earlier about the complimentary 5-minute massage offered every morning. Boni, the yoga instructor, was wonderful. Her sessions helped us relax and start the day feeling centered, and the evening aquatic yoga was a new and memorable experience that we loved. We did have one incident where a massage therapist made me uncomfortable. However, Lemon from the management team handled the situation professionally and made things right. I then had an amazing treatment with Purna, so relaxing that I almost fell asleep.

We had an amazing experience from the moment we landed at the airport until the day we left. When we arrived in Malé, a Park Hyatt representative greeted us warmly and assisted us with a smooth transfer to our domestic flight to Kooddoo. Upon arrival at Kooddoo Airport around 9 p.m., we were welcomed by our wonderful host, A. Akram, who personally accompanied us on the speedboat to Park Hyatt. We’ve traveled extensively around the world and have stayed in many hotels — from major international brands to various Hyatts and Park Hyatts — but this property truly exceeded our expectations, especially in the area of exceptional customer service. Every single staff member we encountered was genuine, kind, and went out of their way to make our family feel at home. Over the course of our week-long stay, we met nearly all the managers — and each of them left such a wonderful impression through their warmth and authenticity. Akram our host was incredible from start to finish — checking in with us every morning at breakfast, sending us daily kids’ activities, and always stopping by in the evenings during dinner just to see how we were doing. Our kids absolutely loved their little daily walks with him while our food was being prepared. His genuine care and attention made such a difference to our experience. KT (Food & Beverage Manager) went above and beyond to ensure our dining experiences were nothing short of perfect. We arrived without meal plans, but KT personally sat down with us to map out our reservations for the week. He even surprised us with a special Indian-themed dinner night, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay — the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully Another wonderful touch — after we casually mentioned that we enjoy Malbec wine, KT surprised us later that evening by sending a bottle of Malbec to our villa. That thoughtful gesture truly reflected the level of attention and personalization that made our stay so memorable. Little details like these truly elevated our experience and made it feel deeply personalized. Estii, Rukoo & Robin (Kids Activities): You three are the bomb dot com! You made our kids’ time in the Maldives unforgettable. From henna tattoos, origami, pizza making, cookie decorating, ice cream tasting, painting, and even learning ping pong and chess — our kids had the best time thanks to you. Since we were there over Halloween, Rukoo and Robin even surprised them with a cute ghost piñata, which they absolutely loved. Thank you for filling their days with joy and creativity! Sangita (Service/Happy Hour): Sangita is the sweetest! She always had chocolate milk ready for the kids at happy hour and even brought banana shakes to the pool one afternoon without us asking — such thoughtful, genuine gestures that really stood out. Boni (Yoga Instructor): Early morning yoga sessions with Boni were truly serene watching the sunrise above the living island! Thank you so much Boni for the meditative sessions! It was so relaxing and meditative! ⸻ Every single staff member at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa played a role in making our family’s vacation truly unforgettable. The genuine warmth, personalized attention, and outstanding service we experienced here have set a new standard for us — even among other Park Hyatts around the world. Hadahaa is a natural and beautiful island with a very active reef. We simply can’t ask for more at Park Hyatt. The property is absolutely beautiful and the service is the best we’ve had so far in Maldives. Special thanks to waitresses and the chef at the main restaurant who prepared amazing special meals for us without additional charge. They’re just so generous. We’ll surely return for our next vacation!

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Trip… That We Can’t Wait to Repeat! We stayed at Park Hyatt Hadahaa from 22nd to 27th September, and honestly, words fall short in capturing how incredible this experience was. We’ve travelled extensively around the world, often with high expectations — but this resort exceeded every single one of them. From the moment we arrived, the service, food, and accommodation were absolutely world-class. What was meant to be a "bucket list" trip has now turned into a place we’re determined to return to. We truly believe no other holiday will ever compare to this one. Our Beach Villa was the perfect blend of privacy and luxury, with immediate access to the pristine white silicon sand and a living coral reef just steps from the shore. Snorkelling was surreal — we saw vibrant marine life, including harmless reef sharks, and spent hours exploring the underwater beauty surrounding the island. A huge part of what made our stay so special was the incredible staff. Everyone we encountered made us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. Kartikeya, the island manager, runs an exceptional team with warmth and precision. Eid, our personal host, was one of the kindest and most genuine people we've ever met — truly an amazing human. Saeed mastered the art of coconut iced coffee and made our mornings even better. Ahmed, who took care of our villa, delighted us daily with his sand artwork — so talented! Alser, the Food & Beverage Manager, made sure every meal was an experience. We highly recommend opting for the full board package — the food was consistently outstanding, with a variety of options and flawless presentation. This trip has created lifelong memories for us. If you're considering the Maldives, Park Hyatt Hadahaa is worth every dollar. We’ve never felt more relaxed, more cared for, or more connected to nature. We came with high expectations… and left completely amazed. 10/10 — we will absolutely be back.

Our entire stay in over water villa 46 exceeded expectations in every way. I love the intimate vibe of the resort, and the serenity of the entire location. From our arrival at Male airport all the way through to our departure we felt safe, secure and special from start to finish, especially for first-time visitors to Maldives. All of the staff were friendly, intuitive and attentive without exception. The food was amazing and portions generous. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had the pleasure of experiencing. The villa was spacious and pristine with twice-daily housekeeping and our personal host, we were made to feel like royalty every day. The breakfast boxes at our early morning departure were also an unexpected delight and being escorted all the way to the departure gate took away any potential anxiety about meeting or missing our flight home.
