An outstanding experience! We held our baby shower there, and took one of the suites. Right from the start, from the valet, its a breeze, welcoming and well organized Staff is so well trained and managed. Their hospitality training reflects, it shows they know what they re doing. Good communication skills. They were so clear in what they could offer and not and also think solutions with the guest. It was a group of 12 guests we had come over for the baby shower, lots of stress and organizing but with the Park Hyatt staff behind you it was much easier, This was so valuable We had a butler Manish who attended and with his team they supported us through the day and evening. Well well done guys. Also shoutout to Mariana and another lady i forgot name who helped with planning the event in the room Food was terrific and well timed. Now the location and facilities are just perfect, what a beach and view The water from the showers there and in the pool seem to feel softer and cleaner than other pools.( and yes i can compare with all Saadyat Hotels,been there done that). What a terrific weekend and hosting guys, this is by far one of the best experiences and we still talk about it. Worth every penny. Ah also shoutout to valet guys at reception, gentlemen you are Good job all Thank you Thank you thank you So glad your place as our venue for the baby shower

So we arrived at 6.30am, tried checking in with the night staff who were really unhelpful and trying to assist 2 families with 4 children but weren’t much of a help, we finally checked in and was told that our room would be ready shortly, 2 hours later we were still waiting, no offer of water or a welcome drink or explained about the facilities. We were then shown our room which was lovely but after paying for a sea view villa we could only see the see if we stood on a chair, we asked to be moved but only had a room in the main hotel. Was offered free soft drinks as a gesture of goodwill but not good enough. I’ve read reviews saying the same thing about the room from other people. So far this has been a really poor experience and just hoping it gets rectified as we can’t what we paid for. See photos for view. I believe there are much nicer hotels to stay at. So disappointed. Definitely not 5 star standards as advertised. Let’s see what happens, hopefully we get what we paid for

🌟 A Proposal I’ll Never Forget – Thanks to the Incredible Staff at Park Hyatt Saadiyat I recently stayed at Park Hyatt Saadiyat with my (now fiancée!) with the intention of creating the perfect moment to propose, and thanks to the exceptional team, it turned out even more magical than I imagined. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jisouk, our check-in agent from Korea. I had initially booked a standard room along with the outdoor proposal package, but due to the hot weather, I requested to move the setup indoors. I had also asked if a seaview room was available, but was told there weren’t any at the time. To my surprise, Jisouk went above and beyond, sending in a request on our behalf and not only did we get a room with a view, we were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel! I was speechless. That one act of kindness truly set the tone for the entire stay. Special thanks also to Marianna, who coordinated the entire proposal setup with such grace and care, and to Loubna for her kind support. I’d also like to mention Kawthar, who began the coordination with me before going on vacation, thank you and I wish you a restful break! This hotel isn’t just about luxury, it’s about the people who work there with heart and passion. I’m so grateful to the entire team for playing such a beautiful role in one of the most important moments of my life. We’ll cherish this forever.

This is a beautiful getaway next to the beach on Saadiyat Island. The rooms are well serviced with great amenities. Our favourite experience was the jacuzzi at the spa. Breakfast provided great options for all dietary needs and wonderful staff. I was a little disappointed with the check in. I asked for a room facing the pool/sea and was told that there was nothing the front desk could do to change my room booking. In low season, I would expect the response to be a little more accommodating. But nevertheless, there were little touches that made our stay special, like the ice water offered at the swimming pools and the beach. Extra special to see the gazelles right outside the hotel entrance.

Beautiful place! The rooms are really big and it comes with the perfect amenities inside. The shower is weirdly positioned besided the bathtub and it doesn't have any partition that will prevent the water from going everywhere. Also, going to your room at night especially in the ground floor, its really dark. The breakfast is great. Too much options in the morning. Loved the team too. From the front office, concierge up to the house keeping team especially these young asians who were so kind. Had a great stay here!
