⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I recently stayed at Park Hotel Tokyo and overall had a very pleasant experience. The biggest highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff. They were genuinely kind and attentive. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Japan before and sometimes the smiles can feel a bit formal or scripted, but here the hospitality felt sincere and warm. There were also quite a lot of international guests, and the staff’s English was very good, which made communication easy and comfortable. They kindly allowed me to check in around 11am since a room was available — this was actually the first time I’ve ever been able to check in that early in Japan, and I was so happy and grateful. When I mentioned that my room had too much noise, they immediately arranged a room change without hesitation. I really appreciated how efficiently they handled the situation. Another wonderful aspect is the artistic atmosphere of the hotel. Each floor features art exhibitions, and it honestly feels like you’re staying inside an art museum. It gives the whole stay a very unique and inspiring vibe. As for the downside, the building and rooms do feel a bit old and could probably use some renovation. It’s not in terrible condition, but it’s not very new either. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, especially for the service and the artistic experience.

Our stay at Park Hotel Tokyo was absolutely wonderful. The art room was stunning.Beautifully designed with an incredible painting covering the walls that made the whole space feel like a living gallery. It was such a unique and inspiring experience. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we were incredibly lucky to even see Mount Fuji clearly from our window!Truly unforgettable! The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The hotel was spotless and impeccably maintained throughout. Breakfast was excellent, offering a full and generous buffet with a wide variety of both sweet and savory options. Everything was fresh and delicious. The lounge area was also beautiful and very relaxing.The perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Tokyo. Highly recommended! Aperfect stay in every way!

We have just completed our 4th stay at the Park Hotel Tokyo in the past five months and there many reasons we keep returning and making it our first choice to stay in Tokyo. The reception and concierge staff are magnificent and so welcoming, you are not staying at just another hotel, but an art gallery! We look forward to breakfast each day, then head to the lounge area to view Mount Fuji in the morning, before setting off on the day's adventure. Both restaurants ART colours Dining and Hanasanshou boast stunning views, with the quality of the food and service making you want to come back again and again. Thank you so much for your unrivalled hospitality, and we will return in the not-to-distant future!

Excellent stay. All the staff have been so helpful - my wife and I are travelling with a young baby and they have accommodated all our requests in such a professional and friendly way The rooms are spotless, the overall decor is chic and modern and the location is excellent, close to both Shiodome and Ginza. The rooms whilst compact are certainly acceptable and we have been able to fit all our things despite have a considerable amount of baby apparel. We ended up staying there twice across a 2 week trip in Japan Shout out to the girl (unfortunately did not get her name but she was a trainee) who helped us with our many bags (mostly baby related), ordered us a taxi and was so understanding. If you are in Tokyo, I highly recommend staying here.

Best part of hotel location nice lounge area in lobby good staff! Limited options on breakfast buffet! Imagine 4,500 yen and can only order 2 eggs! All you can eat buffet but limited for eggs to order 2 eggs! Travel frequently haven't experienced anything like the service at the breakfast buffet at hotel. Room was average reception staff were nice helpful lobby nice but wouldn't recommend breakfast buffet at hotel unless you want to spend 4,500 yen for 2 eggs. 🍳🍳 The restaurant staff weren't very helpful biggest disappointment at Park Hotel Shiodome! Overall experience Good location nice reception area with lounge restaurant -1* Overall grade*** !
