Room was beautiful! So many things to do on the resort you don’t ever have to leave. Ana and Hansel were amazing they made sure we always had something fun to do. 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

This place is truly amazing, located right on the beach, which means you step out and you're on the sand. Every meal we had was delicious, with a great variety of choices that made each dining experience something to look forward to. The staff, without exception, were attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
A special shoutout to our personal concierge, Alvaro. He was just fantastic. From the moment we arrived, he was always checking in with us, making sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, booking tours, or just ensuring our room had all the comforts, Alvaro was on it. He really made our stay stress-free and personalized. It felt like having a friend at the resort who was there to make sure our vacation was perfect in every way.

This is not a 5 star hotel. A lot needs to be worked on from service, food, and facility. I would never come back here although I hope they make improvements for others to enjoy especially for the price. The lobby bar drinks and service was the only safe place to go.

Do NOT fall for their $200 per day upgrade. It's completely not worth it. Upon being deceived by their concierge, i tried getting a refund and it took me more than 72 hours to speak to anyone from management. There is zero accountability and the place is not well run at all.
Starts at the top with Christelle who manages the property. Was told 2 or 3 times she would get back to us an discuss our issues. Never happened. I found her on my last day and she promised to get back to us. Never happened.

The entire concierge team, including Carol. All they want is your help to attend their vacation club pitch. You don't do that, you may as well not have a concierge. Instead of showing us a good tone and then asking, they decide to ask at the beginning. Carol also lied, repeatedly, about us to a couple we were vacationing with.
All in all, a great vacation but not from anyone at the hotel.

First time here everyone is Super Friendly. The bartender from Nest in AM named Rafael was so nice and in PM it was Dalvin. Great bartenders. They have a lot of activities for adults and kids and they were fun fun! Will come back for sure.
