Overall, we had an amazing time at this resort. We’ve stayed at multiple resorts in Mexico over the years, and this one is probably our favorite so far. There was so much to enjoy, from the atmosphere to the activities and service. We really loved the daily activities—painting a pot and a canvas were such fun and relaxing experiences. The pool area was a highlight for us, especially thanks to René, who was hands down the best pool bartender. Many times, he already had our go-to drinks made by the time we reached the bar because he recognized us walking over—such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The food was another standout. We especially enjoyed Celsius and loved the convenience of ordering directly from the cabana using the QR code every day. The ice cream shop on the kids’ side was also a big hit and perfect for an after-dinner treat. One place we would probably skip next time is the Italian restaurant, but with so many other great options, it wasn’t an issue. The only downside of our stay was related to renovations happening during our visit. One side of the pool area was a bit loud, which we didn’t mind too much. However, we were concerned that workers were scraping old paint from the outside of the building directly into the pool, which felt like a health and safety issue. In the following days, we noticed they made efforts to collect the paint pieces right away, but we still saw dry paint chips floating and sinking in the pool, which made me feel uncomfortable swimming. That said, this seems like a temporary situation due to renovations and wouldn’t be an issue otherwise. Despite this, we truly enjoyed our time at the resort and would absolutely return

We chose this resort for our destination wedding, and it exceeded every expectation. Although our wedding itself was off-site, 80 of our guests stayed here—and not a single one of them had a single complaint. Every guest had an amazing experience. I’ve been to Mexico over 17 times, and this was by far the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The food was absolutely incredible. From the smash burgers by the pool to every restaurant we made reservations at, we were never disappointed once. The staff throughout the resort were extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. What truly took our stay over the top was our event coordinator, Denys. She worked with me for months to help plan and coordinate our welcome party, and she was nothing short of amazing. Denys went above and beyond in every way and made our night better than our wildest dreams. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a great stay at Paradisus. We stayed in a master suite with family concierge. Our concierge helped prep all our restaurant reservations prior to our arrival. He also surprised us with some toys for our kids and super delicious Cookie Monster cupcakes. Overall, food at the resort was great and the atmosphere was very calm which is what we were looking for. We loved the kids club and the evening activities, my kids had a lot of fun with the lion king play that happened the first night. The location is great for anyone looking to enjoy the resort and disconnect.

We LOVED our stay at Paradisus and we will definitely come back next year. Highlights included the spacious rooms and (for us, the swim-out patio was absolutely amazing to allow the littles to nap while still being able to take a dip). This resort keeps families at the core of everything- generous amenities and thoughtful activities for kids, facilities and services geared to make families comfortable and enable TRUE vacation and not just a trip away from home. The food is yummy, vibrant and appealing for all kinds of tastes and needs- and the staff is so warm and accommodating across every little nook of the resort. Our family has a rather special circumstance: we have a special needs child, and traveling for us comes with a number of additional complexities. Families like ours often don't go on trips because of the difficulty it brings. But at Paradisus, we were warmly received and my son was treated with such kindness, respect and hospitality that I was truly moved to tears. He has a special diet, and the concierge, restaurant managers and head chef went out of their way, above and beyond, every single day, to ensure he was included and provided for like any other guest. We are utterly grateful for the sincere hospitality and kindness we experienced.... For the parents of special needs kids, to be cared for in this way was a gesture and experience that was deeply meaningful. Thank you to our exceptional concierge, Erika, for her thoughtfulness and kindness. Thank you to chef Monserrat, I want you to know that our son was happy and thriving under your care, thank you to the teams at all the restaurants we visited - Flora and Cielo and the hibachi restaurant, for treating us with hospitality and care.
