Our stay was amazing at Palma Real. From start to finish we were treated quickly & respectfully. Our concierge Kelvin was super helpful & was well balanced on checking in periodically & letting us enjoy our time. The entire place was very clean & well maintained. We weren’t huge fans of the food except for Blue Agave. The Winery was a very nice experience though (special thanks to Jhonathan)! Highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of just enjoying their time without worrying about anything!

We loved our stay at Paradisus Real Palma! The staff and service were exceptional, the food was great and the swim-out pool room in The Reserve was perfect. Our personal concierge, Irvin, made sure that everything ran smoothly and was always available to book dinner reservations and activities. The rooms were clean, the restaurant/bars were welcoming, and the lobby and layout were perfect for relaxing. The beach and pools were also clean and well-maintained. The staff and service were outstanding from arrival to departure. I highly recommend Paradisus Real Palma and can't wait to return!

Flora restaurant was delicious. The tsunami was excellent...fresh seafood. The sliders that my husband had were very good. The main course we both had dumplings/ gnochi and shrimp.
Delicious...the sauce was Exquisite. My husband loved the bread pudding.
Melina and Edwardo were Great and attentive to all of our needs and wants.

Currently, on the last day of a 4 night family vacation with children 12 and 6. The location, our room (ocean front suite) and the hotel in general is absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere is very relaxing and it has not been crowded at all. However, this is not a 5 star resort experience at all. The music tonight for what I assume is some type of event is so loud we can not go to sleep. The vendors on the beach did not bother us too much and were nice, but you should expect to be approached multiple times throughout your stay. We stayed in the room that provided a concierge and we were not impressed. We received reservations for dining every night; however it took multiple messages and all the reservations were later than requested. The food at the buffet for breakfast was okay but I would recommend staying away for lunch. If you are not able to obtain dinner reservations, you will be disappointed. The food was mediocre at best at all of the places we went for dinner including the steakhouse, Asian, Mexican and Italian. Other than the food, everything else was okay. I would return again with my husband but likely not for a family vacation as there is not much to do with children. If you are looking for a decent get away with gorgeous beaches, this resort is it! If you want a 5 star experience, this is not the resort!

Raphael was phenomenal! He reserved the best beach chairs for us every day, and made sure we always had a drink in our hand. He was attentive, polite, and very personable. We really enjoyed getting to know him during our 5 days. Highly recommend if you're at The Paradisus Palma Real to look for Rapheal, you won't be sorry! 10 stars!
