The best in the hotel is all the people who are so nice and friendly. The animation team is amazing they are incredibly nice. The guy who makes the kids activities really cares about the kids and they all have so much fun. All the sport classes are amazing. Everyone who works here make the place a different experience. The hotel is overall nice but the team really makes it stand out. We loved it! Gracias en especial a Nerea, Pedro, Antonio, Lucas y en verdad a todos los chicos del equipo de animación que hacen del hotel algo distinto.

I recently visited with my daughter for a girls' trip, and it was an incredible experience. The rooms and staff were exceptional, both helpful and professional. The kids' club was truly a highlight for my daughter, and the management there was outstanding. We couldn't be more pleased, and we’re already looking forward to returning. The restaurant, room quality, and cleanliness were all excellent, and the all-inclusive service was top-notch. Additionally, I really appreciated the parent activities offered, like yoga, while the kids enjoyed the kids' club. The service throughout our stay was simply wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, everything was truly excellent from start to finish. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Carla at Guest experience, who went above and beyond to organize a surprise birthday cake in our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. Elena at reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Carmelo at the pool bar was hands-down the best waiter and Rita was the best host across all the restaurants, always making sure we'd be well taken care of. The food was delicious with plenty of variety across the restaurants, the pools were spotless and perfect for relaxing, and the overall facilities were top-tier. It's super kids friendly and ideal if you want to disconnect. Truly a 5-star experience — we’ll definitely be back!

We have had the most wonderful week at Paradisus Gran Canaria- the food options were amazing (special thank you to Nataliya for making our Winery experience so memorable), the views spectacular and the hotel and facilities were just fantastic. Take your gym kit as there are so many great wellness activities - the Entertainment Team are so enthusiastic and run some great classes (Stefan, Isabel, Kai, Anotio and Javi ran some great sessions!)

A fabulous choice for couples and young families, with great food and a classy, refined feel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, from talking you through what the hotel has to offer, to dinner reservations and booking of a free of charge convenience room before checkout. The best AI I've stayed at in Europe by a long shot, what made it for me was the food, relaxed and luxurious atmosphere and the close proximity to the gorgeous beach. The activities are great and cater to the crowd this place attracts, yoga, workouts and a brilliant glass making workshop hosted by a local artist (do not miss that, get there early as it's sooo popular!). The only real downside is the location as there isn't much around, but for a week long trip there really is no need to leave this beautiful hotel anyway!
