I recently stayed at Paradisus by Meliá Bali and had an unreal experience. The service across the resort was top quality, but I’ve got to give a special mention to Ryan by the pool — his service was genuinely out of this world. He was always switched on, super friendly, and made sure we were looked after the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Big thanks as well to Widhi, Suastika, Agung and Irsyad — all of them were professional, welcoming and made the stay even better. Paradisus is 100% the best resort in Nusa Dua. Definitely coming back.

I had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened Paradisus Meliá with my husband and 2 year old son. I live in Bali, and I noticed that that staff here were EXCEPTIONAL. They were so accommodating, so kind to my son, and overall just extremely welcoming and overall, they just really had it all together :) The kids clubs excellent, with daily activities. We stayed in one of the family rooms and it was so much fun for my son, it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious. We cannot wait to come back, id love to come back with my other friends who have children to take advantage of the water park. Thank you again Paradisus Bali!! 💓

The time we spent at this hotel can confidently be described as one of the best vacations of our lives. We stayed for two days as regular guests and then for five days as Reserve guests, and both experiences were equally exceptional. The hotel has just reopened in February 2026 after a year-long renovation, and it truly shows. Everything feels fresh, thoughtfully redesigned, and carefully executed. The overall concept is calm and refined — modern in style, yet beautifully complemented by subtle Balinese elements. Our room was extremely comfortable: the bed was excellent, the atmosphere relaxing, and the cleanliness impeccable. It was genuinely pleasant to spend time in the room, and we slept very well throughout our stay. The culinary experience deserves special mention. The breakfasts were outstanding — both in the main restaurant and in the Reserve area. The quality of the food was consistently excellent. There are eight restaurants on the property, along with cafés, bars, and 24-hour room service. While prices are higher than at Bali Collection nearby, the quality fully justifies the cost. I was particularly impressed by the interior of Samira. The Japanese restaurant left a lasting impression, and Sante was truly superb. Although the hotel is large, it never felt overcrowded. Even while some final renovation touches were still being completed during our stay, everything was managed so thoughtfully that it did not affect our comfort. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. The pools are spacious, clean, and designed to allow guests to relax without feeling crowded. The pool areas offer attentive service, and it is easy to order food and drinks at any time. The entire property is lush, green, and beautifully landscaped. In the evenings, the pathways are illuminated with candles, creating a very elegant and atmospheric setting. Most importantly, what truly made our stay special was the staff. Every team member was professional, attentive, and consistently willing to help. Special thanks to Resti, Arsa, Teja, Darka, Arfa, Yuki, Toni, Rika, and Fky for their care and warm attitude. We sincerely hope to return next year.

Location is great, short walk to the shopping mall, shops and restaurants. Hotel is right on the nice beach. Rooms are a bit small but nice. Absolutely the best hotel for kids. Programs all day, 2 indoor kids club with supervision, +small kids club at the breakfast place. they have their own “aqua park” for kids- brand new! duck feeding, marshmallow over fire at 6pm every day and movie night for kids from 7 pm. There is 8 restaurants in this resort (not all of them were open just yet). Definitely more on pricey side compared to rest of the Bali (food and cocktails), but its expected in resorts. Its newly renovated resort, just reopened. You definitely want reserve it with breakfast included as there are not nice places around the resorts to have breakfast.

We arrived on opening day 1st Feb 2026 to a warm welcome, with staff to greet us at the car and at reception. First impressions count and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is stunning with the scenery, pools, beach, kids club and breakfast so far all excellent. A couple of little negative things to mention the bathroom wooden doors are a little awkward, there's no mirror by the dressing table or fan in the lounge area of our junior suite, the room service food was only ok and was expensive for bali but if these things were remedied it would add to the already high standards. The hotel is exceptionally clean. All the staff are very attentive and friendly. We are feeling very lucky to be in such a beautiful resort and looking forward to the rest of our stay here in Bali.
