We had an amazing stay at the hotel, everything was truly excellent from start to finish. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Carla at Guest experience, who went above and beyond to organize a surprise birthday cake in our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. Elena at reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Carmelo at the pool bar was hands-down the best waiter and Rita was the best host across all the restaurants, always making sure we'd be well taken care of. The food was delicious with plenty of variety across the restaurants, the pools were spotless and perfect for relaxing, and the overall facilities were top-tier. It's super kids friendly and ideal if you want to disconnect. Truly a 5-star experience — we’ll definitely be back!

We were truly fortunate to have Carla from guest services take such wonderful care of us during our stay. She surprised me with a lovely amenity and a heartfelt handwritten card for my birthday, which made being away from family and friends so much more special—thank you again, Carla! The entire staff was kind and attentive, and I definitely recommend this property. The food was fantastic, and our room was cozy, quiet, and spacious and beautiful sea views. If I had to mention one small downside, it was that finding a quiet zone away from children, especially during meals or in the common areas, was a bit challenging. However, this did not take away from our fantastic stay. A huge thank you to the entire team!

Every single person we interacted with was not only professional, but genuinely warm and attentive. You don’t feel like a guest, you feel welcome. That makes all the difference. The location itself is stunning, nestled between palm trees and the Atlantic breeze, perfectly integrated with the surrounding nature but also elegantly refined in every detail. The decor is modern and curated, but still manages to stay intimate and relaxed — a rare balance. And now, let’s talk about the real highlight: The food. Easily — and we say this with full confidence — the best hotel cuisine we’ve ever had on the island. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. From breakfast to dinner, everything felt gourmet but not overdone. It’s the kind of food that respects ingredients and surprises you with balance and depth. Lovely Hotel with Great Potential – But a Few Things to Work On Review from Room 543 I’ve got mixed feelings about this hotel. There are definitely some amazing highlights – the facilities are top-notch, the rooms are beautifully clean and modern, and the overall design is really impressive. I especially loved the Ginger Bar – the service there was outstanding, and the food and drinks were honestly some of the best we had during our stay. The pool area is excellent too – great for relaxing and very well maintained. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Ivan and his team were fantastic, and a big thank you to Daniela – no matter what time you saw her in the morning, she greeted everyone with a smile. Little touches like that really make a difference. That said, there are a few areas where the hotel fell short for me. While it’s clearly positioned as a premium hotel (and priced accordingly), I felt it missed the mark in catering for families with young children. The buffet was the biggest letdown – not much variety for kids, and oddly, some items that weren’t available there could be ordered at the Ginger Bar, which didn’t really make sense. The desserts were amazing (10/10!), but the general food offering, especially at the buffet, just didn’t hit the mark – I’d have to rate it 1/10. That’s a big contrast for a hotel trying to appeal to high-end guests. Would I come back? Maybe – I’m not sure yet. There’s a lot to like here, and with a few improvements, especially around the food and family-friendly options, it could easily be one of the best resorts out there. My Ratings: • Overall: 8/10 • Ginger Bar: 10/10 • Facilities: 9/10 • Desserts: 10/10 • Food (buffet): 1/10

Loved this place. We travelled first week in May. With 20% gold membership discount via Amex we had a Reserve Ocean Front room for £1,250 for four nights but spent five full days there. Absolute bargain. The resort was very quiet when we were there. The service was top notch. You could walk into any of the eating areas and have table service at lunch and dinner. If you are without kids the reserve is worthwhile. This gives you table service at breakfast the adult pool and buffet all day. Whilst there is a menu at breakfast they will serve you anything they have with a smile. Cocktails in the bar were great each evening, large and very strong! I cannot think of a single piece of negative feedback.
