Excellent holiday, ideal for families. The kids club was perfect for my 8 year old daughter and the entertainers kept the children happy in the pool all day. The food was fantastic and plenty of variety, the waiting staff were particularly friendly and attentive - Katy was great, always making sure we had everything we need. The reception staff were amazing, we had to extend our stay due to an illness and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and thoroughly. Great location too, near the beach and shops

Our stay here has been amazing, from start to finish. Hotel is beautiful, there are 5 pools but the best one is on the top floor if you want a quiet relaxing time is the adult only rooftop. Food wise- there is something for everyone, not really much to complain about. Other than on 2 occasions the chicken wasn't cooked fully. But other than that the food is stunning. Our housekeeping lady Marleny, is amazing. Our room was cleaned everyday, she paid to attention to detail. Everything was spotless. She's friendly, she does an amazing job. She's just absolutely lovely. My husband left his necklace on the bedside and the little touch she added before leaving was shaping it into a heart.

Very nice hotel, staff very helpful and happy to attend to our needs. Katy during dinner service was wonderful. She could see we had our hands full with a toddler but she helped with getting drinks (even though it was self service) and keeping our daughter occupied. Very much appreciated. Great family hotel. Rooms basic but clean and well maintained. Hotel is not close to a beach but does have a free shuttle at regular intervals.

We came here in 2024, it was that good we came back for this years holiday. The staff are fantastic, very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Alfonso was extremely good with us (& he never asked us to do a Google review, but Katy did even though she was never in our part of the restaurant for any day or night- she came over JUST to do a review and make sure we put her name - she didn't even clear the table!). One thing that wasn't as good as last year was the poolside music: last year it was on all day every day unless they were doing water mat, water aerobics or water polo. This year it was on, it was off. The music was up, it was down, it was on, it went off, back on (if they remembered after having the big speaker on for activities) & it was very club dance rather than pop. They keep the hotel communal areas and bars extremely clean. Also the restaurant staff who check your room number on entry were all very cheerful and polite. You should be proud of your staff, they represent Paradise Park superbly. Bar singers: Bobby H was fantastic, fun, great voice and choice of songs. Elton John very good. Comedy Elvis we saw last year - he's still as good and funny this year. One thing a lot different from last year was that 4Fun bar was packed every night & all the best seats taken: last year the 1st floor Bar was the most popular. Our room had a fantastic pool & sea view. My partner is celiac so the main reason we come here is because there are lots of suitable food available & love the gluten free San Miguel. Most of the soups were very enjoyable & fantastic fresh fruit selection. Also the female singer from Italy that sang next to the main pool was really good, she sang old party tunes and was very good with the crowd.

We stayed at Paradise Park hotel as a couple on a much needed break. The hotel was fabulous and we had an amazing time. The staff are very welcoming, hardworking and friendly, the hotel is lovely and clean and our rooms were cleaned daily if we wanted them to be - with fresh towels etc. There are 2 pools for families with children and 2 areas just for adults. One of these is on the top floor of the hotel with a very small pool, jacuzzi and bar with a rooftop terrace. The other a bigger pool close to the family pools. The main kids and adults pool opens at 9am and you can’t save your sunbeds before that, so no annoying people up at 6 to put their towels down. The other kids pool which is just over a little alleyway opens at 10am. You have to walk past the adult pool to get to this. Food was okay, a bit repetitive and sometimes not a lot of choice. Snack bar opens around 1pm and they have a lovely BBQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays lunch time. Alcohol spirits were branded which we were surprised at as usually they’re just house brands. I can’t comment on the entertainment as we went out after tea for a walk to the shops/bars/beach which is about a 15 minute walk (all uphill on the way back) but less than €5 for a taxi once you get off the sea front. Checkout is at midday and we weren’t being picked up until 19:30. There is a locked area to leave your cases at check in/check out if needed and there is access to a shower room that you need to book so that if you check out and then go to the pool you can freshen up before going home. Overall a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend ♥️
