Just returned from a week's holiday here, all inclusive. My family and I had a fantastic time and didn't want to leave. The rooms are basic but clean, spacious, air conditioned and comfortable. No complaints. The food at the restaurant was great. There's a wide selection to choose from every day, even those families with picky eaters can rest assured, there's always something to eat. At no point during our stay, did we feel hungry. Also a lovely desert counter too. The staff there are very welcoming and David (Johnny English) the waiter had a great sense of humour, we loved our daily laughs with him. The pools and sun lounges were great, always clean and the snack bars were fantastic (as an all inclusive customer). We didn't venture to the adult only areas. I was impressed by the plants and trees around the hotel, all tidy very well kept. The evening entertainment wasn't always our cup of tea so we opted to have a walk around Los Cristianos or take some drinks up stairs and play pool. We as a family don't get many chances to go abroad on holiday so we try to go to new places every time... but this is somewhere I would definitely go to again. Thank you for a lovely stay and some wonderful memories for my family.

Lovely hotel, really friendly and accommodating staff. There was a nice variety of food most nights. A little fish heavy for us at times, as we're not keen on fish, but it did look nice for those who like it and there were other options. A little more variety than just burger and hot dogs would have been nice in the pool bars, but these were only supposed to be snack bars for the day. If we dried off from the pool and went in to the restaurant for lunch there was a nice selection. The animation team and kids club were great with our little ones. There were different activities each day and they all had fun. Our youngest fell in love with her "kids club lady" and was very sad to leave.

We love coming here. The kids love the pool and the mini club where they enjoy crafts, painting and soft play. There are x box's for older kids. The kids also enjoy the mini disco on a night. The food is really enjoyable. Especially if you are a seafood lover like me. I would recommend 100 percent.

A bit far from the beach, but there is a swimming pool which I didn't use because I just like the beach and the sea. A lot of people from all over the world, activities and music on the beach and in the hotel. Small rooms, TV is not working, not very hot water in showers but very friendly and helpful staff. Big variety of food, very happy. I'm on low carbs diet and I easily found my kind of food at meal times. Loretta and all the kitchen staff, just amazing! Excellent 👍

We stayed as a family of 4, all-inclusive, in one of the duplex rooms. Overall we had a lovely experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to families. The room was clean with comfy beds and loads of storage. They were cleaned and tidied every day. The pool was really nice and had a good amount of sun loungers. I would say we were there when it wasn't that busy though, so when the hotel is fuller it may be harder to get one if you weren't there very early. On most days they had a mat or inflatable for the kids to run on which our son loved. Food was pretty good, quite a lot of choice and freshly cooked. It wasn't always the tastiest I'd had but they varied the choices, and always made sure they had pasta and kids options available. Its about a 15 minute walk from Los Cristianos beach, and there is also a minibus there and back. It could be quite loud at night (and a couple of times first thing in the morning when the local bar emptied out their bottles!), so I'd bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
