The hotel is top notch, 10/10 for everything. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff are so so helpful and friendly, all genuinely lovely. The food at the buffet is really varied so there's always something to suit all tastes and it's really fresh. The pool scene is well set up with the main pool always having activities on and the adult only pool a little more quiet if that's what you're after. One of the main highlights was the white party at the Fun Attic on the rooftop....fantastic! Watch the sunset while being entertained with live music and dance. Special shout out to Juan, one of the barmen at the Fun Attic....always keeping your glass full with a smile 😃 Overall review.....100% 😎🇪🇸🍻 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Overall a good stay, very close to beautiful restaurants and a 15 mins walk to the beach. Unfortunately myself and my daughter didn't rate the evening meals on offer and decided to eat out daily but there is plenty to choose from. The breakfast had a great selection to choose from. The rooms are cleaned daily and presented beautifully, Unfortunately we did however have 2 cockroach in our room which wasn't great BUT the staff at the hotel dealt with this promptly and sprayed the room and gave a thorough clean. This is a great hotel for families with small children as there is so much to do for them around the pool and on an evening. There are 5 pools to choose from 2 of which are adult only which have the most amazing views. 👏

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for 5 nights . The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained and they have free van which take you to the beach, ever 30 minute!!! The location is fantastic, just 15 minute away from the airport and beach (by car) Food is great, a lot of options and tasty. Just the snack bar was little repetitive with burger but that’s wasn’t problem for us. But what truly made our stay great was the outstanding service provided by staff especially by Bianca for her exceptional hospitality in the main bar and Estephania in the restaurant, example of what excellent customer service should be. Thank you for all the team.

We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There has been plenty choices for food each day/night and everything has been tasty. Our room was well suited for our needs, we did have a couple of issues but these were responded to quickly and we were offered a room change. The kids have loved the mini disco every night and the kids club activities. The hotel is situated in a good place with everything you need close by. We would definitely return.

Lovely hotel & great location within walking distance or plenty of free shuttles put on by the hotel to get to the beach or across the road for siam park etc. Excursions pick us up directly from outside and the hotel are super helpful booking taxis if needed. All staff were amazing, polite, helpful. Food was lovely and staff attentive at meal times. Pools were clean (saw people every morning and night cleaning), and lots of amazing pools. Some kid friendly and some adults only. We got engaged at the top of the roof top and the lady who was up there was so lovely and out rose petals on the table for us. Would definitely recommend and come back!
