I absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. The yoga experience was phenomenal, the food is delicious (loved the breakfast!) and staff is generally so welcoming and nice to children. My only slightly negative comment is the lack of indoor space for kids when the weather is bad and if they are not old enough for the kids club. Overall - would highly recommend!

Dear Paradise Plage Hotel Team, I am writing to share feedback from my recent seven week stay. Despite renovations that were continuous throughout my visit, I found many truly wonderful parts. From the lovely welcome gift of fruit and Prosecco, to the consistently clean and fresh yoga blankets, so many details were exceptional. A special mention to the yoga instructors, Carlston and the covering lady, for being truly fantastic. I also appreciated the very thorough and warm housekeeper, Hasna and the incredibly helpful reception staff, especially Aziz and Abduslam. The spa staff, including Latifa, were professional and patiently accommodated my timing changes. For future improvements, I found a lack of loungers on the balcony to be a missed opportunity for relaxation and I was very let down by the advertised Jacuzzi and Zen area. It was only on my last day that I saw the recently opened warm pool, which was lovely, but the Zen area was frequently disrupted by children, so perhaps designating it as an adults-only space or clearly communicating rules would be helpful. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not consistently strong and there was a lack of bright overhead lights in the evenings when walking through the complex. Furthermore, vegetarian options were limited during the start of my stay until the main restaurant opened. Lastly, considering the yoga package only includes one daily session, offering alternative structured activities such as cooking or painting would enhance the experience. I trust that these suggestions will be received in the constructive spirit they are intended. Thank you again for a remarkable stay. Warm regards, Helen Room 623 Stayed between: 17th-23rd December 2025

The hotel is in a beautiful location and has many amenities. We were unlucky because they were undergoing major renovations, which significantly impacted our stay. There was a lot of rubbish everywhere, and the pools and restaurants weren't open. Our biggest complaint was that this wasn't communicated beforehand and there was little understanding during our stay when we mentioned it. It has a lot of potential, but it's very touristy and lacks some authenticity.

These were the most wonderful holidays I’ve had in a long time. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and always in a great mood, so attentive. I loved how well the animals at the resort were taken care of. I loved how well we were taken care of. It was truly beautiful. The food is amazing. A big thank-you goes to Carsten, who made our yoga sessions something dreamily beautiful, and also to Adil, who served me wonderfully at the bar every evening and made my day end perfectly. Thank you so much. And the cats are not poor. We’re just used to something different in Europe. They’re treated with love by the staff and also fed.

The good : The hotel garden /paths are lovely and the relatively low rise buildings more attractive than a big flat block. Comfortable bed . Very nice to be directly on the beach, even if the area is dirty they do clean their section of the beach. ( rubbish is a big problem in morocco, but cleaned up a bit for the africa world cup) Surf tuition was first rate and worth doing even though more expensive than other places. Yoga was pleasant but a bit pricy for what it is. Spa treatments are uk prices as expected, professional but don’t expect a luxury spa, just a regular sports centre kind of place. THE BAD: I found the reception staff ( exclusively male) well meaning but not professionally trained, all a bit lacking in basic hospitality skills . No proper information, no help showing us what was around. All very dismissive, in fairness we were helped once nicely. Lack of anything to do or see unless surfing or yoga at 350MAD or so a time . No entertainment apart from a terrible’singer’ that cleared the beach very quickly. Breakfast was fine and the breakfast staff helpful and pleasant. Dinner was awful, expensive, tasteless , served up by a mean little man who came across as bossy and arrogant rather than efficient and welcoming. We didn’t go to the restaurant again for our whole trip. The room was just about clean enough but renovations are on going ( we were not told by our travel company) so perhaps the missing furniture, etc accounted for that. Felt like they were waiting for us to leave so they could start ripping our room out too. Lots of banging and drilling 9-6 or so each day. The pool felt very overlooked and as it’s on the main drag from reception to the beach you have to pick your way through sunbathers which was uncomfortable. It’s a very dark place at night. I would suggest a torch for pathways, steps and stairs, of which there are lots. We had to use our phones to see which was our block. The again for the stairs as the automatic lights come on AFTER you get to the top! There lots of stray dogs and cats around but all friendly and look healthy, was a bit uncomfortable having breakfast with three dogs sat watching you and salivating ! The local area is mainly residential. It’s not a village really just a few fruit shops / mini markets , and some rather dubious looking ‘restaurants’ with questionable hygiene. I am an adventurous person but I wouldn’t risk them, especially as we saw all the food is uncovered and flies landed on raw meat and salad. Add the unwashed hands of the staff we passed! Noa restaurant is next door and was really good. It’s 100mad in a taxi to Tagazout , a vibrant little surfers town. Highly recommend a visit for some good restaurants, a pleasant beach and wonderful sunset bars. Our best meal was at the Fairmont Hotel. Amazing dinner, wonderful service and beautiful hotel, definitely worth the effort to get there. Overall it was ok here with lots of caveats. Not a bad place if you don’t intend to go anywhere and just want to lazy around . It is a pretty hotel but it didn’t make up for being a boring place for us, and not hitting any level of service or quality mark, won’t be back, next time we are off to the fairmont.
