Stunning! Katie, the General Manager, leads a great team for whom nothing is too much trouble. The bungalow rooms are very comfortable with huge beds and comfy chairs. Daybeds outside on the patio and immediate access to the white sandy beach where there are straw parasols and sun beds aplenty. Food and drink is excellent although it would be nice to see the lunch menu changed weekly. Pleasant walks to be had for panoramic views of the island and surroundings or get on a bike and cycle round. Several different beaches to discover with their own charm.

It is truly a unique and wonderful Caribbean experience! I can not say enough great things about this resort. From the moment you step off the boat and the staff greet with a rum punch to when they are waiving goodbye from the dock, no small detail is overlooked. Hospitality was exceptional. You get to know the staff by name. In turn, they get to know you and what you like. As for the island itself, peace and quiet come first and foremost. If you venture away from the main beach (which is the furthest thing from crowded) on a bike to one of the hiking trails or smaller beaches, hours will go by before you see anyone else. When we stayed, the staff mentioned the resort was at capacity, and this was still true. If you want the full private island experience, hammock #4 is the place to spend a day. As for excursions, the catamaran trip to Mayreau and Tobago Cay was great. Snorkeling with sea turtles just feet away from you almost doesn't feel real. A spa session is also a must. This place has by far exceeded any other Caribbean beach vacation I've had previously. I'm usually not one who likes to visit places more than once as I like to explore, but i will be coming back here.

The staff were amazing!! The top manager always took time to ask how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to make our stay better. Everyone was so very friendly and seemed to enjoy working there as I witnessed several dancing and singing while working! Also the island is beautiful! There are bikes and good paths to ride and some nature trails for those that want a little bit more activity. One of the greatest parts of this resort was also the top notch menu and tasty dishes. Overall this place is fantastic!

What a wonderful slice of paradise Palm Island is. The location and views are stunning, but it's the staff that really makes this place one of the very best you could hope for- particularly Timol, Hulda, Oliver, Nick and John who treated us like family for our entire stay. We were truly sad to say goodbye but are looking forward to seeing them again.
