I just wanted to share my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience we had on Sunday at the hotel & SPA — it was absolutely flawless from start to finish. We were taken care of by Sandy by the pool and Ana during Afternoon Tea, and both were truly exceptional. The food was outstanding, and every detail was handled with such care. The spa, as always, was amazing — the massage was wonderful, and we felt completely pampered throughout our visit. A special thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond . My friends and I were genuinely touched by the effort and warmth shown to us. It was a birthday celebration, and Ana made it unforgettable — she surprised us with “Happy Birthday” written in the cappuccino and even brought out a birthday cake! My aunt was so moved by the thoughtful gesture that she actually cried — it truly meant the world to her. Both Ana and Sandy were outstanding, and I honestly have no words to express how grateful I am. This was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had. The team really went above and beyond, and I can’t wait to return.

Had such a great day at Palazzo Versace. The weather was perfect, sunny with a nice breeze and just ideal for lounging by the pool. I spent most of the afternoon on a sunbed, completely relaxed, with a cocktail in hand. Speaking of cocktails, they were so good!!! super refreshing. I also had their Caesar salad and it was honestly delicious, way better than I expected. Fresh, tasty, and just hit the spot. The whole vibe was laid-back but still really luxurious. Staff were lovely, and the setting is just stunning. Highly recommend if you’re after a relaxing day in beautiful surroundings. I’ll definitely be back.

Had such a lovely day at the Versace Hotel pool! The atmosphere is beautiful and so elegant, with perfect service all around. We had the Bolognese, which was absolutely delicious – rich, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. The wine paired so well with it too, and the staff were so attentive and friendly. A really relaxing and luxurious experience, definitely worth coming back for!

The interiors are pure luxury — elegant, artistic, and every detail reflects the Versace touch. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The breakfast selection was divine, the pool area felt like paradise, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful yet vibrant.
