We have been staying at the Palazzo Versace Dubai for the past 14 nights, and due to unexpected flight cancellations, we’ve extended our stay for several more nights, and honestly, that says everything about how exceptional this hotel is. The location is excellent, conveniently situated along Dubai Creek, with easy access to major attractions, while still offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. From the moment you enter, the cleanliness and attention to detail are immediately noticeable. Everything is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly reflects the luxury standard the hotel represents. What makes this place truly special is the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Katrina and Rabab, who have been incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed and cared for. Housekeeping has also been exceptional. The room is serviced twice daily, with the sheets perfectly arranged, fresh spring water provided, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear they take great pride in their work. This has been a wonderful experience during a stressful travel situation, and the Palazzo Versace team made it comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I would absolutely stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my time at La Piscina at Palazzo Versace. The pool atmosphere is elegant and relaxing — perfect for a chilled afternoon. The rosé wine was excellent and refreshing by the pool. A special thank you to Naved, our waiter, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. His service made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a beautiful spot to unwind in Dubai.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was comfortable, and everything was perfectly arranged, which made our stay very relaxing. A special thanks to Manisha for helping us with the check-in process so smoothly and easily — she was polite and very welcoming. Also, Bachiter Singh from the concierge team was an amazing person. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, truly making our trip memorable. The hospitality and service were outstanding. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay again!

I had such a wonderful time at the Palazzo Versace pool and restaurant with my friend. Everything was absolutely beautiful — the setting, the atmosphere, and the service were all top-tier. We spent the afternoon by the pool and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun in a luxurious and peaceful environment. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We also had lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. The food was fresh, well presented, and full of flavor. Overall, it was a truly lovely experience and we created such nice memories together. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a chic and relaxing place to spend a special day in Dubai ! ❤️

Didn't stay with the hotel, but wanted a nice pool club to visit so this was our choice. Great vibe with great service at the pool with reason price. Naved was our server for our time at the pool, 10/10. Made sure we were always taken care of and was prompt even with a little short staffed given the amount of people utilizing the pool.
