Palazzo Versace Dubai is undeniably a stunning property with beautiful design details throughout. From the moment you arrive, the service is warm and welcoming at check-in we were offered water and a date, which was a lovely touch. The entire lobby is decorated with iconic Versace furniture and décor, and I absolutely loved the chandelier by the entrance as well as the Medusa head mosaic on the floor. The property itself is truly gorgeous and very on-brand aesthetically. That said, while the rooms were nice and comfortable, they didn’t quite meet my expectations for a 5-star luxury resort associated with such a prestigious designer label. I was surprised that the soap and shampoo were not Versace branded, which felt like a missed opportunity. There was also no dental kit in the bathroom, which is a basic amenity commonly found in hotels at this level. The shower head seemed to be falling apart, and water was leaking from the standing shower onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the water bottles provided were plastic rather than glass, which felt disappointing for a luxury property. The gym was okay but on the smaller side. However, the pool was absolutely beautiful, and I loved that it was heated definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, Palazzo Versace Dubai is visually impressive with excellent service and a stunning atmosphere, but some of the in-room details and amenities fell short of the true luxury experience I was expecting.

Palazzo Versace Dubai offers a stunning outdoor pool and beach-club atmosphere, perfect for relaxing in style. The pool area is beautifully designed and feels both luxurious and calm. Food served poolside is excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. The personnel are incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect spot for a chic day by the water:)

I stayed at this hotel for one week. Overall, the room itself was nice, but my experience did not fully match the price I paid. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. I paid 109 AED for a pizza, and honestly, it did not deserve even 5 AED. The food quality was very poor. I also paid 200 AED every day for breakfast, but the menu never changed during my entire stay. The options were very limited, which makes the price unreasonable. Regarding the room, it was comfortable, but I faced an issue with the water (I am attaching a picture). I also tried to connect my phone to the room TV, but the code did not work. I contacted reception and the IT team, but the issue was never fixed. I also had a very embarrassing experience with housekeeping. I asked the receptionist to clean the room because I was going to Sharjah Airport to pick up my mom and would return later. He told me not to worry and said the cleaning would take only 15 minutes. I clearly mentioned that I would be back after 2 hours. When I returned with my mom, the room was still dirty and had not been cleaned at all. Additionally, the reception staff did not seem happy or welcoming during my stay, which affected the overall experience. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but considering the high prices, the service and food quality should be much better.
