I had an excellent experience at this hotel! From the reservation process to housekeeping, everything was smooth and professional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always available. Breakfast was truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The overall atmosphere is extremely elegant and luxurious, and the location is perfect! I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai !

The Versace Palazzo Hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and clean rooms, but there were some issues. The welcome was not very warm, with formal staff rather than friendly faces. The thick curtains meant to block sunlight were torn, allowing light to flood the room, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Service requests took a long time, and while the food was good, a Turkish chef was very kind and attentive, treating us like family. The children’s area was small and could be improved. We faced persistent pressure to use a private car instead of a taxi, which was uncomfortable. When my son lost his arm floaties in the pool, there was no follow-up despite multiple inquiries, and only on the day of checkout did they offer to check the security cameras, which was too late. The standard bed was comfortable, but the extra bed was the worst I’ve ever experienced — uncomfortable with metal bars poking into my sons’s back. For families, do not expect a comfortable extra bed here. Despite sharing all these issues with guest relations, no solutions were provided. Overall, while the hotel has a nice atmosphere, slow service and uncomfortable extra beds make it less than ideal for a luxury experience. Also, the bathroom mat looked cheap and didn’t match the standards of a Versace hotel.”

Place is so beautiful. Food is also good, so many variations from the menu. The atmosphere is serene, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The staff is attentive and friendly. Guests can enjoy a selection of refreshing cocktails from the poolside bar, adding to the vibe.

I recently visited the Versace pool, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was luxurious and relaxing, truly living up to the Versace name. What made the visit even more memorable was the service — especially from our waiter, Mo Salah. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly throughout our time there. Mo made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, adding a personal touch that made all the difference. I highly recommend visiting the Versace pool and asking for Mo Salah — you’ll be in excellent hands!

The pool area is absolutely breathtaking, with an abundance of plush sunbeds that invite you to unwind in true luxury. The atmosphere perfectly balances elegance with a serene sense of relaxation. I indulged in the vegan salad and calamari, and both dishes were absolutely divine—fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor! The drinks were equally impressive; the sparkling wine was exquisite, and the sangria struck the perfect balance between fruity and refreshing. The music added to the experience, creating an upbeat yet calming vibe that perfectly complemented the setting. And the service? Flawless—attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. If you're seeking the ultimate blend of luxury and tranquility, I can't recommend Palazzo Versace Dubai enough. It's a day you won't want to miss!
