The first time I was at the pool in this location with my friends and everyone was very satisfied. Umbrellas perfectly protect from the sun, give clean and stylish towels, an atmosphere of luxury and style. An ideal place not only for rest, but also for content. The food is delicious, and the drinks are even better! The water in the pool is cool, which is great in hot weather. In general, I recommend this place

Nice property, good amenities. Visited for one conference so couldn't enjoy the amenities of the hotel but definitely our kids have enjoyed it a lot especially in the kids club. The most beautiful hotel! My friend and I visited the pool area today and we were blown away by the facilities. The pool temperature was perfect for the 42 degree heat, the bar tenders were efficient and friendly and the bolognese was amazing! The pool floats are a great added touch and were greatly appreciated in the heat! Can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay here and the rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The buffet dinner and breakfast at Giardino have a very small selection but what there is is done well, including the roast beef which was cooked to perfection and served medium rare. There were barely any trimmings unfortunately which would have elevated the dining experience. Desserts were again high quality and breakfast too - the broccoli gratin served with a full English (decent sausages for once) was delicious. The dosa was lovely and crispy and staff bring the food to your table after you browse and place your order. All the reception and hotel staff were kind and welcoming. I’ve only knocked off one star because my baby’s foot was quite badly cut in the children’s pool and not through any boisterous activity. The ground/mosaic tiles must have sharp edges which need to be addressed. It’s a beautiful pool which comes with this compromise I suppose. Hotel management offered a late check out ten minutes before check out, by which time the children were hungry and we had packed up all our belongings. Management did not follow up with us as promised, either to address any concerns or make inquiries for future resolution of the issue, meaning this still poses an going risk for child visitors. The response quite frankly was not up to the mark given the injury.
