This place is charming and adorable. There are great views from the rooftop. The only downside for me was the bathroom. The walls are glass, the shower door doesn’t have the handle on the inside, the floor inside the shower was very slippery, and the mirror was dark. Otherwise, everyone was very friendly, the breakfast was great, and the room itself was very lovely.

My husband and I stayed in the Penthouse suite for Valentine’s weekend in Feb 2024.
The view is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! You can see the three cities and Fort St Angelo right across from us.
The breakfast is delicious! Make sure to get it sent to your room!
Self check in is SUPER SWIFT AND EASY.
The staff are an absolute DELIGHT!!
The hot tub with the penthouse is definitely needed ♥️
The weather is also GREAT!
You are in walking distance to everything and it’s super easy to get around by foot.
Explore the city during the day AND night!

Not your typical hotel with concierge and front desk service, you do not get to meet any one. You will be provided a PIN code to enter the hotel and your room.
The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable.
There is room service available for breakfast but you need to order ahead.
It’s a very private property.
I thought there was a mention of a restaurant in the property, but I could not find it. There is a breakfast/dinning area on the min floor however.
If you like an airport shuttle there’s an extra fee for that make sure you reserve ahead.
Rooms are cleaned and towels are replaced daily.

Wonderful guesthouse. We ad the standard room. It was spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need. King size bed, microwave, small hob, fridge (no freezer), plates, bowls, cutlery, a couple of pans. Also robes, slippers, hair dryer, large walk-in shower, and lots of thoughtful extras - herbal teas, nespresso machine, seed bags to heat in the microwave.
The staff were all so very friendly and kind, and so eager to ensure you have everything you need.
They will give you a bottle of mineral water every day.
Breakfast is included and has cold meats, cheese, lots of different breads and pastries, coffees, teas, fresh orange juice. I have coeliac disease and they provided gluten free bread and brought me a separate plate from the kitchen so I didn't have to worry about cross contamination.
There's a little, well stocked, supermarket just around the corner.
The location is superb. Everything in Valletta is walking distance, but you are not on the main two roads, so it is fairly quiet. Don't panic when the bell on the church next door rings. It is VERY loud - but only rings a few times in the late afternoon!

Convenient Location, but Disappointing Service and Breakfast
The hotel in question boasts a prime location, which is undoubtedly its main selling point. However, my experience here left much to be desired. The service provided was truly regrettable, and the breakfast offered fell short in terms of quality.
In terms of the establishment's appearance, upon entering, the ambiance felt more akin to that of a Bed & Breakfast or an Airbnb, rather than a conventional hotel. Surprisingly, there is no front desk, and access to both the hotel and rooms is facilitated through codes. This unconventional approach might not be to everyone's liking.
One of the most disappointing aspects was the breakfast, which lacked quality. Additionally, the description of a "pool" turned out to be nothing more than a large bathtub on the upper floor. The room, despite being renovated, exhibited noticeable finishing flaws, which detracted from the overall experience.
In summary, my time at this hotel was extremely disheartening due to the poor service, unsatisfactory breakfast quality, and deficiencies in the room and common areas. Despite its advantageous location, I do not anticipate considering this hotel for future stays. In my opinion, it failed to meet expectations and does not provide good value for the price.
