By staying here, you would understand the meaning of “ Luxurious Stay “. Every single employee is very keen to make your stay above the expectation, there was no single time I faced an employee without a warm smile and a great welcoming attitude. A great thanks to Mr. Yousof who made things easier than expected. And his main goal was just to keep us happy and comfortable. HE IS ATTRACTING PEOPLE TO THIS HOTEL BY HIS OWN WAY OF COMMUNICATION. I would be definitely a regular customer for this hotel. The room service is more than perfect, it’s only simple click away from everything. The breakfast is outstanding. The Lobby is perfectly designed with welcoming coffee and dates. 5-10 minutes walk to Dubai mall. The view of each room is fantastic, there is no single room with a bad view. I’m glad to try this Hotel. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you for reading 😌

Our stay at the Palace Downtown has been fantastic. From the moment you walk in, the smell of the incense and the warm smiles when you get greeted are AMAZING. A massive thank you to Waseem who helped us check in and gave us the BEST room!. Everyone here has been wonderful. Food is perfect, rooms are spacious and the close proximity to Dubai mall is a bonus. This hotel/ Palace is the perfect place to stay.

I stayed in The Palace with my family as part of our vacation. It has exceeded our expectations. Super clean, neat, roomy (rooms as well) and incredible location right in the heart of Dubai. Food. As a vegan, I ate very well. From the incredible breakfast buffet with many fresh options to the restaurants on site, the food experience is lovely. Not all of my family eats strictly vegan, and everyone was happy with the options. Service: In one word, amazing. Every member of staff inside the hotel, at the pool, at the front desk and at the restaurants was a pleasure. This made the experience a thousand times better than it already was. Rooms: we had two similar rooms. The rooms were large, both with a nice view. Wifi was perfect everywhere, even though we had bought mobile data. Overall experience: Magic. We all relaxed, we mostly enjoyed a cabana at the pool, swimming lots, a wonderful experience. We are coming back.

This is one of my favorite hotels to date. The staff are consistently cheerful and professional, which is truly impressive. The location is highly strategic, being within walking distance of the Dubai Mall, charming coffee shops, and exceptional restaurants. The service at this hotel is exceedingly generous. Opting for the suite was an excellent decision.

An outstanding property . From check in to check out everything well organized. The rooms are top in everything. The food was amazing. The ambiance and staff were great. Special thanks to a staff member Shahab- He is very welcoming, engaging and full of energy. Gave us an amazing start of day with his positive attitude. Very thoughtful. We will definitely come back!
