This was our second stay at Palace Downtown and rooms are clean, and housekeeping is very thorough. it was just as great as before especially the breakfast service. Ms. Nur went above and beyond by arranging a complimentary birthday cake for my daughter. We were truly speechless at the level of service and care. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay at the Palace Downtown. The hotel is beautiful and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thanks to Sabbir, who took care of our room, he was lovely, very efficient, and always made sure everything was perfect. We also want to give a special mention to Eunice, who went above and beyond to help us with our lost baggage. She is a true professional: calm, helpful, and clearly knows exactly what to do in stressful situations. All of the staff have been incredibly pleasant and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a very good experience and we would absolutely come back.

My husband and I had an outstanding stay at the Palace Downtown. The location, next to the Dubai Mall, was perfect. From the moment we arrived, in the early hours of the morning, we were greeted by very professional and attentive staff. James at reception was exceptional ensuring we were made aware of the wonderful facilities and the services the hotel had to offer. All staff were very helpful and ensured our stay went very smoothly. Oumnia in the lobby had an outstanding manner, she was very helpful, friendly and ensured you felt very welcome upon your return to the hotel. The rooms were well appointed and very spacious. Housecleaning was to a very high standard. The breakfast selection was extensive and catered for everyone’s taste. The staff in the dining area ensured you felt welcomed and your requests were quickly fulfilled. We would recommend the Palace Downtown and would happily stay again when we next visit Dubai.

My partner and I stayed at Palace Downtown hotel from 28/08 to 30/08 and had a truly beautiful experience. We booked a deluxe lake view room, which offered stunning views and elegant comfort. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, making it perfect for exploring the city. The building itself is majestic, with traditional Arabian architecture that adds charm and character to the stay. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles. Breakfast was good, with a satisfying variety to start the day. Overall, it was a memorable and luxurious stay that lived up to its five-star reputation.
