Mona Al-Jarallah
This is the second time I stayed at The Palace. The hotel is still worth the visit even with the construction at the fountain. Service was top notch, the staff is very attentive and took good care of us during our stay. Yunus was especially amazing, she helped us during the check-in and was kind enough to give us an upgrade. I stayed at other hotels at the boulevard during my many visits to Dubai but The Palace has an unmatched advantage with its location, amazing rooms and excellent service. Will be visiting again soon!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with great amenities. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet relaxed. Whether for business or leisure, Hotel Palace Downtown provides a fantastic experience, combining comfort with excellent service.

This hotel is pure magic. It s beautiful inside out. We usually go to the pool and to the restaurants. Everything is perfect! Very very clean! Beautiful place and super comfortable facilities. But the level of the service here is very very high. Susil and Furba are always at the pool to welcome you with biggest smile ever and a perfect care allowing you to enjoy your day on the pool. They are so friendly and welcoming with the children in particular that you really feel home. Food is really delicious. They have amazing French pastry and a great quality and variety of the food . One of the best places to enjoy Dubai. Grazie
