An unbeatable location for visiting the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. It feels more like a boutique luxury hotel compared to the giant resorts nearby. Highlights - Photogenic Views: The entrance is a must-see for photos with the Burj in the background. Watching the fountain show from our balcony was a highlight. - Lobby Lounge: Beautifully decorated with great views and live music. - Food: The festive buffet was great, though the lobster was a bit dry. Still, a lot of variety and high-quality service. - Rooms: Clean and comfortable, but a bit basic in terms of design. Verdict Perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything. The convenience is worth it alone!

From the moment we drove up, we felt like royalty. The doors were opened for us, our luggage was taken straight to our room, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room itself was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance and atmosphere were absolutely breathtaking. It truly felt like a luxury experience from start to finish at least initially. At checkout, we were surprised to learn that the beverages and snacks in the room were not complimentary and that we were being charged $106 USD. This was not explained to us beforehand, and had we known, we would have chosen a different option for how we spent that money. We genuinely believed those items were included with the room. Unfortunately, what happened next was even more disappointing. After completing checkout and while waiting for our Uber, a staff member was radioed by the front desk and my husband was asked to come back inside. He was accused of drinking a Corona beer from the room refrigerator and informed that we would be charged for it. My husband calmly explained that we do not drink alcohol and that he has not had a drink in over 20 years. We are Christians and would never risk our integrity or embarrassment over a $22 bottle of beer. Despite this, the accusation was made based on a count they said was missing. After my husband reiterated that we do not drink, there was no apology. Instead, we were told that someone had made a mistake with the count. This was extremely disheartening, especially after spending over a thousand dollars at the venue and celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday in room 274. What should have been a beautiful ending to a special milestone instead left us feeling embarrassed and disappointed. The hotel itself is stunning, and much of the staff was wonderful,but the way this situation was handled overshadowed an otherwise amazing stay and left us with a very unfortunate final impression.

Truly the gold standard of seven star hotels in Dubai! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Our stay at Palace Downtown Dubai was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel prides itself on thoughtful details and refined elegance. Our suite was absolutely beautiful—spacious, serene, primely located and impeccably maintained. One of the most memorable touches was the subtle, fragrant aromatherapy throughout the hotel, which created such a calming and luxurious atmosphere. Every space felt intentional and welcoming. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding service and genuine hospitality we received throughout our stay. A special thank you to Usama, who was our very first point of contact at the front desk—his professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. We are also deeply grateful to Rania, our concierge and personal assistant throughout our visit, who went above and beyond with her care, responsiveness, and thoughtful assistance, making everything seamless and effortless. We had an amazing experience at Palace Downtown. NASAR looked after us so well - genuinely warm, attentive and professional throughout our stay.
