Kata Beach is one of the best spots in Phuket for families, and OZO Phuket is ideally situated right in the heart of it. Overall, the hotel is excellent, though our Deluxe Sunset Room felt slightly smaller than expected. One odd thing—basic amenities like cotton slippers, an iron, an ironing board, and a drying rack weren’t in the room by default (which most hotels provide). However, when requested, they were delivered within minutes. The breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options, and the swimming pool facilities were fantastic, especially the kid-friendly slide. Service was impeccable throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be more convenient—everything you need is right at the doorstep, from 7-Eleven and pharmacies to currency exchange and massage shops. The beach is just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel’s back entrance. I highly recommend OZO Phuket for families with kids and anyone who prefers a more relaxed vibe over crowded areas like Patong. A wonderful stay overall!

Very nice hotel, the staff was very kind and helpful. Nice pool though the water in the big pool was too hot. The kids pool was extremely fun. 2 minutes walk to the beach. We ordered an extra bed for two rooms and both of them was terribly hard and the staff didn’t have any other options, so remember that if you need an extra bed ( the rooms king size bed was good) .

We booked this hotel for 4 nights, staying with our daughters age 6m and 4y. This is a family oriented hotel with amazing staff and service,great kids pool, clean rooms, with comfy beds and a spacious bathroom with a very nice shower (we booked the family room on the 6th floor). Things I wish I knew before: 1. This hotel is located on a very busy street. There is no separation between the street and the lobby with no glass/walls protecting it from the street. 2.Our room faced the busy street and was very noisy at night with a loud motorbike noise until about midnight. 3. There is no kids club/indoor space for small children to play

Really lovely clean hotel. We upgraded to a junior suite on arrival to accommodate our 3 year old, they were super helpful and polite. Rooms are contemporary and clean. No complaints. Variety of pillows and comfy beds. Service in the restaurant has been good especially Nong who looked after us during our visit. She played so nicely with Denis and looked after our table at all times. She was very friendly and helpful. When denis was sick she organised a nice chicken soup for him to feel better. Really lovely ! On the water festival she also got him a little water gun to play with and made him very happy. Perfect hotel for families from facilities to service. The staff as a whole are super lovely. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is wonderfully placed and everything that you need is pretty much within walking range. Close to the beach as well. What really makes a huge difference is the staff. I have never seen anything like it in any hotel, no matter how many stars. They put a lot of 5 stars hotels to shame. Everyone seems to genuinely want to make you comfortable and what a great job they are doing!!!
