Loved the location, nearby a local market where there are so many options for street food and beverages. Rooms are very small in size, I took a connecting two rooms with my kids and it was too small to walk around and put our luggages. Breakfast menu is not the best and found this problem in every hotel I stayed-in in Thailand. I did not like the idea that you need to order guest amenities from them. My kids loved the swimming pool it has nice slides, one for minors and the other for teens to adults and they had so much fun sliding all day. The hotel had an indirect access walking distance to beach around 200 to 300m. 7 eleven and message shops as well as pharmacies are just in front of the hotel.

**Pros** 1. Excellent location - 150 meters from the beach, with a 7-Eleven, Walking Street, massage shops, and Indian food nearby. Best location in Kata. 2. Rooms are impeccably neat and clean. 3. Best hotel for kids - play area, water activities, movie fun, etc. 4. Friendly staff at reception, housekeeping, and restaurant. 5. Good breakfast buffet. 6. Pool table and foosball table available. 7. Gardens, pools, and restaurants are all excellently maintained. **Cons** 1. Gym is too small with very few pieces of equipment, considering the hotel's capacity. 2. Swimming pool also seems small. 3. A bad stream of water flowing within the hotel premises is a significant flaw. 4. Renovation of the water activities area has been ongoing for a long time.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location is simply the best, staff is friendly and speaks good English. Rooms are comfortable and quite new. Amazing breakfast, after 2 weeks here we are still not tired of it. This hotel offers a big free parking lot for cars and bikes which is also amazing. Quick access to the beach is also a great advantage. Right in front of the hotel there is a Smart Bus stop and you can take the bus to travel to other beaches and even to the airport, costs 100B. Also there is an amazing choice of restaurants and cafes right across the street as well as Kata night market. There are some minor things, but not sure how the management could handle those: the water in the pool is almost boiling hot 35-36°, the hotel is situated near the dump river and depending on the wind direction you might smell it. As of April 2024 transfer to the airport costs 1300B. TL;DR Perfect Hotel 👍🏻

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was the worst part of our family vacation. 1/ the reason we booked this hotel was because of the kids pool, which was not open and looked like it was under construction for a very long time 2/ We booked a balcony room as I’m a smoker but was advised I have to smoke outside the hotel if not I would be fined THB5000 3/ The front desk act like they are doing you a favor for everything, including checking you in 4/ it feels like you are in a hostel (with many rules) that has a pool and only private rooms The staff are dressed up in hospital/institutional uniforms - it’s funny after a point. Highly recommend spending that extra $30-50 and staying in a proper resort that gives you that hospitality element. We are in Thailand after all. This place has no sense of hospitality and only rules. Stay away from here. We will be back in Phuket every year but we definitely won’t be staying here again! The two stars is for the location and the clean room.

Stayed here for 5 nights and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pool is great for both adults and kids and there is a back gate (for guests only) which takes you out on to the road leading straight to the beach which is very convenient. Rooms were very clean and the cocktails at the bar are good too. Location is very convenient, very close to Kata Beach and Karon Beach.
