We really enjoyed our stay! Location is simply the best, staff is friendly and speaks good English. Rooms are comfortable and quite new. Amazing breakfast, after 2 weeks here we are still not tired of it. This hotel offers a big free parking lot for cars and bikes which is also amazing. Quick access to the beach is also a great advantage. Right in front of the hotel there is a Smart Bus stop and you can take the bus to travel to other beaches and even to the airport, costs 100B. Also there is an amazing choice of restaurants and cafes right across the street as well as Kata night market. There are some minor things, but not sure how the management could handle those: the water in the pool is almost boiling hot 35-36°, the hotel is situated near the dump river and depending on the wind direction you might smell it. As of April 2024 transfer to the airport costs 1300B. TL;DR Perfect Hotel 👍🏻

Stayed here for 5 nights and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pool is great for both adults and kids and there is a back gate (for guests only) which takes you out on to the road leading straight to the beach which is very convenient. Rooms were very clean and the cocktails at the bar are good too. Location is very convenient, very close to Kata Beach and Karon Beach.

Stayed with ny family because of kids pool. Fun place for kids. Hotel provided connecting rooms which was convenient. Rooms aren’t that big, but neat and clean, well maintained. No bathtub in the bathroom, shower only. Comfortable beds. The two problems experienced within the room: loud AC and foaming soap thing (didn’t work properly). Breakfast standard, pastry can be improved. Had buffet dinner in one of the days - overpriced given the quality and variety of dishes available. Hotel is next to Kata beach, walking distance. Many small shops, eateries, massage places, bars around. Very crowded area.

Pool is family friendly and has wonderful kid slides. Walk to beach is short and pretty clean. Restaurant and buffet is not good, but whole area lacks good restaurants. The only super convenient thing is it is easy to enter hotel ne in tourist pickup location apps. Neighborhood and most of hotel is exclusively Russians. You will be lucky to hear any Thai staying here.

I recently stayed at OZO Hotel in Kata, Phuket, and it was an absolutely delightful experience, especially for my family. The hotel truly stands out for its kid-friendly atmosphere. One of the hotel's best features is its proximity to the pristine beach. It's just a short, pleasant walk away, making it super convenient for beach outings with the family. It's great that the hotel is located near 7 eleven, massage shops and a scaled down kata very own night matket was a just a stone throw away too. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a variety of activities that are great for kids like movie night and water plays which gave us parents some much-needed downtime to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Overall, OZO Hotel in Kata, Phuket is a fantastic choice for families looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and fun. I highly recommend it for anyone traveling with children . We'll definitely be back!
