Pros: Good location. On beachfront which is beautiful and very clean. Great buffet breakfast with a great variety of salads and Thai food.Excellent friendly service from breakfast crew Tong and Yong.Tong in particularly, is very helpful, hard-working and cheerful, with good communication skills. Up to date TVs and lovely bathroom. Clean and very good standard of hygiene. Cons: Rooms are too small. No real outside space- a tiny token balcony 1 foot by 4 foot. Hotel is quite noisy with constant annoying music. Not 4 star in my opinion.

A good hotel with professional friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean with plenty amenities. Location is excellent, beside many bars and restaurants. Lots of families so does get loud. Only thing let it down in my opinion was no evening bar to chill at, if you want to escape the hustle of outside bars.

I had a truly memorable stay at OZO Chaweng Samui. While the room is not very large, it is efficiently designed, comfortable, and well equipped. The breakfast selection is modest, yet each item is of high quality. The beach is beautiful, clean, and perfect for both relaxation and activities, with beach volleyball held every evening adding a lively touch to the experience. What truly made this stay exceptional was the warm and professional service from the staff — special thanks to Khun Chai(คุณชัย) and the team, as well as Nong El(น้องเอ็ล), whose kind hospitality made this trip truly unforgettable.

Very pleasant hotel with access to beach where you actually can swim. Good Breakfast. Nick at the reception helped me design itinery and she was very kind. Access to market and shopping at the walking distance. Couldn't have asked more.

We felt very welcome from the very beginning at Hotel OZO in Koh Samui! The entire team was super friendly, helpful, and flexible – you can truly feel that they do everything to ensure a wonderful stay. A very special thank you to Annie, Beam, and Al who always greeted us with a smile and supported us with everything we needed. Their understanding and warm-hearted nature made our vacation even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, and beautiful decorated. The rooms are lovely and clean, the pool is perfect for relaxing especially if you have kids, and the bar is cozy and inviting. The food was also delicious – there’s something for every taste! The location is perfect – right on a dreamy beach, ideal for relaxing or taking a walk. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the OZO Hote! 🙌
