We felt very welcome from the very beginning at Hotel OZO in Koh Samui! The entire team was super friendly, helpful, and flexible – you can truly feel that they do everything to ensure a wonderful stay. A very special thank you to Annie, Beam, and Al who always greeted us with a smile and supported us with everything we needed. Their understanding and warm-hearted nature made our vacation even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, and beautiful decorated. The rooms are lovely and clean, the pool is perfect for relaxing especially if you have kids, and the bar is cozy and inviting. The food was also delicious – there’s something for every taste! The location is perfect – right on a dreamy beach, ideal for relaxing or taking a walk. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the OZO Hote! 🙌

Thanks a lot to Beem from the Reception OZO hotel surprised us beyond belief. We arrived without a booking and were immediately kindly helped. We were taken to two rooms to see what we thought of them. Immediately chose a good room and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Very extensive and everything hot until 10.30. The pool is slightly on the warm side but with 30 degrees outside, you can understand that. It is a super hotel, everything is clean and tidy. Contrary to all the reviews, we definitely want to come back here. Next time on Samui.

A few years ago, we stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Recently, due to a flight schedule, we needed a place to store our luggage for a few hours. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to use their luggage storage service without any issues, even though we were not current guests. Special thanks to Mr. Green and Mr. Aof, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful — they clearly remember their past guests and make everyone feel welcome. Their warm hospitality left a lasting impression, and we truly appreciate their assistance. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff here was among the friendliest I’ve ever experienced anywhere. The rooms were clean. The pool is super nice and it was a relaxed family type of atmosphere. The beach area was also very good. A few days we were here there were red flags because of the undertow. We still managed to make it into the ocean for some swims. This is also in a really good location near walking distance to two supermarkets and various restaurants. This island has a totally different feel from Bangkok or Chiang Mai. Not as many street vendors and higher prices for everything. We did have issues due to my fault with needing a room change a had to also book an extra night. They were more than accommodating I’m I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody traveling with family or kids. The gym was also adequate for what they have. The restaurant Stacked was a burger place attached to the hotel and it was really good. Across the street was some of the best Indian food I have ever had.

Our experience at OZO Chaweng Samui was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is not only centrally located but also beautifully designed. Initially, we were a bit worried about insects, but our concerns quickly disappeared—the rooms were impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially Annie and Nueng, who made our stay even more special. For five days, we felt completely comfortable, and every request we had was accommodated with a smile. The breakfast was delicious, and both the pool and sun loungers were spotless. If we ever return to Koh Samui, there’s no doubt—We will be staying at OZO again!
