Very clean - and nice hotel. Placed right on the nice Chaweng beach, and nearly in Chaweng city. Very nice service. Free sunbeds and towels. Sweet staff. Nice breakfast. Room not too big. We payed extra for ocean view... but it was more Palm view. Balcony is VERY SMALL - only for 1 person 😪

We were highly impressed last year so we decided to revisit OZO. Everything was perfect! The room was clean and a good size. We could not fault this place, from the service, the friendliness of staff to the immaculate gardens to the new umbrellas by the pool. Special thanks to Tata and Lyn.

The food and drinks were exceptional, offering a delightful variety that catered to all tastes. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Lynn. She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel right at home. Overall, the OZO Hotel Chaweng exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience in Chaweng. Great hotel right on Chaweng beach and a nice swimming pool. Beautiful beach for swimming. Breakfast buffet was good though super busy especially after 9am. Rooms are small but clean and beds are comfortable. Perfect resort for families and kids. Some car parking available. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel in walking distance. Hotel restaurant food was also good. Friendly staff. No complaints about this resort only that it was super busy in high season. Enjoyed it.

The best experience was the stuff who working serving breakfast and the pool stuff. They did the best job and looked after the guests and they were so nice, The reception stuff wasn’t what we expected… They like didn’t care or not so nice specially one of them don’t know the name. Lyn and JJ was the best, the favorite stuff was Lyn. She took care off everything and did the best for our experience 💖
