Generally, a great stay. Beautiful hotel with an excellent spot on the beach. Amenities were also great. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Prime location if you want to be close enough to all the Chaweng action but far enough to unwind. Room was a little dusty and initial set of bed sheets had a bad smell when first checked in. Staff were quick to assist. A bit pricier than similar options.

My first time staying at this resort, not too far from Central Samui Mall and resort is right at the beach. Enjoyed the morning walks on beach after breakfast. I like to mention, Staff Kate. She’s amazing and a great asset to the team. Her warmth and smile brightens the day. She remembers our drinks right when we order on day 1 and on one of the days when we didn’t order she ask if we want any. She went beyond the service, if any she deserves a good reward from the hard work and effort. Look forward to be back.

A hotel in an excellent location, the room is very clean, the best service I have encountered! Annie is the sweetest and most helpful in all of Thailand, she is so kind and professional! Thanks a lot to Beem from the Reception OZO hotel surprised us beyond belief. We arrived without a booking and were immediately kindly helped. We were taken to two rooms to see what we thought of them. Immediately chose a good room and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Very extensive and everything hot until 10.30. The pool is slightly on the warm side but with 30 degrees outside, you can understand that. It is a super hotel, everything is clean and tidy. Contrary to all the reviews, we definitely want to come back here. Next time on Samui.

We felt very welcome from the very beginning at Hotel OZO in Koh Samui! The entire team was super friendly, helpful, and flexible – you can truly feel that they do everything to ensure a wonderful stay. A very special thank you to Annie, Beam, and Al who always greeted us with a smile and supported us with everything we needed. Their understanding and warm-hearted nature made our vacation even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, and beautiful decorated. The rooms are lovely and clean, the pool is perfect for relaxing especially if you have kids, and the bar is cozy and inviting. The food was also delicious – there’s something for every taste! The location is perfect – right on a dreamy beach, ideal for relaxing or taking a walk. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the OZO Hote! 🙌
