Overall Amazing experience. One of the best 5 stars hotels I have ever been. The territory is super clean, the food is amazing and staff is all about great client experience - they cook u food a la crate, listen to your requests and do all the best to create nice memories. Kids club had a lot of activities for children and rooms were always clean. We are especially grateful to the chief Aakash who understood that not everyone likes spicy food and prepared exquisite Indian dishes almost without spices for us!

We really enjoyed our time at Maadhoo. The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel amenities are of first class. We had a massage and our therapists, Verni and Kern, were super professional and welcoming. Highly recommend a visit to the spa. Our absolute favorite here was dinner at M6M, the underwater restaurant. The main beach, close to the water activities, was our favour spot over wall. And what a fantastic breakfast buffet!! Thank you for everything 🙏🏼

I booked Ozen Life Madhoo to celebrate my wedding. The resort staff went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly (including in the months leading up to the event via email/text)--setting up a beautiful beach wedding and dinner, meeting the special dietary requirements for my in-laws, hiring henna artists for my mehndi celebration etc. They were all profesisonal and attended to my every need. Furthermore, our butlers, Forty and Shamoon were kind and helpful, accomdating every request with attention and timeliness. The food, drinks, minibar and restaurants included in the indulgence plan were fantastic abd the rooms/facilities beautiful. I fully reccomend staying here, whether it be for vacation or for a special event! Thanks to everyone!

Words have not yet been invented to describe just how perfect this place and its staff are 😍 From the moment we landed at Male International Airport, we were completely lost for words every single day. When we walked through the arrivals, we were greeted by the team who took us straight to their lounge, where we could relax and enjoy refreshments while the staff checked us into our resort. We were then escorted to the Ozen Life Maadhoo luxury speedboat to transfer us to the island. During the ride we were offered refreshments, and the staff were beyond polite and chatted to us a little about their island, local customs, and general insight etc. When we arrived, we were greeted with traditional drums, presented with a folded palm leaf pendant (welcome wreathes), personal greetings from lovely staff and introduced to our personal butler for the duration of our stay. Our butler Faisal took a photo of us and then gifted it to us later as a fridge magnet which was such a cool touch (now displayed on our fridge at home). From there we were checked into the resort, offered a drink and further general chats were had with our butler Faisal. He took us on a tour of the resort in a buggy and explained what was available to do and see (a lot by the way). Once the tour was over, he took us to our room, where our bags had already been placed and the room already set up ready to enjoy. We stayed in a ‘Wind Villa’ so that we could watch the sunrise each day. Faisal gave us an overview of our room, provided his contact details, and discussed activities we could do and he has booked for our stay (we really didn’t even have to lift a finger it was amazing). We discussed other activities we may want to do and Faisal took care of everything from there. As we arrived late to the island, we spent a little time soaking up the room, changed for dinner and headed to “The Palms” restaurant. This is when we became extremely overwhelmed and lost for words with our experience at Ozen and was just the beginning. We walked into the restaurant, where we were greeted by staff with a welcoming smile, lovely personalities and were also so incredibly professional. They knew we were a couple with various food allergies, which was confirmed with us to ensure all details were correct for our entire stay. The staff immediately grabbed one of the chefs who came out, introduced himself and asked us what we could and couldn’t eat from the buffet. He also asked what we would like him to make for us. This was the best surprise for us, as food allergies are usually an inconvenience in Australia, but here, it was just another day for the talented chefs at Ozen. This ease of service was carried on throughout all restaurants on the island. All of our food was amazing cooked by the chefs at M6M, Tradition Indoceylon and Tradition Peking and of course The Palms. Every chef at these restaurants served up Michelin quality food with a smile, gratitude and abundance of experience and skillsets. If these chefs can serve this quality of food whilst working around food allergies, one can only imagine what they accomplish for those without allergies (we hope that they are just as spoilt as were were). Finally, our special thanks to Chef Calvin. We met Calvin on our second day at Ozen and he made it his mission to ensure we were looked after with food, the same as everyone else on the island during our stay. He made us cupcakes and cookies most mornings, we got to try some beautiful new fruit and he made sure whenever we were dining in other restaurants, we were provided the same quality of service and food. We can’t thank you enough Calvin, you truly blew our expectations out of the water. We loved every special surprise the resort set up for us, the excursions we spent time doing and the incredible events almost every night, however there was too many to leave in this review, you’ll just have to take our word for it.
