▪️I had a fantastic experience at OZ Hotels Incekum Beach Resort. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make my stay pleasant. ▪️The hotel offers wonderful facilities, including beautiful swimming pools, a well-appointed spa and a variety of dining options to suit every taste. ▪️Situated in a beautiful location, with easy access to local attractions and a beautiful beach, the surroundings of the hotel added to the pleasure of my stay. ▪️The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. ▪️My stay was really relaxing and enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and friendly which made my experience unforgettable. So I highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel I’ve been to, have been in many hotels in Spain,Italy, Greece, Croatia, Canary Islands and more. Most friendly staff I’ve ever experienced always going above and beyond for us during the stay. Food was amazing too with various options from soups, grilled fish and meat, salads, sauces, fresh fruit and tasty desserts. Pools were big and private resort beach very nice too. Live entertainment was actually enjoyable not just something to do when bored on evening. Highly recommend.

What a nice hotel, especially the pool and the lobby :-) But next time, we will try another hotel because of three things, they happend to us: - we arrived about 2am and the Concierge tried to get about 100 Euros Cash, to upgrade our room. Not to pay by creditcard. Only Cash...... nice try! - the service in Restaurants was horrible. We are a family of 6, but no big table for 6 Persons. Every day we had to work by oursef, to put 2 tables together. No drinks for us. We had to take them by ourselfes. No service. Some waiters put your plate away, even you are not finished. We know a hotel with lass category in Kuşadasi, who does this service much better! - In one of our both rooms, there were plenty of little Animation. Like house dust mits. Horrible! Great pool, great weather, good food

Bad location and bad food and the drinks are served in plastic glasses or paper one. Location outside is nothing to see. Is not a 5 star hotel no way. In Turkey we know that have good but here was very bad. Rooms with a 20 year old TV. Not clean and the manager's are there to control everything and everyone. Sorry but I aspect much more. If you don't believe me go there and then send me a message. Windows old wooden closing very hard. This is my opinion. I was everywhere and I know what is good and bad. I have also photos if someone don't trust me. I WANT TO SAY THAT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING THERE ARE GIVING THE BEST.

Very good hotel, perfect for a family holiday. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Tons of different activities for both adults and children. Extremely good kids club ran by Ornella, which is open until 11:00 PM! Something I haven’t seen in other hotels, which is convenient when you have small kids. Ornella does excellent job with animation activities for children, she has a very friendly attitude toward her small guests. Kudos also to the bartenders in the bars (Umut, Fevzettin and one more young gentleman whose name I have forgotten, sorry!). Although, they are busy all the time, they have a smile on their faces and engage in a friendly banter with the guests. Good lads!
