We have stayed in many hotels before, but this one truly exceeded our expectations. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help, which impressed us from the very beginning. Access to the beach is also very convenient – the hotel shuttle runs every 10 minutes to and from the beach, so we never had to wait long. From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were warmly welcomed by the bellboys. We would especially like to mention a young man named Ali, who also helped us on our departure. His kindness and professionalism left a strong impression on us – he even helped us weigh our suitcases manually since we didn’t have small change for the scale, and his estimate turned out to be completely accurate at the airport. Attention like this is something truly special. The food in the hotel was excellent, and all the bars were of a high standard. However, the beach bar was something exceptional – the staff working there were extremely friendly and welcoming. A special thanks goes to the waiter named Can, who played with all the children at the beach and made them feel at home. Thanks to him, our son felt as if he was truly among family. Unfortunately, we did experience one unpleasant situation inside the hotel. One evening, in front of several guests, the hotel manager harshly criticized the staff in a very inappropriate manner. This left a negative impression, not only on us but also on other guests who witnessed it. Her unfriendly attitude and the way she looked at people made us feel uncomfortable. Honestly, although we would gladly return because of the wonderful staff and waiters, we decided never to come back to this hotel because of her behavior. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, the food and service excellent, and the staff simply fantastic – especially the bartenders and the beach staff who made our stay truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, one member of the management can spoil the overall impression, but that does not diminish the effort and kindness of the workers, to whom we give our highest praise.

A very decent hotel, depends what you are there for, I was there as a family 2 adults, 2 kids, our room was on lower level which at 2/3am when the underground disco finished, was very loud, we asked at reception if the door to out levels rooms could be shut twice, but this wasn't done. The good points are the staff are very helpful and nice, the pool is large and the food is very nice. The not so good are the surroundings for the hotel aren't great, lots of abandoned buildings, and the night entertainment isn't great. But on the whole a lovely place and somewhere if it's cheap enough I'd go again.

The hotel's location is decent, but it's quite a long walk to the beach. The beach itself is very, very crowded - you feel like a sardine in a can. I witnessed people fighting over free sunbeds on the beach, as there are definitely not enough of them. The entrance to the sea is also quite steep - very dangerous for children. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is okay, but since it closes for the winter season, you get the feeling that the staff just waiting for the season to end. The waiters in the main restaurant do their job properly, but there is one waiter who treats hotel quests like schoolchildren. He raises his voice and is quite rude. The rooms are clean but in need of renovation. The cleaning staff are very kind and polite, always willing to help. The value for money is not adequate, especially in October, as there is a noticeable lack of fresh food, particularly bread, vegetables, fruits and baklavas. It feels like quests are only being served what is left over from the season. For example, ice creams were available at the hotel and served in paper cups, but unfortunately there were no spoons, and the staff member instructed quests to use plastic knives or forks instead. Beach volleyball matches were organized on the beach, but due to the lack of a proper volleyball, a football was used instead. In my opinion, the hotel is not worth considering especially if you plan to visit in October.

Unforgettable Family Holiday at Oz Hotels Sui Resort! We had the most wonderful stay at Oz Hotels Sui Resort and can’t recommend it enough for families looking for both relaxation and fun. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The service throughout our stay was truly exceptional. But what really stood out was the food, it was such a delicious and diverse selection at every meal! Whether fresh salads, traditional Turkish cuisine or international options, there was something for everyone. We never went hungry and always looked forward to the next meal! A very special mention goes to the Mini Club, which made all the difference for us as parents. Our little 4-year-old son absolutely loved it! The whole team was kind, caring, and full of energy — and the wonderful Bahar, who led the Mini Club, created such a warm and fun environment for the kids. It was so reassuring to see our son enjoying himself and making great memories, which gave us the chance to relax and unwind too. All in all, a perfect family getaway — we left with full hearts, happy memories, and a little one already asking when we can go back! ❤️

The hotel is very welcoming as is the staff. The atmosphere is very home-like. Everything is clean all the time. If you ever have a problem, the staff is quick to respond and fix it. We felt like royalty due to the friendly and extravagant treatment from the personal, especially from manager Halil, who you can find during the whole day.
