Stunning hotel, I would recommend this as a lovely place to go for families. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Food is what you would expect from an all-inclusive. It is there to appease the masses, I found it bland from the main restaurant. However, the food from the pool restaurant was extremely nice at times. There is also ice cream and the choice of hot and cold drinks is vast. Rooms near the stairs are loud so if you get one I would ask to move to another if possible. The 3 pools are clean, kids will love the slides. The sun loungers are a problem as people leave towels there from the early morning and you have to move towels off beds if you want one. Otherwise you won't get one it would be nice for staff to manage this.

5 Star hotel visually but in reality no where close. Stunning to look at, at night but unfortunately the food & drinks were close to 2 star at best. Stayed for 7 nights and lost weight, breakfast didn't bother with it after the first day, dinner selection is really poor food isn't great at all. Please also do not buy anything from the reps I booked with loveholidays and the Rep basically scammed us out of money, booked a trip driver never showed and still asking for a refund since been amount 8 weeks not getting my money back. Cocktails are just syrup with the cheapest alcohol ever, paint stripper basically wouldn't go here again.

This is a great place for a family holiday. The food is wonderful and all day you eat different food. There are a lot of activities to do. They have karaoke nights, disco nights, and late night club. Children have a play area and their own swimming pool. The staff is very polite. The rooms are always kept clean. The all-inclusive package includes food, drinks, pool use, shuttle to and from the beach, shops, and airport. Great place will go again.

Hotel looked amazing. Was well kept and clean. Im not a fussy eater but the food was bad, including left over veg from night before being used for breakfast. The spirits as other posts have said were just syrup. We are not big drinkers but a couple of nice cocktails would have been good especially for my friends birthday. The beach bar is used for the al a carte restaurant. The view was lovely but not even a fan to help keep a little cool. Even the staff were sweating. The staff there were brilliant in laying out the table for my friends birthday. Unfortunately the food wasn't great. I fed most to the stray cat and my friend got food poisoning. Thankfully chemist is in the market down the road as the doctor on site was charging €120 just to come up to our room. Not great as sick from second day so missed most of holiday and had to cancel excursions. Not wven the water is kept properly chilled so potentially the food is stored incorrectly. The hotel is on hill off main road and not a lot in the resort of alanya. I'm not a young girl and the staff were very sleazy. I was approached by different staff. I stayed in the green nature diamond on my last all inclusive holiday in marmaris and it was amazing. This has put my friend of going all inclusive again. Our fridge was supposed to be restocked daily but we weren't even given coffee sachets after first day. The ice cream bar is nice but I wouldn't recommend to holiday there. I heard other people on way home saying they couldn't wait to leave. We booked a massage and Turkish bath the second morning. Then were plagued by staff to have more every time we saw them. There is a restaurant in the plaza market called palm beach that saved me. Good food and drinks 🍸
