Starting with Justyna, the best animator we’ve ever met! Super friendly, helpful and always smiling, greetings also to her husband 😊. We stayed at Sui Resort in Okurcalar from September 21st to 28th with a group of 11 people, and everyone absolutely loved the hotel. Clean, modern, with daily animations and parties, every two days a bigger event, and the Oktoberfest was amazing! Big plus for the bar open until 2:00 a.m. and the night snacks that often saved our lives 😄. The whole staff, from cleaners to bartenders always smiling and helpful. Great manager who speaks Polish and is always ready to help. Fantastic place!

The hotel's location is decent, but it's quite a long walk to the beach. The beach itself is very, very crowded - you feel like a sardine in a can. I witnessed people fighting over free sunbeds on the beach, as there are definitely not enough of them. The entrance to the sea is also quite steep - very dangerous for children. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is okay, but since it closes for the winter season, you get the feeling that the staff just waiting for the season to end. The waiters in the main restaurant do their job properly, but there is one waiter who treats hotel quests like schoolchildren. He raises his voice and is quite rude. The rooms are clean but in need of renovation. The cleaning staff are very kind and polite, always willing to help. The value for money is not adequate, especially in October, as there is a noticeable lack of fresh food, particularly bread, vegetables, fruits and baklavas. It feels like quests are only being served what is left over from the season. For example, ice creams were available at the hotel and served in paper cups, but unfortunately there were no spoons, and the staff member instructed quests to use plastic knives or forks instead. Beach volleyball matches were organized on the beach, but due to the lack of a proper volleyball, a football was used instead. In my opinion, the hotel is not worth considering especially if you plan to visit in October.

5-Star Experience – A Perfect Holiday in Turkey! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort in Turkey. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable and cared for. A special mention must go to Nina, the massage therapist at the spa , she is absolutely brilliant! Her massages were deeply relaxing and therapeutic, and she really knows how to tailor each session to your needs. The entire spa team was friendly, professional, and created a calm, rejuvenating atmosphere. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the spa services during your stay! The hotel staff, from reception to restaurant teams, were always smiling, helpful, and efficient. The cleaners also deserve a big thank you , our room was spotless every day, and the attention to detail throughout the resort was impressive. The food, facilities, and service were all top-notch, and we left feeling completely refreshed. We can’t wait to return!

We have stayed in many hotels before, but this one truly exceeded our expectations. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help, which impressed us from the very beginning. Access to the beach is also very convenient – the hotel shuttle runs every 10 minutes to and from the beach, so we never had to wait long. From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were warmly welcomed by the bellboys. We would especially like to mention a young man named Ali, who also helped us on our departure. His kindness and professionalism left a strong impression on us – he even helped us weigh our suitcases manually since we didn’t have small change for the scale, and his estimate turned out to be completely accurate at the airport. Attention like this is something truly special. The food in the hotel was excellent, and all the bars were of a high standard. However, the beach bar was something exceptional – the staff working there were extremely friendly and welcoming. A special thanks goes to the waiter named Can, who played with all the children at the beach and made them feel at home. Thanks to him, our son felt as if he was truly among family. Unfortunately, we did experience one unpleasant situation inside the hotel. One evening, in front of several guests, the hotel manager harshly criticized the staff in a very inappropriate manner. This left a negative impression, not only on us but also on other guests who witnessed it. Her unfriendly attitude and the way she looked at people made us feel uncomfortable. Honestly, although we would gladly return because of the wonderful staff and waiters, we decided never to come back to this hotel because of her behavior. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, the food and service excellent, and the staff simply fantastic – especially the bartenders and the beach staff who made our stay truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, one member of the management can spoil the overall impression, but that does not diminish the effort and kindness of the workers, to whom we give our highest praise.

highly recommend this hotel! very accommodating for all ages. the food was good, the cleanliness was 10/10 the staff were very helpful and friendly and they couldn't do enough for you. The entertainment was brilliant through the daytime into the night time once again, for all ages! we really enjoyed our stay here! thank you x
