Stunning hotel, I would recommend this as a lovely place to go for families. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Food is what you would expect from an all-inclusive. It is there to appease the masses, I found it bland from the main restaurant. However, the food from the pool restaurant was extremely nice at times. There is also ice cream and the choice of hot and cold drinks is vast. Rooms near the stairs are loud so if you get one I would ask to move to another if possible. The 3 pools are clean, kids will love the slides. The sun loungers are a problem as people leave towels there from the early morning and you have to move towels off beds if you want one. Otherwise you won't get one it would be nice for staff to manage this.

I had the pleasure of staying at Oz Hotel Sui last year, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. The infinity pool was a highlight, providing a serene escape with breathtaking vistas. The on-site spa offered a range of rejuvenating treatments, and the well-equipped fitness center was ideal for keeping up with my workout routine. Dining at the hotel was a delight, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide selection of fresh, high-quality items. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive, making each meal a pleasant experience. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and genuine warmth made me feel truly welcome and valued. In summary, my stay at Oz Hotel Sui was nothing short of spectacular. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a luxurious base to explore the area, this hotel is a fantastic choice. This hotel is a disaster. Please save yourselves. The hotel is nowhere close to even 2 stars. They have used deceptive front pictures to lure customers in. We have just returned after spending a week there. The front desk staff is extremely uncooperative, moody, and angry. The food is a disaster - not enough choices and poor quality. The beach is far, the pool is very small, and the customer service is lacking. The entertainment and drinks are of inferior quality, and the seating areas are insufficient. This hotel is no bigger than my own house. I go to Antalya every year, and I have never had such a terrible experience. Take my advice or you will regret it. I am taking the time to write this review so that you can save yourselves, and the hotel should realise how they are deceiving people.

5 Star hotel visually but in reality no where close. Stunning to look at, at night but unfortunately the food & drinks were close to 2 star at best. Stayed for 7 nights and lost weight, breakfast didn't bother with it after the first day, dinner selection is really poor food isn't great at all. Please also do not buy anything from the reps I booked with loveholidays and the Rep basically scammed us out of money, booked a trip driver never showed and still asking for a refund since been amount 8 weeks not getting my money back. Cocktails are just syrup with the cheapest alcohol ever, paint stripper basically wouldn't go here again.

Great value for it’s money at this clean-family all inclusive hotel with abundance of activities all day long. Front desk staff and managers were very helpful and accommodating. All inclusive feature makes it very relaxing and enjoyable. There is an abundance and huge variety of foods and drinks food all day/night. I would recommend improving food bar-menu to have less food but better tasting quality but would still give it 3.5 or 4/5 since so much food is wasted if uneaten. In addition very clean, polite and helpful staff- always asking if we needed anything else. We loved the sauna, Hamam and massage sessions. We would definitely recommend the hotel at the next time when staying in Antalya-Alanya.
