5-Star Experience – A Perfect Holiday in Turkey! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort in Turkey. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable and cared for. A special mention must go to Nina, the massage therapist at the spa , she is absolutely brilliant! Her massages were deeply relaxing and therapeutic, and she really knows how to tailor each session to your needs. The entire spa team was friendly, professional, and created a calm, rejuvenating atmosphere. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the spa services during your stay! The hotel staff, from reception to restaurant teams, were always smiling, helpful, and efficient. The cleaners also deserve a big thank you , our room was spotless every day, and the attention to detail throughout the resort was impressive. The food, facilities, and service were all top-notch, and we left feeling completely refreshed. We can’t wait to return!

Starting with Justyna, the best animator we’ve ever met! Super friendly, helpful and always smiling, greetings also to her husband 😊. We stayed at Sui Resort in Okurcalar from September 21st to 28th with a group of 11 people, and everyone absolutely loved the hotel. Clean, modern, with daily animations and parties, every two days a bigger event, and the Oktoberfest was amazing! Big plus for the bar open until 2:00 a.m. and the night snacks that often saved our lives 😄. The whole staff, from cleaners to bartenders always smiling and helpful. Great manager who speaks Polish and is always ready to help. Fantastic place!

We spent a lovely week at the Oz Sui Hotel. The hotel meets the expectations of even the most demanding guests. The staff was extremely friendly, the drinks were delicious, the food was varied, and there were plenty of attractions for both children and adults. Special praise goes to the massage therapist, Nina. Her massages are true masterpieces — I felt relaxed, cared for, and finally free from back pain. Warm greetings to you, Nina! 💛

We have been spending our holidays in Turkey for over 10 years, twice a year, and have stayed in many different hotels. This one truly stands out – the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and we have never met such warm and dedicated employees anywhere else. However, one big downside, and the reason we are hesitant to return, are the managers who come to inspect the beach restaurant. Their behavior is very unpleasant – they don’t even greet the guests, and it’s obvious that the staff working there are under constant fear of them. This creates an unnecessary negative atmosphere, which is really disappointing. On a positive note, we want to highlight the beach waiter Can – he is without a doubt the best and most polite waiter we have met in all these years of visiting Turkey. His service, smile, and attitude towards guests are truly outstanding and deserve special recognition!

Unsafe, unclean & not 5★ – avoid Stayed at Oz Hotels Osokular (19–26 Sept 2025). The hotel was unsafe and dirty: balcony door wouldn’t lock, gaps big enough for a child’s head, my 3-year-old fell against the patio door, bathroom tiles cracked, fittings broken, and taps filthy. Food was unsafe — meat served pink/undercooked, partner became ill and we ended up eating only chips. Only full-sugar drinks available, no alternatives. Staff were unhelpful and at times inappropriate — one employee stroked my 7-year-old daughter’s hair without consent. After I left a review, staff came to the room and phoned angrily, which felt intimidating. The £100 excursion was also a disaster: no help when my partner and daughter were seasick, hidden extra charges for transport, and we later learned someone had died on a similar boat trip weeks before, which was never disclosed. For a “5★ hotel” this was unacceptable and caused huge distress. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families.
