Had a wonderful stay at SAii Laguna Phuket. The resort is beautifully located right on Bang Tao Beach, with a very relaxing atmosphere and stunning views. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I also loved the food at Terra & Mar, which was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to the GSA team, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very lovely and made us feel warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Overall, a fantastic beachfront resort in Phuket. Highly recommended and I would definitely love to come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a family getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. A special thanks to ChingChing for her excellent service and warm hospitality. She was very professional, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her kindness and dedication. Wow what a beautiful property and team! We recently stayed in an interconnecting club room ideal when travelling with our children. From Tao at the pool bar, Best the lifeguard and Toon at the lobby bar. Everyone was super friendly. Special mention to the Spa the most amazing massages. Food was fantastic at all restaurants and also the club lounge snacks and afternoon tea was great. Even tue shuttle bus to and from the town the drivers were so lovely. Everyone was so helpful and the property was immaculately looked after. Our room was cleaned daily. Will definitely return again feeling super relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The beach is beautiful, the pools are excellent, and the staff is truly outstanding. Everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of options. The location is also very convenient — right on the lagoon and near Bout Avenue — but honestly, the hotel itself is so good that you don’t even feel the need to leave. The only thing we regret is that we split our stay between two hotels. SAII was our second hotel, and we truly wish we had stayed there for the entire trip. It is simply fantastic.
