Unforgettable Stay at Saii Laguna Phuket! We recently stayed at Saii Laguna Phuket and had an amazing time! The hotel is beautiful, the pool was sparkling clean, and the sea was wonderfully warm. But what truly made our vacation special was the exceptional staff—these incredible people went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! June – patient, hardworking, kind, and radiant! Thank you for your warm heart and outstanding service. We always looked forward to seeing her during her shifts! ❤️ The lovely team of May, Gift, Ging, Da, Mo, Aomsin, Jody, and the ever-cheerful Mickey – they’re simply wonderful! Just stop by, and they’ll treat you to delicious drinks while creating the most welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. You guys are the best! And of course, a huge shoutout to the Kids' Club and the sweetest caregivers Mookie and Lita (as well as the other lovely ladies whose names we didn’t catch—sorry!). Our daughter was absolutely thrilled with them and spent her days there happily and meaningfully. We’ll cherish these memories for a long time and can’t wait to return!

This hotel was amazing, great for relaxing, the food was of good quality and tasty. The hotel has lots of activities to do and very easy to explore things around the hotel. Is also in great location. The staff were always friendly and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

This is a real 5 star resort and holiday destination. Luxurious feel and away from the hustle of Phuket. The staff were amazing and made our trip that much better. All the ladies at the front desk were incredible across our 7 night trip. We have just checked into another 5 start hotel in Thailand, and the SAii Makes everything else now feel second class. Great spot to relax and unwind - highly recommend

Really enjoyed my stay. Room was really nice design felt like its own apartment with the daybed and the views out to the sea. Hotel itself was beautiful very tastefully designed and the facilities were great. Food at both restaurants was also very nice was too easy to not leave at all! Also the free shuttle around the Laguna area was amazing. Took me to and from Laguna golf everyday. Staff all so lovely and helpful. Would happily stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Saii Laguna! The room was comfortable and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. All of staff are very friendly and polite , especially the receptionist and bellman, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options for breakfast that catered to every taste. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to many attractions, and the added bonus of free shuttle bus and boat services made getting around so easy. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience! We definitely will come back again!
