Super nice room! The suite was really spacious, with discreet and friendly staff. The swimming pool does need renovation as many tiles are missing, which could be unsafe. The breakfast staff were very attentive and welcoming. We spent a lovely week there as a family and would love to return one day.

The hotel experience was truly remarkable, characterized by attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious and well-ventilated, equipped with ample air conditioning. The housekeeping team consistently maintained high standards, changing towels and bedding daily while ensuring the room remained tidy. Additionally, the cost of taxis to nearby night markets and other attractions was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly due to the exceptional service provided by staff members Tukta, Mario, Boom, and Pla.

Before I booked, I checked the reviews and saw people mention that the beach isn’t 100% clean — and that’s true. I stayed for five or six nights and rarely saw anyone swimming in the sea because of this. If you’re expecting a cleaner beach, I’d recommend going somewhere else. The hotel itself is lovely. The room was nice, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was very, very good — lots of choice and great quality. I also tried the club lounge — the service was really impressive. I want to especially mention K. Sao, who was very friendly and provided excellent service. That said, the food in the lounge wasn’t really worth it, in my opinion. If you’re staying on the ground floor (like I did), just be aware that as this is a family-friendly hotel, you might have families staying above you. If you’re unlucky, you’ll hear noise from kids running around or people moving furniture. Some nights the noise went on until about 1am, so I ended up wearing headphones to bed. If you’re travelling with children, I highly recommend this hotel — they have a great pool and a play room for kids, and it’s very family-friendly. But if you’re a solo traveller or a couple looking for peace and quiet, I wouldn’t recommend it, as it can be quite noisy and lively with families around.

Nice hotel with a lot you need even for a long time stay. Service is great, the staff very supportive and friendly. The rooms have a good standard. Some could probably need some fresh-up. But all together very lovely athmosphere. Breakfast is incredible btw. Being close to the Main street it can be noisy due to the traffic. Most rooms are not towards the street. Around the hotel on the other hand u got all you need: restaurants, 7-Eleven, Massage...

Very nice hotel, very kids friendly. The room was very nice and so was the breakfast. Team was very friendly. The pools are great but require to cross the busy street (there are always hotel staff to help you cross safely). Overall great value for money, very good for kids. Location is on a crowded street for good and for worse (you don't hear any noise in the hotel, only when going out). Proximity to lamai night market is a great advantage.
