We had an amazing stay at the Outrigger Resort. The room, a Lamai Suite, was spacious with comfortable bedding and nice living space. Despite an engineering issue in the bathroom, we were offered to switch rooms and received support to move our belongings. The architectural style of the hotel is beautiful, it provides a feeling of calmness. The staff in all areas are friendly and hospitable, particularly at the Voyager Club. The pool area is across the road and nicely arranged. We liked the breakfast; just the juices could be fresh and of better quality. Nearby are also good restaurants and massage salons. Definitely recommended for a longer stay.

We stayed in the hotel for 10 days with our 2,5 year old son. We really liked the spacious and nice suite, it felt like a little apartment and was perfect for us as a family. The garden and the pool area are really nice and well taken care of. The only things that disappointed us were the quality and variety at the breakfast buffet, the lack of a proper hotel bar and the high prices of beverages at the restaurant. Overall we would like to thank all the friendly staff, specially to the team at the kids club. They do an amazing job and the whole atmosphere and space of the kids club are definitely one of the hightlights of this hotel. Our son enjoyed it very much!! So the hotel is definitely a good choice for a family!!

We had a great and memorial time in this hotel.
Food, room,and all facility is amazing.i would love to say all staff were wonderful.especially Non is remember the name of customers and greeting every day. Also we want to reserve taxi, he take care a lots.
Also we had a great time with Beth. He thought me a Kick boxing at the beach. I am big fan of him. Thank you so much every one in this hotel!!! I want to come back next time too.

Hotel was really nice and rooms were spacious. Decor of the rooms was fitting to the surroundings of the location generally. Which was a positive thing
Breakfast was more on the vegetarian side of the dishes.
From the negative, was restaurant next to the swimming pool. Food could be definitely better and bbq night was a disappointment - not seasoned, shrimp’s poop vine was it cleaned.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Beach and the swimming pools were situated across the street from the main building.
However, crossing the road was not a problem, as there were usually 2 employees who help to stop the traffic to cross the street, what’s unusual for Thailand.
During the time we visited, in March, unfortunately we didn’t really swim in the sea. There was a lot of sea weed.
But we enjoyed swimming in the pools, which had a nice “bounty” experience.

Stayed here for 3 nights. It was excellent. The pool was gorgeous! The breakfast was really really good too. Really fresh good quality fruits and cooked food!
Only slight problem was that the hotel can get damp when it rains, which it did while we were there. We had to confirm with reception that it was safe to breathe in as the smell was that bad, which they confirmed it was. They also sent up house keeping with extra candles and matches for the oil burner that’s in the bathroom. They did offer for us to change rooms, but we declined as we had already moved rooms that day due to extending our stay.
