Amazing hotel! The room was so big, beautiful design. The pool area is fun, lots of place to hang, took kayaks for free and enjoyed the view. 20 min walk (with kids!) to the night market in Lamai. Our son was injured in the water slide and the staff kept asking about him and sending him stuff. We also enjoyed a cooking class in the hotel as part of the deal we bought and we super liked it! Also the kids club is great, the gaming room and the free cocktails happy hour. It was so hard leaving this hotel…

SCAM..NOT A KID FRIENDLY HOTEL..Please do not visit this hotel. The service is very bad. At the breakfast place their manager Michael didn't allow me to take 2 eggs for my sick son. That was the list for me. Usually I do not write reviews but this one has to be written. I haven't experienced this in any part of the world we have travelled. We do travel every quarter so u can imagine. They also charge for every bit of this such as a laundry bag which is usually free. Their front desk guy ( Norbert) and the Bell boy Art Bell boy were very racist and unfriendly.

In general this hotel is not feeling like a 5 star hotel compared to international standards. I would rate it as 3-4 on an international scale.
The rooms are clean but not modern or of high quality. If you look at the right spots they even are not clean.
The air conditioning is horrible loud. You can’t fall asleep while it’s turned on
The breakfast is ok and staff is friendly.
Be careful with pricing. They have different pricing on their website and the known booking portals. The price on their website includes a so called Thai dinner and two complementary drinks. Finally that means if you visit with 2 person you get a 2- dinner for one person to share with both and basically it is street food which you can get in better quality at every small restaurant located at the roads. I think that’s the way to reject the offered best price guarantee…
A big advantage is the free parking lot. The staff is very friendly and the pool area is quite nice.
Overall the hotel is too expensive for the offered quality…
Last year we booked the Thai Fight Hotel. This hotel was definitely playing in a higher league… and was half the price.

We booked here super last minute after a disappointing experience at a booking 30 mins away in Koh Samui. Outrigger saved the day and we had the best 4 days! The hotel was perfect! We only had breakfast at the hotel as otherwise ate out locally but it had a different selection every day with a few staples always available. Location was also fantastic with it's several pools and right across from the beach (it's own resort Edgewater). Lamai night market was also a firm favourite and only a 15/20 mins walk away (even better if you walk back via the beach at night). If we ever come back to Koh Samui, we'll definitely be back here without a doubt! 5* for sure!

This is not a 5 star hotel at all. The rooms are spacious and clean, that's really all fine. But the service is not as you may expect for this price category. The breakfast was poor, little choice. The chef was a real friendly guy though. The swimmingpool area is nice, also for young children, but the restaurant and toilets over there were not clean or luxe at all. The drinks and food was very expensive and of poor quality. You were not even allowed to bring your own bottle of water to the poolbeds.. Our nanny was treated really unkind by the staff of the kids club. When she needed to go to the toilet, they told her to take our 3 boys with here. She was also not allowed to join us at breakfast. That is not 5 star worthy.
