Our three-night stay at Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort was truly excellent. This is a fantastic family hotel with good amenities and equipment for kids. The entire property is very clean and very well maintained with obvious pride from the whole team. What made it special was the genuine warmth of everyone. Every staff member from recreation to housekeeping and the restaurant team made us feel right at home with their authentic care. The housekeeping team was super attentive quick and thorough every single day keeping everything spotless. Highly recommend this resort for families and we can’t wait to return for another long weekend escape from Phuket!

Where do we begin, this hotel has been amazing! The staff are unbelievable, so lovely and were great with our little boy! The staff will go above and beyond and are so kind hearted. Location is amazing very family friendly and only a taxi away from the centre. Swimming pool is lovely and has two shallow pools for children. Food in the hotel is very nice and the drinks are good too! There is not one bad thing to say about this hotel. Kids club is great and the staff are very kind! Tum was great with our little one and always very chatty! Tum made a point of coming over everyday to chat, recommend places to go. The whole team at the hotel are unbelievable. We would like to especially thank Tum, Au and Love. We will really miss the hotel and the staff. Thank you for making our holiday so special and an unforgettable one!

We had a wonderful stay at Outrigger Khao Lak this week, perfectly situated on the beautiful Bang Sak Beach. The resort layout is excellent, spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with direct beachfront access that truly showcases Khao Lak’s charm. Our room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail from housekeeping. We had a family adjoining room which was superb for the kids. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby (having said that we did have a car), though the hotel’s own breakfast deserves a special mention — a broad and high-quality selection with new daily varieties alongside the staples, all delivered with warm Thai hospitality. What really sets this property apart, however, is the staff. From check-in to checkout, every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Bom at reception for his professionalism, diligence, and consistently warm welcome and farewell — he even remembered our names throughout our stay! We also want to recognise K. Na, our room maid, whose thoroughness and attention to detail often go unnoticed but made a real difference to our experience. All in all, this is a fantastic beachfront resort with exceptional staff, good price point, great facilities, and the true spirit of Thai hospitality. Highly recommended.

This resort was wonderful! Non made sure anything we wanted we got. It felt like he was there just for us (although we knew better). Everyone there works very hard at making sure guests feel comfortable and are enjoying themselves. Everyone providing ideas of places to visit, cultural information, beautiful smiles and genuine interest. I do love this place! The beach is so beautiful right on the resort property and breakfast was my favorite meal with a many options. Whether you want just relax and renew your spirit or plan excursions this place is a diamond. You MUST get massages while you are there! It was so good I got 3 we were here! OMG do not skip this. Thank you to everyone that took great care of us during this trip. We can’t wait to see you again! Oh I didn’t arrive at the hotel until after midnight and they had turkey sandwiches and fries waiting for us in the room. I was so hungry and appreciated all the staff and their help.

Just had 10 fabulous nights here, a perfect end to our Thailand trip. Perfect location right on the beach. A very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Exemplary staff who ensure your stay is perfect. They work very hard in an understated way, always very happy. From checking in with Ae who organised anything we asked for, she was very informative about the hotel and surroundings and what was available to us. On our last day she sent us off with a lovely Thai goodbye. The food here is very good and plentiful with a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Themed nights too like BBQ, Thai and international overseen by Tao making sure everything is good. The star in the restaurant is Lin. Lin and her team of Tarn, Kitty, Mew, Cream and Mirin to name a few looked after us so well. Always welcoming and made our dining experience fabulous. We didn’t want to eat anywhere else. The pool, beach and recreational staff were great, always making sure you had everything you need. In particular Sa, Ta, Chane and their colleagues, always smiling with good humour, even playing table tennis in their break times with us. Every single member of staff at this hotel make your holiday exceptional. This is possibly the best hotel we have stayed in. Well suited for couples of all ages and families. Housekeeping, reception, restaurant, landscape, pool, beach all superb. The staff make this hotel the best. Happy staff mean happy customers. We will be back!
