The hotel was a great experience, very nice rooms with plenty of space and lovely views of the ocean. Entertainment was throughout the day and kids really enjoyed the evening entertainment at the amphitheatre. Environment es very family friendly with activities sorted out through the day. Good access to the beach a fair bit of stairs but there were shuttles.which took you down. The night time live music at the bar was very soothing and a good choice of singers. Activities such as jet ski etc were on the very high end price I must say ranging from 50 to 100 euros per activity, a bit extortionist on that side of things, so never used them, which was a pity. The staff were all very friendly, especially Ali at dinner time who had helped cook the chicken that we enjoyed at dinner time during our early days. We hired a car, because we wanted freedom to travel around locally during our stay, the main downside and negative for us was the car parking. Although there is enough parking spaces with the hotel easily 50+ I would think, but there never was any space there. During our stay, there was not one day where I was able to park in hotel premises. I had to park outside on the main road. Which was fine too, but there were days where even that would get filled up too, meaning we had to park inconveniently far from the hotel

A wonderful vacation! The hotel is impeccable, from the clean rooms and pool to the beautiful beach. The staff is exceptional and always helpful. The food is very good, and the à la carte restaurant was a real treat. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this place. Thank you all for a lovely stay!

Hotel has all most ever thing your need The only down fall is, it dosnt have self service laundry but that miner thing Evening bar staff in lobby where very funny and witty throughout the evenings. Unfortunately while we where thier our son who is autistic got sick for a few days but Ina at customer service went up and beyond to make our stay more comfortable for use and each time she would alway cone over to us in the lobby while we where pass through and see how our son was doing. To me I really taught that was fantastic service from a hotel .I travelling alot around the world between Russia, Malta, Maldives, Mexico Egypt, and the States just to name a few .Have never came any where close to that professional before .All I have to say is, Sealight you have amazing co work thier and she is represented the sealight to the highest standards 👏

We have just returned from a week staying at the Sealight Resort and had the best time. Even though it was the end of the season the staff were amazing and so accommodating and friendly. Lovely private beach and the rooms were clean and we had a great view of the sea. The evening entertainment was quite late having a young child but we still enjoyed the whole experience. Special shout outs to Kadir, Bora & Yildiray on the bar (sorry can’t remember the other names) Effe in reception and Ugur & Yalcin in the restaurant. Also the managers who were always smiling and helpful. Thanks for a great holiday 🙏🏼

My wife and I had a very nice holiday at Sealight Resort in Kusadasi. The location is truly beautiful, with amazing sea views and sunshine all day long. You can relax at the main pool or take the steep path down to the beach, where there are several sitting and lounge areas — much calmer and more relaxing than around the pool. The towel service is very efficient. However, many guests put towels on sunbeds extremely early in the morning and then disappear for most of the day. Since there’s plenty of space, I would suggest the hotel create a small paid “reserved zone” for those who want to keep a bed all day — and maybe donate the collected money to a local charity. Unfortunately, there’s a huge problem with wasps. This seriously affects the experience. I really don’t want the usual “eco and biodiversity” excuse — removing a few nests on the hotel grounds wouldn’t harm nature. In your own garden, you’d also remove them. Buffet Restaurant We never expect too much from all-inclusive buffets, but this one was slightly better than expected. There’s good variety, with some daily changes. Some dishes were even excellent — when they were warm. Unfortunately, that wasn’t often the case. Food was almost always lukewarm or cold, even if you came early. Eggs in the morning were cold, and most hot dishes had clearly been sitting there for a long time. Desserts were exactly the same every day, with no variation at all. The staff at the buffet is not well-trained. About 8 out of 10 times, our table wasn’t set, and we had to do it ourselves. Also, waiters kept removing our glasses or cards when we stood up for another dish — even though it was obvious we weren’t finished. There’s someone at the restaurant entrance, but I have no idea what their purpose is except to say hello and goodbye. The F&B manager should really spend more time training his staff instead of chatting and laughing around (yes, we noticed that too). À la Carte Restaurants You can only make reservations at the guest relations desk, not at the reception (even if several receptionists are just standing there doing nothing). So you have to queue up — we had only four people in front of us, but it still took ages. When it’s finally your turn, you find out not all restaurants are open every day, so your choices are limited. We wanted the Turkish restaurant, but when we reached the desk at 10:10 a.m., it was already “fully booked.” How is that possible with only a few guests before us? Their system simply doesn’t make sense. If a hotel sets rules, they should respect them — not make exceptions for certain guests. We ended up going to the Italian restaurant, and honestly, it was terrible. My starter was a seafood risotto — not good at all — with only two shrimps, one mussel, and one small piece of calamari. My wife ordered risotto as a main dish — no seafood at all in hers! Her soup starter was also luke-warm, and my main course, the meat, tasted good but was cooked completely differently from what I asked. To top it off, when you leave, they hand you a small book expecting a tip. Sorry, but that’s unacceptable. It was the worst à la carte restaurant we’ve ever had in a hotel. The snack bars around the pool and near the beach were also very poor — both in quality and service. Definitely not worth trying. Bars, Drinks & Service The bars are cozy, and the atmosphere is nice. However, the drinks are mediocre. You can order the same cocktail 10 times, and you’ll probably get 9 different versions. Again, this shows a lack of proper training. Cleanliness & Entertainment The cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent — no complaints at all. We joined the evening entertainment twice, and it was honestly great fun. Overall, we had a good holiday thanks to the location, sea view, and atmosphere, but the restaurant service and staff training really need serious improvement. With better management and organization, Sealight Resort could easily become an excellent hotel.
