Hello, I came to this hotel with my wife and 6-year-old daughter for 7 nights. The cleaning service of the rooms is poor, the strength of this hotel is its beautiful exterior. The yard has several pools in different depths. It has two separate play areas for children and adults. It has a very beautiful view of the sea. 😍😍The Animation Team has a wonderful, they are very lovely and friendly. If you have children with you, I highly recommend this place.

The experience was excellent. The food was great with good variety. The entertainment was great, I enjoyed the live music at the bar. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of amenities on the grounds of the hotel I.e. beach, pleanty of different restaurant's. Their is also a shuttle to go down to the beach.

We stayed here for 2 nights while passing through. Our room was very nice, with a breathtaking view of the sea. All staff members are very friendly and accommodating. As soon as we entered the lobby and waited at the reception, they asked if they could help us connect our phone to the Wi-Fi. You have to like the huge, crowded dining rooms and endure the loud noise, including children's meltdowns. While the hotel may not be directly responsible for that, relaxation looks different to me. (A plea to guests worldwide: you can actually lift chairs easily and don't have to push them a meter across the floor when sitting down or standing up! Also, you don't need to defend the toaster ;), and you can thank the person who made you such a wonderful omelet!) Thanks to the restaurant team for doing a great job. Presenting such excellent food in a wide variety is a great achievement, and being so warm and friendly makes every guest feel welcome! There's a great spa area available, and the hammam, hot stone, and deep tissue massages are highly recommended.

Perfect holiday, absolute paradise from the rooms, food, entertainment beach, loads of brilliant pools, bars, restaurants, everything great! The staff of the hotel are really nice people, they were friendly and helpful. special thanks to the guest relation team. they are truly professionals and know their job. Will defiantly be returning next year, best hotel ever❤️

Comfortable beds. My room had balcony with true sea view. Generous room size. Friendly and helpful staff. Good room service. Delicious breakfast buffet. No a la carte dining in February 2024. Take minibus to town center.
