Finally, the reception team and managers are commendable for their welcoming and efficient approach, particularly in regard to the reservation process. I had stayed with my family at Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh Hurghada Egypt, and I am thrilled to share my experience. It’s truly exceeded all my expectations. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive, courteous, welcoming, and eager to assist. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. They were truly well-trained professionals always ready to assist with any request and genuinely interested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their outstanding hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. The check-in process was efficient, smooth, effortless and welcoming. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and offering us a refreshing welcome drink as we finalized the details. They even offered to personally escort us to our room, which was a nice touch. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality set the tone for the rest of my stay. Our room was stunning, spacious, perfectly clean, with modern elegant décor and a spacious layout combining luxury with all the comforts of home. The decor was elegant and thoughtfully designed, a king-size bed that was incredibly comfortable with plush pillows and crisp linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a rainfall shower and luxurious toiletries. The room large windows offered panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty. Waking up to a sea view, breathtaking sunrise and a morning coffee was an experience I will never forget. Dining at the Hotel was an outstanding true highlight, The resort’s main restaurant offered a diverse menu with dishes ranging from local Egyptian specialties to international dishes and crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Every meal was a gourmet experience, with beautiful presentation and extraordinary flavors. With a strong emphasis on fresh seafood and local ingredients, we particularly enjoyed the seafood options, which were wonderfully prepared and bursting with flavor. They served some of the best meals we've ever had. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, an elaborate affair, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes, including fresh fruit, pastries, hot savory dishes, made-to-order omelets local delicacies, and an array of healthy options. The hotel's amenities were exceptional, extensive and well-maintained particularly the beach access which was a major highlight—just steps away from my room, I could enjoy long walks along the pristine shoreline. The outdoor pool and lounge area were perfect for soaking up the sun, a great place to relax, with plenty of loungers and a peaceful ambiance. The fitness center was well-equipped for those looking to keep up with their workouts and stay active, even while on vacation. The spa treatments were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, adding an extra layer of luxury to guests’ stay. Overall, our stay at the Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh was unforgettable. A blend of luxurious accommodations, superb service, exquisite dining, and beautiful surroundings made for an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

The hotel wasn't what we expected. It was not a 5-star hotel at all. The hygiene was bad and the floor was not clean at all. The towels were the same all the time. Very uncomfortable mattress and bad sleep. The food quality was very low.

checked in : 8/7/2024 till now I changed my rooms because there were bed bugs on the mattress when they changed my room it had the same problem and I tried leaving the hotel and get a refund of the days I had left and they refused to give me my money, the reception workers were rude and disrespectful they made an upgrade to suite so they changed my rooms 3 times because of the same reason. my daughter got an infection because of these bed bugs and my son also has diarrhea and was throwing up worst experience ever I had seen, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
