Pyramisa is exceeded my expectations! The service was absolutely perfect, with attentive and friendly staff. It’s an ideal destination for winter swimming, thanks to its heated pools. The dishes were delicious, offering a variety of flavors to suit every taste. The pools are beautifully maintained and provide a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

Horrible food and awful place non suitable for Italians nor for any traveler who has a little experience. NOT a 5* at all. Awfully disorganized, under restoration messy dirty, pigeons flying in the dining area. Christmas gala quite bad and ended before, cause people just left asap. Customer experience:zero. Many drunk customers day and night, and people with other standards more likely pleasing Russian or eastern countries style. Noise at night in the corridors yelling and shouting, hell. SPA: stay away from it: lousy management stinky and not at all a relaxing place, expensive compared to reality. A theft. Room service really really basic, meaning they do not clean, just cover the bed with the blanket and dusting, bathroom change to ask. Meanwhile we had to dine out and the old town Saahl Hasheesh is really nice. NOT suitable for kids or families, kids area and gym not decent all.

The hotel’s location, featuring a private and well-maintained beach, is a significant advantage and a highlight of the stay. The daily parties are a great attraction for younger guests, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are of good quality. However, serving them in small plastic cups is inconvenient and detracts from the experience. Regarding accommodations, while some rooms appear to have been renovated, the one we were assigned was in poor condition, with several broken amenities. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our overall comfort and left much to be desired. On a positive note, the food was enjoyable, with a variety of options and some daily changes to the menu. We had no issues with the food quality or safety, including the use of ice in beverages. Most staff members were courteous and helpful, enhancing the overall hospitality. However, our checkout experience was disappointing. The day before departure, we were assured by a receptionist that we could keep our bracelets and towel cards and continue to use the hotel facilities until our evening pickup. However, on the day of checkout, another receptionist, named Ahmed, acted rudely, cutting off our bracelets and taking our towel cards. This left us unable to access hotel amenities for several hours and forced us to wait outside the property, which was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. While the hotel has several strong points, such as its beach and food, the inconsistency in service and the condition of our room left us with a mixed impression.

We had an amazing experience at Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh! A special thanks to Shazly, who was responsible for cleaning our rooms (1109 and 1113). He did an excellent job, ensuring the rooms were always spotless and comfortable. His friendliness and attention to detail truly made our stay extra special. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were always smiling and attentive. Overall, the hotel staff were incredibly professional and helpful, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. We highly recommend Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday experience, and we hope to return again soon! Thank you for everything!

Ahmed Esa at Sunrise bar was the Perfect bartender. He was very nice, always happy and open for a talk. The drinks were really tasty and made professional. His optimism stands out and he made our vacation a special experience. I am looking forward for our next trip.
