Pyramisa Resort Sahl Hasheesh – an absolute nightmare! The worst hotel in Egypt! Staying at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. This is absolutely NOT a 5-star standard – more like a poorly managed hotel with shocking service and zero respect for guests. During our stay, we experienced multiple unacceptable situations. Different people, including a manager with staff, entered our room practically without permission – they would knock twice very quickly and immediately open the door. On one occasion, I was in the room and not dressed yet. I asked for a few seconds, but they walked in anyway! This is a complete violation of privacy and absolutely unprofessional. And honestly, we don’t even know how many times someone entered our room without us knowing. That’s a complete scandal! Another day, when I was out of the room, someone entered and hung a picture on the wall, leaving pieces of plaster and debris on the floor – without any notice or apology. In the main restaurant, we witnessed the restaurant manager yelling at the waiters several times in front of guests. It was embarrassing and shocking – how can a so-called 5-star hotel allow such behavior? He treated them like slaves or prisoners. And this is especially outrageous because the staff – waiters and bartenders – are absolutely amazing, truly hardworking, friendly, helpful, polite, and always smiling. They do everything to make guests happy, and yet the manager humiliates them in public. Absolutely unacceptable! We also ordered a lunch box for a full-day trip to Cairo (around 22 hours). What we received was pathetic – two tiny bread rolls, two small sweet snacks, and two apples. That’s it. For such a long journey, this is a joke and shows zero care for guests’ needs. Bathrooms in the rooms are old, worn out, and desperately need renovation. For a hotel that advertises itself as 5-star, this is a disgrace. This hotel is a complete disaster – no privacy, no professionalism, terrible management, and poorly maintained facilities. Avoid this place at all costs – an absolute nightmare, never again!

This hotel was such a great experience! Definitely one of the best in my entire life! People are so friendly here, and they do activities everyday which is a lot of fun. The food is also really good and a lot to choose from! The beach is amazing and clear blue! Nothing to complain about this! 10/10 ✨

I recently stayed at the Pyramisa Hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The animation team was absolutely amazing. They kept everyone engaged with fun activities, games, and evening shows. Their energy and friendliness really made a difference and created a lively atmosphere throughout the day. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The bed was cozy, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I can recommend the Pyramisa Hotel. It’s a great place for couples, families, and anyone looking to enjoy a fun and comfortable vacation. I would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh! The resort is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the amazing animation team — full of energy, friendly, and always engaging with guests. They made our holiday extra special. Highly recommended for families and fun-seekers!
