If you are looking for a relaxing escape we highly recommend to book here cause Our stay at Pyramisa beach Resort was fantastic!! The beach is beatiful and the rooms are well arranged. The food was ok, the choice is wide and its quality is quite fine. I would like to underline the professionalism of Mohamed Ahmed from the reception, the special kindness of Abdel Rahman from The Grind bar near the reception, the hospitality and the friendliness of Yousef (the pizza maker) and Khaled (the grill guy). The restaurant isn't as clean as it should be for a 5-star hotel; birds are flying around indoors. There is no angle in the bathtub, so the water stays in the cabin and also on the bathroom floor. The room was very clean, thanks to Reda from the cleaning service. The majority of the workers are kind, especially Alaa, who works mostly by the pool. The food is really great, with a lot of different meals. Desserts are fantastic. The beach is nice and very clean; you will love it. Some of the hotel workers speak only Russian to you, even though not all guests are from Russia. Overall, it is a very good hotel, just not one that deserves 5 stars.

I stayed for four nights, and I must say this hotel falls far short of five stars—three stars at best. The only truly enjoyable aspect was the food; everything else was rather disappointing. The Wi-Fi did not function upon arrival. After requesting assistance at reception, it took approximately one hour to resolve the issue, only for the Wi-Fi to stop working again the following day. The bathroom had an unpleasant sewage odor, and foul smells repeatedly emerged from the shower drain. Additionally, the drain was positioned at the highest point of the shower, making it nearly impossible for water to flow out properly. After I complained about the bathroom, the only solution offered was to move to another room for an additional fee. Considering that the hotel is worth a maximum of €80–90 per day, this “service” was declined. There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach, but they are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Friends who visited were repeatedly asked to leave. Numerous families and several intoxicated visitors with portable speakers made it difficult to relax. This was further worsened by the constant shouting from the male members of the animation team. The most absurd aspect, however, is a newly installed fence stretching along the beach and promenade to prevent guests from other hotels from accessing the area. Returning in the evening, guests are instructed to take a 20-minute detour—completely unreasonable. The staff were generally friendly, although some employees directly requested tips in exchange for directions or small favors. I found this highly inappropriate and unacceptable in a supposed five-star hotel. The kitchen staff was helpfull and funny.

Good location. Nice corals for snorkeling. Good dinners. Breakfasts could be better. Rooms a bit dated, need refurbish. Great hard working staff. Overall decent hotel.

Ahmed Is the Best Bartender in Egypt! It is was an amazing stay at Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh beach resort and one of the absolute highlights was Ahmed at the pool bar. Not only does Ahmed make the best cocktails we've ever had—seriously, every drink was perfectly balanced and refreshing—but he’s also the nicest guy you’ll meet. Always smiling, always kind, and genuinely happy to make sure everyone is having a great time. He remembered our favorite drinks after just one visit and was always ready with a friendly chat or a great recommendation. Whether we wanted something fruity, strong, or just something new to try, Ahmed knew exactly what to make. It’s rare to find someone who combines such skill with such warmth. Thank you, Ahmed, for making our holiday so special. You’re a star, and we hope to see you again on our next trip!
