This hotel was such a great experience! Definitely one of the best in my entire life! People are so friendly here, and they do activities everyday which is a lot of fun. The food is also really good and a lot to choose from! The beach is amazing and clear blue! Nothing to complain about this! 10/10 ✨

Our experience at the hotel was exceptional, and one of the main reasons for that was the outstanding service provided by Hasan, a member of the housekeeping staff. He was always polite, dedicated, and had a very positive attitude. The rooms were consistently spotless, tidy, and maintained with great attention to detail – everything sparkled thanks to his hard work. The hotel overall was fantastic – very clean, with a welcoming and professional staff, and a level of service that truly made us feel at home. The food was delicious and varied, always fresh and carefully prepared. An experience we highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you to Hasan and the entire team for an unforgettable stay!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with so much kindness and attention. The staff truly made us feel welcome. Isra especially went above and beyond. She was so respectful, nice and flexible while also good with planning such occasions like my daughter's birthday dinner surprise which was amazing. I would recommend her for anyone who needs planning or has any questions at all. She made the experience more cherished. The beach was stunning, clean, and peaceful. The food options were good with variety every day, and the servers were always smiling. We also loved how family-friendly the atmosphere was. Everyone from the front desk to the entertainment team was helpful and warm. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a great view. The whole experience was relaxing and fun. Definitely recommend this resort if you're staying in Hurghada!

Over All, The stay was very good for the price for a big family. We enjoyed it. Apart from coffee which I really like, food, rooms, beach, pool and activities were amazing. All the staff were great, welcoming apart from the Lady on the Barista( coffee machine) in the entrance who needs to be more careful attentive to her responses to the guest. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed ( receptionist) who facilitated our stay.

It has an absolute amazing experience staying at pyramisa resort hotel. Beautiful hotel with a perfect sea view. The rooms are very nice and clean. Maintenance service outrageous!! My family and I would definitely come back. ( Ragab the maintenance/cleaner has been such a kind respectful towards our family and welcoming)
