Nice hotel, just on the outskirts, so not lots of hussle and bussle outside. It's on a hill, so the traffic is loud from vehicles going up the hill, but it's not a massive problem. We were in connecting rooms overlooking the pool which was great, but there are a lot of steps and rooms higher up, so be aware! Breakfast we felt was a little limited, but had a late 1030 finish. A few minutes walk to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Overall, a great hotel, friendly staff, great location, would stay again in the lower level rooms.

Stayed here with my family at January 2020. The room with ocean view didn’t have an elevator. Had to go up and down using the stairs At blazing hot weather. Great workout. You can use a mini car to go to the room if any available. Little bit far away from the beach. Other then that the staff was great and friendly. Massages right near the hotel. Street food within few minutes. Breakfast was good. Didn’t have it every day cause had to leave early for excursions so don’t know if it was the same every day. Rooms were clean. Pool was clean and empty most of the time. Lobby was nice. One bottle per person once a day. This hotel is a part of beautiful memories for the rest of our life about the first trip to Thailand ❤️

Honestly, we have stayed in multiple hotels in Phuket but Orchidacea is best Before we could ask they had already upgraded our room from standard to deluxe & all the staff, especially all the receptionists were so well-behaved and polite, this was the best experience so far. If you want a good location, value for money, a good environment, luxury and all, this place is a big YES

Very nice view from the room, very pleasant swimming pool. Easy access to the beaches and to the center and shops, and restaurants. The staff speaks English relatively well, even if it could be improved. Breakfast is correctn, not more, but the juices were chemical : how is it possible with all the excellent tropical fruit available??

Love this resort hotel. Location is perfect as there are convenience store, mini mart, lots of restos and massage spas nearby and just few minutes walk to Kata beach. Hotel premises are clean with nice swimming pool & have a nice view of mountains and the Kata beach, Big Buddha can be seen from the hotel as well. Our room was upgraded from standard to superior room, and was allowed for late check-out free of charge on our last day at the hotel. Further, I left one of my mobile phone upon leaving the room, kudos to the honest staff who informed the front desk and I was able to get back my phone. Room was big & clean w/ comfortable bed & pillows and provided with safety deposit box & essential toiletries. Excellent service, the staff were so courteous & friendly e1specially to the hotel's manager Mr. Mike & front desk receptionist Ms. Airah 😀 We also dined at the hotel's resto "Cattleya" and their food taste great & affordable. Highly recommended, me and my husband really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back again soon!!! 😀🥰
